Base Character Names

Could some list all of the "official" player/rivial names from RBY to PDP? I was sure that they went


RBY-Red/Blue
GSC-Silver/Gold
RSE-Brendan/May
LGFR-boy???,girl???/???


But when I started playing Diamond I'm not sure what the names are, and when I started a game in leaf green, it suggested "red" as the first name for the rivial. If LG is based off RBY, Do I have the base names wrong?

no, because on RBY Red is the main character and Blue is the rival.
so if u are playing Blue u are sorta the rival(i think).
