Consider warmer clothes, perhaps wear a light coat indoors if you have one — you shouldn't have to be told this.

Close the windows and draw the cutains, and bear in mind that things like computers and televisions generate some degree of heat (the former can be left on standby).

Um, how does a hair dryer keep you warmer than central heating? O.o;

But yeah, I agree with Cassino. Consider warmer clothes, even if they're outdoor winter clothes. Big huge jackets, etc.

Where do you live, anyway?

That sounds nice. What is there to complain about? Enjoy the cold.
Although if you have poor circulation in your hands, I'd advise wearing gloves.

When ever I want roasted marshmallows, I take out a tea candle, light it and roast them as I normally would on a open fire.

I miss the cold. I used to live in Alaska before I moved to Florida, and it was super cold during the winter. Now it's pretty much hot all the time where I am now. It's almost like snow doesn't even exist. :/
