I already saw the OW size changer and the D/P pallete editor, but I didn't see the rom locker.
Does the rom locker block the rom from usage of various tools? Just asking...

Yes, it does! You should use it before you release a BETA so that noobs don't take your work, etc.
The rom locker would be more useful if you've added a Password protect because there is an Unlock feature too you know, but it is really useful!
