I think the cardinal law of wishing is that you can't wish for more wishes, but I suppose nobody's ever mentioned about wishing that you could wish for more wishes o_O Probably any added wish for wishing for more wishes and so on would be banned too...

Even though what I want for myself more than anything is love, there's no way I could be that selfish...I'd go ahead and wish for neverending world peace or something like that which would benefit the entire world...I'd have to think carefully though.

If I had one wish, I guess it would be for my puppy to come back home with me. I love her so much and I couldn't stand losing her. But seeing how selfish that is for me, I'll feel guilty...very guilty. So if I had one wish, I would wish, like Kaga, something that woud do good for everybody.

I would have said neverending world peace aswell, but someone already beat me to it. I wouldn't wish for world hunger to stop just because if that happens wouldn't it ruin the balance and then the world would become more overpopulated than it already is and we would run out of our resources quicker than before. So I would say peace and love.

I'd want to wish for the person i love to love me back, but i know if that happened, it wouldn't be realistic because it only happened in result of my asking for it to and for love to work; it takes two.

Couldn’t you wish for that rule to be abolished, so the next person with a wish could wish for infinite wishes, and wish that you had wises too? =o
The problem with peace is it’d require forcibly making people stop doing things to think differently, thus you kind of take away humanities free will, even if we do abuse it.

Or even if I did do that, what if it was a Genie? They might have some curse where they can only grant a wish every thousand years or some time that mortal man cannot endure...then it'd be all for naught anyway...

Eh, I could live with the slight mind control in order to curb violence I think =P I still don't know for sure what I'd wish for, as I said it'd take a lot of thinking. It'd be something that benefits humanity though...

But the thing is we’d cease to be human if we lost free will, since we’d basically be organic robots who couldn’t do anything deemed “bad” by the wish. =\

Indeed, and I don't know if peoples' safety or their ability to think for themselves would be more important to them...I'm not sure it's my place to force it upon them I guess, but anything that would cause anything less than a world-scale impact would seem a bit small. Makes me wonder if there's anything I could do for the world that doesn't involve controlling them...

It’s pretty difficult since everyone’s idea of perfect is different. What you could do is get rid of psychical boundaries and limits that would give humans the potential to do both good, and yes, bad with it. Anything from making travel easier, to being able to cultivate food quicker etc.

I was thinking of something along those lines...it would be nice if I could eliminate money somehow without imposing communism, but I suppose the two go hand in hand unfortunately. I think that if I could somehow curb violence that that would do more for the world than anything else, but most anything that would do that involves mind control. If only I could alter the nature of people themselves, as in having them more naturally attuned to the values that would keep them nonviolent and in a happy coexistance...but I'm not sure if that's mind control or not...

Yes very annoy, wishing for world peace? Come on, one person ok, two people, that negates the wish, three people is I guess okay, but by the fourth wish and completely negates the wish. So just wish for something for you, wishes are meant to be selfish, they're wishes. Like take mine for example (Second post here) it's selfish, yes, but it's human nature!

If I can't have any of those wishes I would wish for human nature to be changed to honest and modesty!

Well I guess I cant really say I'd wish for world peace becuase that in it self is imposiable when you really think about it. If all wars stop and humans get along we still need homes, cloths, and food but that would affect the animals to greatly I'd say.

Well as for a real wish. Like allmost what everyone wants i'd go for true love. Ya I know it's mushy but I really dont care, in the end thats what everyone wants ande needs for be it from family or someone else
