Well, is Volume 29 is release together with Wonderland? I'm not sure of it... I just can understand some words. I need a person who know Japanese to translate these Japanese symbols:

What it is basically saying is:

In Pokemon Wonderland there are tons of information on Pokemon Special!
There is even information on Comic vol. 29!
If you are a Pokemon Special fan you must get a hold of one!

ポケスペ - is shortened for: ポケモンスペシャル
情報/じょうほう/jyouhou - means information.
