I'm absolutely horrible at this kinda stuff - especially movesets. It'd be nice if a pro out there could lend me a hand. :) I currently have no equip items on my Pokemon, so feel free to suggest those as well. I also don't know much about EVs/IVs or anything like that, so... If you want me to list something specific just tell me. My team probably isn't very impressive anyway. I'm going to list levels in order to help with moveset planning because I know they will learn more moves later on.

I would also recommend reading this:

Competetive battling is reliant on a process called EV training, which involves bringing a pokemon's stat up higher than another as to gain the most benefit from it. That guide details how and why EV training is done, as well many other strategies concerning team and moveset composition.

I'm sorry, but very little of that above post was relevant advice:
*You have not told him what bellyzard is and why he should make that change
*Milotic has no EVs, natures and has dragon pulse. Standard milotic has Hypnosis>>Dragon Pulse, Bold Nature, and 148HP/228Def/132SpAtt
*Roserade and Tangrowth do completely different jobs- One sweeps and one walls. One poke may be terrible for a team and another may be excellent. Its not just about type. Again, you have offered no reasoning.
*Battling you is no measure of either player's skill. You've been here less than a month so for all we know you could be completely incompetant.
I advise you back up your advice with reasoning next time you do so.

Ok first of all just beceuase ive been on this site not to long DOESNT mean I just started playing pokemon d/p. Ive played since it came out. How long someone is on this site is no measure of their strength ok?...Honestly I'm not going to waste my time on telling him whats wrong with this team when just about everything is. It's a mess you need to totally revise your team.

That wasnt my point. What I meant was we do not know if you are a good or bad player, because if you destroy him or he destroys you he has learnt nothing.
Ive played since it came out.
That isnt a measure of skill either.

It doesnt take long. Your name just needs to become known. Going round telling people their teams suck is not a posetive first impression.
Honestly I'm not going to waste my time on telling him whats wrong with this team when just about everything is. It's a mess you need to totally revise your team.
If you arent going to offer any constructive advice then you're essentially flaming. Telling people their team is a mess won't help them improve it. And that is the point of an RMT- to help the poster improve their team.

Before I rate I have 1 question about your Machamp- does it have guts or no guard as its ability?

Levels are irrelevant. However, EVs are.
