Question regarding Ditto and breeding

Hey, if I give Ditto an Everstone and breed it, will it give its nature to the hatched Pokemon? Even if it has to be the "male"?

Yes, it will, according to the breeding guide in Strategies and Movesets. Ditto's nature may be passed anytime by using a everstone.

I do believe that this trick only works in Emerald, and then DPPt. Same with the secondary effects of abilities (Flame Body halving egg hatch time etc)

Yes, all games except R/S and FR/LG (of course not g1 or g2 ethier...)

Having Ditto (or a female Pokemon) hold an Everstone will cause the baby to receive the nature of the Ditto(/female) 50% of the time.

Nope Magma Armor only cuts egg time in Emerald and above.
