Introduction:

Hello I'm Horus and I introduce you Pokémon Waterfall.

Features

Story:
Youre a small Boy/Girl who lives in the Grone region.
Today is a very important day, because youll get your very first Pokemon from Professor Oak.
On the way to his lab Suicune suddenly appears!
A trainer appears. He tells you that his name is Eusine and that he is trying to capture Suicune for years now.
But he sees that Suicune is hurt, so he decides to let it run.
Suicune takes its chance and flees.
Eusine steps to you and asks you if you would like to continue his journey with him and help him to catch Suicune.
You agree, but first you have to go to Professor Oaks Lab to get your first Pokemon.

yeah i defeated the dragon gym leader, and got the munchlax but the munchlax does not appear with the correct name when captured.

Thanks guys, only thing I would suggest is make your own pallettes when you have time, the current sprites uses the FR hero pallettes. An interesting fact, I used part of the hero's skin colors to make him have brown pants/ trousers. Looks nice though I must admit, gives off that original feel to waterfall.

Well like I promised the Pre-Alpha XD.
But first an anouncement Disturbed is going to be my mapper and i'm his scripter.
Because then I get time re-opening explorer and let him make very cool maps for waterfall.

So download the pre-alpha in the attachment.
It does not contain to much action yet but it's nicely made up and does not contain any known bugs yet.

I played through the Beta.

I found some glitches though:

First one: The Man does not talk.

Talking to him won't freeze the Hack though.

Second one: When you pick your Pokemon,

you walk through Gary.

And where's the Prof.?

Where's the Dawn OW?

This hack is nice, the title screen is good, the mapping is good, overall pretty good.

The mods should really move it to the hack showcase, did you PM them about this?

This is meant as a complement that a good hack with a fairly high amount of work should be showcased in the hack showcase, not as a popularity thing. I do not work on this hack, so the only reason I said this is because I actually thought the hack belonged there. My attitude toward hacking isn't popularity, but respect for hard honest work. Punk Rocker, you could only say that if I said that I cared about popularity message about my own hack, not if I say it about someone else's hack. It is only just a complement to someone else's hack, not a desire for popularity.

If this was directed at my comment, here is my explanation:

However, i ran into one problem, when leaving the pokemart in the second town, you appear next to a rock above the mart,
just a cosmetic issue, but could become a problem, other than that no problems

that's a problem I fixed I will add more events between the first and second town since it's a bit to short and then will release pre-alpha v2

The map is a little too square and needs a lot more space. The pals are a bit funny :\ But, if you are inserting some new tiles get a new lab :) Good luck.
