Also, you need to upload your image to the internet. You can just put image tags around something from your computer.

I dont see a disable smilies button for my signature and I tried photobucket but it wont come up where else can I get it hosted? Because I made my banner in photoshop.

It's because it's a PSD. =p

Save it into a PNG, JPEG, or GIF, and then it will work great.
