Since so many new members keep asking about trainer cards here is a FAQ thread about them.
Q: Where do I get a trainer card?
A: In the Home of the Sprites Forum (Where you are now!)
Q: Where do I get a blank trainer card?
A: Where do you think? In the Ruby/Sapphire/Fire Red/Leaf Green Games, and then you deled all the info on it to make it blank.
Q: How do I take it out of the game?
A: All you do is get the appropriate rom and then take a screenshot, or you can press the print screen button at the top of your keyboard and then press paste it into a graphics program like MS Paint.
Q: Is there a trainer card program?
A: No, there is no trainer card program, but most people make their own blank card, as explained above, and then make thier own in a graphics program like MS Paint.

A: Go to http://www.imageshack.us/ and then upload your trainer card, then choose then take the picture url and put [img] tags and then put it in your signature.
