Erm, if you mean can you trade so that your Leaf Green Pokemon are on Sapphire (and vice versa), then yes, but you need to complete a side quest on LG to do it. (Defeat the Elite Four, get the National Dex from Professor Oak, go to Celio in the Pokemon Center of One Island, find and bring him the Ruby and Sapphire Plates.)

What exactly are you asking? If you can trade the types of trainers between games (like somehow trade May into FR)?
If that is what you're asking... then no. =P

I don't understand what you are saying...
If you mean trading Pokemon, then yes.
If trading the trainer sprites, NO.
