With the current craze in ways to find energy there have been countless supplements to give you a boost... then the crash. With that said, do any of you drink/take anything for a boost? Monster, Rockstar, Red Bull, 6 hour energy, pick your poison.

I don't drink energy drinks. I'm hyper on my own, without the boost. :>

I'm addicted to caffiene, if that counts, but I mostly get it from soda and coffee. D:

Nah, I don't drink any of those energy drinks 'cause they're bad for kids or something. I do eat chocolate, which gives me some sort of energy.

I always have a little Red Bull before a test (as long as there isn't another test after that one). I have a tendency to spontaneously go to sleep in the middle of test-taking.

I don't drink energy drinks. I'm hyper on my own, without the boost. :> I'm very hyper even without ANYTHING. But I drink energy drinks for a reason *Points to next quote and reply to it*

Same here. I don't know why, but I always end up sleeping so I started drinking Java Monsters before and during a test.

I've tried that 6 hour energy stuff, I don;t like the tang, all the other energy drink don't affect me anyway except to make me sleepy earlier.
Being that I have EADHD in my medical history, I never want to be that hyper again. so I stay away from energy drinks. Mountain Dew or vault are enough thanks.

I drank Powerade pretty much everyday for a year, and then I found a deal in GTM on gatorade and stocked up for that summer. So I've been "living" off of energy/hydration drinks for quite a while now. However, seeing as I've drank the two for so long, I have definitely noticed the crash factor. If I have a powerade at school, I need to take a nap when I get home.
Otherwise, I just eat food when I'm tired. It almost always helps.

I don't drink energy drinks ever. I hate the taste, I don't believe that they work and I just find the whole thing pathetic. it reminds me of how everybody wastes their money buying bottled waters its pathetic. Especially where I live because the water here is beautiful.

Coffee is for noobs. I use pure caffeine powder from the interwebz.. it's a white powder.. my flatmate was a bit suspicious.. <_<
Like 0.1g (1/16 of a teaspoon) is equal to a cup of coffee.
3 of those makes you pwn at any sport. (Increased heart rate, better vision, feel massively energetic & you think faster)
4 of those makes you hyper.
12 of those makes you freaking insane.
15 and you're likely to be wake up in hospital.
20+ causes a heart attack. lol.
I don't recommend it. But it's great fun all the same, when used sensibly.

I drink coffee every now and then, but that's more to enjoy the flavor of it rather than for an energy boost. I used to drink energy drinks years ago, but I've sustained myself on water now, that or a random sports drink every now and then.

I don't really drink them. If it is the only thing in the house then I will have them. But most of them taste horrible anyway. The only one I think tastes good is Powerade.

I don't drink coffee. The smell hurts my nose anyway.
I don't believe that energy drinks are totally good for you, but I have them as snacks. I usually drink Gatorade, as it's packed in my lunch, but sometimes Powerade or So-Be. (if that counts) Haven't really tried Red Bull. I tried Vault once or twice.

I'll just take Vitamin tablets for helping concentration if that's counted? Otherwise I'm generally in hyper mode all day(Even though it doesn't get me much further in school work) XD

If I need a boost I'll drink Iced tea or coffee. At work I drink VitaminWater & avoid sugary things to avoid dehydration & sugar crashes.
If I'm not sleepy then I'm naturally hyper. x3

I drink gatorade, powerade, and coffee if those could ever count.
Now I don't drink those monster whatevers but for her work my mom uses one for work, and says it works quite well, but I can' put my finger on the name, I think it's 6 hour energy, not fully sure. Though yeah, works for her. *shrugs*

Well, I don't really drink energy drinks nowadays. Tea and any soft drink do the trick, though I also seem to have alot of energy besides that anyways. XD.

I'll just stick to my water and tea, thanks. XD I've never liked how energy drinks and coffee taste, and I doubt I ever will. Bleh.
I usually get my energy from sleeping and eating chocolate healthy foods, anyway. And my mom and I go to a nearby track almost every single day, so that keeps us in good enough shape. I don't normally get tired until later on in the evening, when I'm ready for bed. :x

Aside from the local soda company's soda (which actually could also mean Coca-Cola), the only "energy drink" that I consume is Powerade. I particularly enjoy the strawberry lemonade flavor.
Gatorade is too heavy, and not as watered down as Powerade, so I don't like it. And those energy drinks like Monster, Red Bull, and other kinds are too full of caffeine, and my family has a history of heart conditions. Not to mention that they taste badly.

No energy drinks for me. If I don't like coffee or tea or even stuff like Mountian Dew that has caffeine in it, what makes you think that I'll like this stuff? D: I really don't want to try it. I can stay awake on my own, even without caffeine. I'm just braindead, that's all 8D;;

I dont usually drink energy drinks. My energy usually comes from drinking cherry coke in the morning and it helps me get right onto whatever I do.

Mercy me ;~;
I'd die if I didn't have a Monster at lunch when I'm at work. I took a break form them for a while, but now I'm never awake enough to operate socially. I decided I need them and my health will slap me for it later on, but I can't help it. No I can, I just choose not to. Let it be known I DO IN FACT know wtf energy drinks can do. I just can't operate without them xD;
Not a fact I'm proud of, but a fact nonetheless :[

My dad has this weird religion and he says it's bad to consume caffeine. He won't let anyone have it at home. (All of our soda's diet. Yuck.) Of course at other places I get hyper off of Mountain Dew. When I want to get REALLY hyper, I down two or three pixy sticks. :3
At the fitness center, a friend offered me a red bull. I tried it, but couldn't even swallow. It tasted like liquid sugar, but it was really bitter, too. It was terrible!

I used to drink energy drinks(like Monster Lo-Carb), especially if it very early in the morning and I have to work eight hours. But I stopped that because those drinks can be expensive. They are not very cheap. So I just stick to water, caffine(soda), a good night of sleep and I am good as new. ^^

I have a disease which makes me tired all the time, so I do need energy a lot. My trick is:
Coffee and Sugar cereal in the morning, to get you on a start of energy.
If I'm really tired, a second cup of coffee.
Lay on the sofa, and save up your energy.
Schooling at 4/5/or 6:00,
Watch all my favorite shows, and eat dinner.
About a half hour of PC to finish the day.
Sleep till 9:00 AM, and the cycle continues.
(Also, Tea is always a burst of caffeine!) ;D

How people can drink coffee is beyond me, so bitter...Like most things out there, that depends on that particular thing. Coffee is varied beyond belief, there are some pretty sweet, non-bitter ones out there that I don't mind that much, even if I'm not a regular coffee drinker.

I don't drink energy drinks; they seem to have the opposite effect on me of that which was intended. Last time I had V, I was tired half an hour, asleep an hour later. If I desired to stay awake, I'd instead take a sleeping pill, which gave me one of the worst sleeps I can remember.

I don't take anything but food for energy.
It means I need a lot of it, I'm always hungry and I get too sluggish when I don't eat.
