I don't see the use of Forry, consider using Machamp, since it walls TTar, and can offer a Status Absorber.

Forretress is used as a Rapid Spinner, a Stealth Rocker and a Dragon resist, three things a Eeveelution team lacks. But yeah, I could fit Machamp in over another Eeveelution, I still have four. Which one should it go over? And what Machamp moveset?

I would have payback/dark pulse for STAB on umbreon, since because taunters are usually faster. that way, it wouldn't become completely useless if they taunted you first.

Both Payback and Dark Pulse are ass on Umbreon. In fact, like Vance said any Offensive Umbreon sucks.
