King Tyranitar playing UU? o.0 Yes, I actually do. Below is my team. Tear it up

Swellow @ Flame Orb
Jolly Nature
252 Att, 252 Spe, 6 HP
Brave Bird
Facade
U-Turn
Protect

Protect lets my scout and activate Flame Orb, though it can also hurt me in a sense that enemies can bring out a counter. Brave Bird because I want high powered STAB, and U-Turn to get away from counters. Considering Steel Wing

Hypno @ Leftovers
Bold Nature
252 HP, 58 Def, 200 SpD
Wish
Hypnosis
Seismic Toss
Reflect

Standard Special Wall. Wish Hypno is still usable on Shoddy, thank god.

Steelix @ Leftovers
Impish
252 HP, 120 Att, 138 SpD
Sleep Talk
Rest
Earthquake
Stealth Rock

Physical wall and Swellow counter. Might consider Roar > Sleep Talk to get PHaze support.

Hitmontop @ Leftovers/Expert Belt
Careful
230 HP, 252 Att, 28 Def
Stone Edge
Close Combat
Mach Punch
Earthquake

My Mach Puncher and Rapid Spinner. Gets the job done.

Camerupt @ Leftovers
Modest Nature
244 HP, 96 SpA, 170 SpD
Lava Plume
Earth Power
Rest
Sleep Talk

Tankish Pokemon with great coverage. Sp. 'Sweeper' sort of.

Lanturn @ Leftovers
Adamant Nature
40 HP, 38 Spe, 192 SpA, 240 SpD
Surf
Confuse Ray
Discharge
Ice Beam

Absorbs Ice, Water, and Electric. Tanks things and give Status.

Considering
Lanturn- Tank
Scyther- Physical sweeper and SDer
Drifblim- Sub Passer/Rapid Spin Blocker
Vileplume- Cleric and support (highly considering)
Claydol- Rapid Spin

Vileplume- Cleric and support (highly considering)
Claydol- Rapid Spin blocker

Um last I checked Claydol can't block Rapid Spin being a Psychic/Ground type....and wasn't Pinsir moved to BL?

Just an observation here, but your team doesn't soak up ground hits very well. Swellow is your only defense against that, and Swellow isn't going to stay around long and can't take a hit anyways. I would make suggestions but I'm not that good at UUs.

I keep forgetting Claydol isn't Ghost :(

I realize my ground weakness, which is why I might use Plume.

Um Vileplume doesn't resist ground either due to its part Poison typing >_<

But it takes ground hits quite well.

Syaoran will give me good critique, after I got swept by a 1 CM Venomoth

Steelix can probably take ground hits about as well as Vileplume can ._. Just use Meganium or something.

You don't really need Rapid Spin on Hitmontop.. Try Stone Edge to hit flyers. Restalk Steelix is not so good in UU.. he has far more interesting options like Explosion, Gyro Ball, Roar and Crunch. Also Restalking Stealth Rock is just BAD. Life Orb Omastar could cause you problems, perhaps try Lanturn instead of Relicanth to absorb Surf and T-bolt who are meant for the rest of your team members.

Meganium makes a pretty nice ground resist, so pop some seeds on it and make it tank. It can also double as a cleric with Aromatherapy, and even set up some screens for more team support. It's pretty good seeing that if you pick Claydol, you won't need something to sponge up Toxic Spikes.

As with most UU teams, Earth Power Mixking or even Physical King can really dent you up some, so watch out for it.

I'm liking Relicanth to be honest. It's a hard hitter. But I'll go with Lanturn. Set please (Smogon is down)

So, give Steelix EQ/SR/Rest/Explosion? Or EQ/GB/Explosion/SR?

I would like to use Meganium, but over who? Hitmontop?

Yea I agree.. Meganium also resists electric and water moves, so it might come in handy too. Leech Seed will help causing more switches, thus more damage with SR.

Note: It's either Meganium or Lanturn imo. Just try them both and see who fits better. Meganium resists ground, so it might end up being the better choice for your team.

A good Lanturn set is: 40 HP / 36 SPD / 192 Sp.Atk / 240 Sp.Def / Calm @ Leftovers

Thunderbolt / Discharge
Surf
Thunder Wave / Ice Beam
Confuse Ray

I always loved Meganium. Would he do better than Lanturn? Probably, since he doesn't add another Ground weakness to my team (Lanturn would)

I'm not that keen on Meganium because it doesn't hit as hard.. and I personally like Volt Absord =]

And you're not -adding- a weakness, because Relicanth has ground weakness too. Lanturn can also help countering Glaceon in case your Hynpo dies (Pursuit users and such).

But then I lack Leech Seed support :( Tough decision, I don't truly have a water counter, and Ice Beam takes a toll. I might go Lanturn. With Discharge for paralysis support.
