This tool lets you edit the wild Pokémon in the Pokémon Diamond and Pokémon Pearl.

Also, I can think of something for you to change. How about the range of levels for each Pokemon you can encounter in the grass? I only notice 1 number next to them.

Anyway, Archuleta Shuckle, what do you mean by the range of levels?
This is how it works.. there's no Min and Max level for grass encounters, like there's for Surf & Fishing encounters.

At least, not that I know about.

Anyway, I was already planning to make a tool for the Honey Trees and the 'One-day-a-week' Pokémon ;)

ooh...its looks like a nice tool, but the areas are a little messed up,good thing you plan to fix it.
But since you were planning to make some programs about pokemon, i was wondering if you were open to suggestions about some programs.
I was wondering if it was even possible for the fr/lg/r/s/e pokemon to appear because i don't think you can do it with no$gba.
I guess i will try it out when i get no$gba and a pearl rom.

If you mean by 'messed up' the not so logical structure of the list; that's how Nintedo/GameFreak programmed it XD
If you mean that some route names aren't displayed fully in the list, that's why I added the route name to the title bar (?)

Finally a good Wild Pokemon Editor for the DS! The other one was a bit simple, as I couldn't edit the Pokemon in caves and I could only edit the ones in grass. But this editor is brilliant! Thanks a lot for making it.

Edit: Another thing to add is a better Pokemon navigation drop down. It allows you to put the first letter in the box to search for Pokemon that names begin with that letter, but nothing after the first letter.
Edit 2: Found a bug, when you go to look at the help - how to popup and navigate away from the program, the popup disappears behind the program box and it becomes unusable so you can't even close out of the program or move it away so you can close the help popup. The only way to fix it is to end the process in the task manager, thus closing your unsaved work.

Did some little changes, Todo-list stays the same though..
I corrected the TabIndexes and did some changes to the textboxes (for the levels).
Normally, you shouldn't be able to get an error when you enter the levels.

So I've noticed that every pokemon in the "WALK [MORNING]" section are the swarm pokemon for that route (if the route has a swarm). For example, Route 201 has Doduo as both the Morning pokemon. Now, if I don't want Doduo as the morning pokemon, will changing that also change the swarm? Or is the morning pokemon being the swarm pokemon just a coincidence?

As far as I know.. this is how the data works.. People should just test it, and report what they get.
If you change the Morning/Day/Night Pokémon.. and don't encounter them when they should.. just report it.
You might need to test it before and after getting the national dex though..

Well, on Route 203, I set Combee and Venonat for Mornings, and in the game, I noticed that I got them a lot, but when it became daytime, they were non-existant and the two Pokemon I set for Daytime (Scyther and Cubone) appeared and never showed up in the Morning. Same went for when it was Night.

I think Swarm Pokemon is a whole different coding all together since it might be treated as an event sort of thing like how different pokemon will show up in the Safari Game each day.

Google for Nitro Explorer. Download it and it will allow you to explore the filesystem of DS ROMs, and copy the .narc to a folder.
