I tried Netbattle after seeing Anti talk about it and it was decent. So here's my team, which hopefully doesn't fail. :D

http://www.pokemonelite2000.com/pkrs009.gifhttp://www.pokemonelite2000.com/rsitem164.png
Swampert@Leftovers
Relaxed
252 HP / 136 Def / 120 SpA
Hydro Pump
Ice Beam
Earthquake
Rest

My precious lead. :D Rest allows for recovery and cures it of Burn or Poison while Hydro Pump 2HKOs Skarmory and Weezing. Ice Beam hits Dragons and Grass types while Earthquake is for STAB. It's also my TTar counter.

Blissey@Leftovers
Natural Cure
252 HP/252 Defense/ 4 SpD
Bold
Seismic Toss
Aromatherapy
Thunder Wave
Softboiled

My Special Wall. I like to use SpD to take Special hits even better while still maintaining the Def but I'll have to use these EVs. Thunder Wave can cripple Sweepers while Seismic Toss is for doing something and Softboiled is for obvious recovery.

http://www.pokemonelite2000.com/pkrs189.gifhttp://www.pokemonelite2000.com/rsitem164.png
Salamence@Leftovers
Adamant
116 HP / 252 Atk / 140 Speed
Dragon Dance
HP Flying
Earthquake
Rock Slide/Flamethrower

DDMence. :D HP Flying gives STAB and good coverage with Earthquake while Rock Slide deals with the annoying Aerodactyl. Considering Flamethrower >> Rock Slide to make Skarmory suffer while Whirlwinding me away.

Skarmory@Leftovers
Impish
252 HP / 184 Def / 60 Atk / 12 Speed
HP Flying
Spikes
Whirlwind
Rest

Standard Skarmory. HP Flying >> Drill Peck since I would be having some legal issues if I used Whirlwind + Drill Peck while having little loss. Spike the field and Rest so it can have some recovery. Also my Heracross and Tauros counter.

http://www.pokemonelite2000.com/pkrs168.gifhttp://www.pokemonelite2000.com/rsitem150.png
Heracross@Choice Band
Adamant
Guts
4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Speed
Focus Punch
HP Ghost
Rock Slide
Megahorn

CBHera is a monster. Focus Punch hammers almost everything non-resistant and HP Ghost means Ghosts types don't wall me. Megahorn destroys Grass and Psychic types while Rock Slide can smash all those annoying Flying types.

http://www.smogon.com/download/sprites/rs/82.pnghttp://www.pokemonelite2000.com/rsitem164.png
Magneton@Leftovers
Modest
72 HP / 184 Speed / 252 SpA
Thunderbolt
Thunder Wave
HP Fire
Substitute

My Steel killer and it provides a nice Flying and Normal resist. HP Grass kills Swampert and Thunderbolt kills the annoying Skarmory.

May I have a rate from you guys? :D

Do you have a proper wall? Would that be Dusclopes?

Use Max Def/Max hp @Bold on Bliss in third gen, Duggy is more of a pain there, and there arnt really any overly stupidly powerful sp.sweepers to worry about.

You are also Gyrados weak. I fully think Zapdos would be beneficial here >> either mence or gross as they do the same thing, late game sweep.

Cant you use Roar on swampy aswell, or stuff thats status up just lol's.

As for Dusclops, its used for one reason and one reason only, spin blocking, and as you have no spikes. Id maybe get a better wall.

40 HP/252 Defense/216 SpD
Bold
Seismic Toss
Aromatherapy
Thunder Wave
Softboiled

My Special Wall. I like to use SpD to take Special hits even better while still maintaining the Def. Thunder Wave can cripple Sweepers while Seismic Toss is for doing something and Softboiled is for obvious recovery.

This isn't DP. The hardest hitting special attackers still can't touch it even with max Def and HP.

Metagross@Leftovers
Adamant
152 HP / 252 Atk / 104 Speed
Agility
Explosion
Meteor Mash
Earthquake

Agility Gross. Earthquake + Meteor Mash gives great coverage while Explosion is for a final attack before dieing. Agility means I outspeed almost everything in OU or lower.

Ewwwwwwwww this thing gets walled hard. Seriously this thing is only decent with a SD pass and even then it's not a great sweeper really >_<

Dusclops@Leftovers
Impish
252 HP / 36 Atk / 20 Def / 200 SpD
Focus Punch
Shadow Ball
Will-O-Wisp
Rest/Pain Split

Rest is great on Dusclops, since I consider it more reliable than Pain Split because it means I don't die to Toxic and all of its health is regained as well as an immunity to every status for 2 turns. Will-O-Wisp burns Physical Sweepers (think Tauros) while Shadow Ball hits fellow Ghosts and Psychics. Focus Punch is for Blissey. I'm considering Pain Split to make it easier to lure Blissey into doing a non-attacking move to Focus Punch it.

There is no point is having Dusclops if you don't have Spikes to protect from Rapid Spin >_<

May I have a rate from you guys? :D

I never thought I'd really have to say this, but you're Skarmory weak dude 0_o Swampert isn't very reliable in beating it (especially with an 80% accurate attack with 8 max PP). Heracross can hit it switching in, but otherwise can do nothing just like Salamence and Metagross. You ODed on physical attackers, which isn't necessarily bad but you can't really hurt Skarmory all that well. On paper you can maybe beat it, but it is seriously going to give you hell.

Adamant Dugtrio is a problem. Heracross and Blissey can't do anything to stop it from killing them and Metagross is vulnerable even with Agility (as it can predict when you're switch in).

Gyarados can set up and sweep this team really easily as well. You are also really weak to Spikes, and you can't even stop the most common spiker in Skarmory (or Forretress either). The Team isn't really resttalk Zapdos friendly either. It can seriously stall this team.

Definitely replace Dusclops and probably Metagross too. Neither of them really do anything to help you much. With Meta gone, you lose your normal and flying resists, so its replacement should have those. Skarmory is obviously a decent choice. It would also help since anything can get a BP by this team.

I'm going to consider Magneton to beat Skarmory and I'll also add Zapdos to counter Gyarados. I'll consider Skarmory...

Why is every team here Spikes/Pokemon weak?

Haha that made my day.

Just watch out for Dugtrio picking off Magneton before it can trap Skarmory, which will happen a lot with cautious (usually smart) Skarm users.

This might sound irritating, but watch out for Cloyster who can still spike the field on you pretty easily.

What I really recommend is just to read up on ADV more and get more familiarized with it. There are a lot of good RMTs to reference on Smogon and some old ones here. It generally helps your ability to understand what's going on so you can apply your understanding to team building.

You seem reluctant to use those EVs but I assure you that's all you're going to need. in the SDef category. Special Attackers aren't even close to as strong as they are in DP. It's a totally different generation.

I'm going to tell you right now, Cloyster is nothing short of awesome.
