you can easily tell. What kind of Sceptile is off its expected speed of 372 by that much? 308 is the lowest speed for Sceptile possible with EV training... and it's still higher than yours. It shows.

Compare to the impossilbe-to-achieve full EV in everything Milotic, your Milotic...

hp: is above minimum of 300 at IV 0, meaning that you have some EV into it regardless of how high or low your IV is.

atk: it's one of the lower IV possible for attack as you're just 7 points above bare minimum, which is no big deal. It's modest anyway. Seems like there was still a couple of EV points here though.

def: 163 is minimum, and 194 is maximum without any EV, so you can see that there's EVs in this area regardless of the IV

speed: 167 is minimum speed, and 198 is the maximum speed without any EV, so you got EVs in this one and EVs really do not belong here O.o; EVs are wasted into this area

sp.atk: 225 to 259 without EVs including modest bonus, and you got 309. That's a lot of EVs dumped here.

sp.def: 255 to 286 without EVs, so it seems that you got a poor IV along with lack of EV training o.o;

Those specials need alot of EV training.......plus i think u got on the lower end of the IV scale.

I said that I was comparing VanirElf's Milotic to the "Impossible to achieve Milotic" within the game database (meaning full IV and full EV for everything, which is impossible because you cannot get full EV on everything)...

Yeah, with Steel types being weak to Fighting, Ground, and Fire, your greatest worry is from physical. Don't forget Water and Electric deal normal damage.

And of course, STAB+Flash Fire+Sunny Day+Flamethrower = LOADS of damage!!
