hey guys i have a hack that i want to make but i just can make a good hack of this, so if anyone wants to make a hack here is this... i dont know how to put a picture here from my desktop :P

Well, it's great that you're interested in making a hack, but.. what exactly is the purpose of posting this thread here? o.o; The New Users / Welcome forum is for telling fellow members a bit about yourself when you first join the forum, making some friends and so on. (And you joined in June? O_o)
We have a whole forum (http://www.pokecommunity.com/forumdisplay.php?f=37) dedicated to ROM Hacking. Take a look through there at some of the guideline threads and so on, and then feel free to post about your hack. Just be sure to follow the guidelines associated with that forum, because I can tell you for sure the mods of that forum would close a thread like this if it were posted there.
