Hello I am Blaine's Favorite Student and Ive got a challenge for you all, its not a relatively hard challenge but its my first, so here goes. do you ever wonder why poeple seem to have high levels before they even challenge the first gym? it stems from a term known as "power levelling" well in this challenge I will be eliminating that.

Rules:

NO leveling outside of of trainer battles
you can fight wild pokemon but cannot get exp. from them.
No cheating devices
No legendaries
and No trading
You can use the day-care but only two pokemon can use it and you can only use the one by Curelean City
Next you cannot buy healling items.
the only healing items you can use are the ones you find during the game.

You can use any pokemon just not Legends!!!!
Challenge ends after you beat the elite 4 the secound time and finish the jewel quest..

This would be far too easy. I never fight wild Pokemon anyway so it wouldn't be any different from how I usually play. You might want to add no VS. Seeker too.
