How do you amke a Trainer Card? With a Program?

I´ve just want to ask you how to make a trainer card. I tried almost anything there was but I can´t seem to make one myself. What program can be used to make Pokemon Trainer Cards? Please Help me!

you can use ms paint, and it' very easy. the only bad part is that you can't get a template so easily, but you can request one trainer card from jkaizer.^^

you could use photoshop its....for advanced people..but when you know how to use it..you have great results..like me hope it helps...if not pm me
