The printer was off...
I've gotten a Legend of Blue Eyes pack where on half the cards, the border was all at the bottom and barely any of it was at the top.

Well misprints tend to happen in first ed. cards (this holds true with magic and pokemon too, even without first ed. cards). So consider yourself lucky. lol
