How could you have been in a tournament with this? By the time Cacturn even came out, slowking was illegal in all Modified tournaments? You can't call yourself the best in finland unless you went to a DCI santioned tournament. Is it possible you could be lying just to gain popularity???

For your original deck...

Pokemon:
I realize that you want this to be a Cacturn deck. However, three evolution lines just doesn't work in Unlimited. In addition, Clefable is just soooooooooo much more powerful than Cacturn is. So, I'm dropping your Cacturn line (6). Also, Iggly has proven to be subpar at best when it comes to pokemon power stopping. I'd recommend going with Pichu in those spots, but that's up to you.

Trainers:
Excessive in a lot of things, nothing of the really powerful stuff. Drop one of each Elm, Removal, and GOW (9). Drop all of Healing Fields and Gold Berry (16). In their place, put in 3 Oak (13) and 3 Copycat (10) for drawing. 3 Focus Band for healing (7). 4 Switch for Nintendo rules and Slowking protection (3). That's it for Trainers.

Energy:
Drop in 3 Cyclone energy, for some extra disruption, and the deck is complete.

You can figure out what I've done without me listing it out.

BTW, that 2nd deck that you posted is a varient of the good old InSaNiTy deck that was extremely popular over in the States for a short time. The only problem is that there isn't enough disruption in there. Drop something for 4 Lass, and it should look better.
