First off, who the hell are you lol.

My browser had nothing to do with it, okay? The website blocker was made by Google, used in IE and Chrome.

I fixed the white screen error, it was simply switching the save option to 128k and none of the things listed in your post had anything to do with it.

Sonic, I think there is also a problem after you beat lauren league in which the game doesn't realize that you did so. The first league is fine, but you should look into Lauren league. Ash was on it, ask him exactly what it is cause I'm not sure

Larvesta is in Flamerny Woods. Also the levels of Gym Leaders will remain the same for Zhery, the surrounding trainers and wild Pokemon however will have higher leveled Pokemon. You should read what other characters tell you in-game. A guy just tells you that she is back at that mountain before snowice city

Well, recently Weebly sites have been decided "dagerous" due to its site structure of one root sitr and a giantic mass of subsites. To solve this, it will differ based on your browsr. Chrome, for example, will let you in with the option of ignoring the dagers and entering. Firefox or IE, I do not know(sorry!).
If google is the one not letting you in, go to the address bar, find the original web address(www.wesleyfg.weebly.com...),cut it, delete the rest, paste.
If you cant get in, use my site, at sig;although I beleive it has become blocked also.

To enter in the base, you have to dress up like a Team Steam member.

After you beat the Steam's boss you can acess the cave in Drakebreath.

Teach Glide to one of your Pokemon and then use Pilot License :)

Apologies if I was offensive, but after you see the same questions over and over again, it become quite annoying.

Gible and bagon are already in LP, and this is the final version, Mt.Draconem.
however due to some tile settings, they are not encounterable.
You may fix this your self via Adavanced Map, or the hard version Sonic is making.
This IS the final version, and that wont change.

Ok, I'm having a problem I downloaded the full english version of IPS file from the first page of this thread. Downloaded several different Clean USA and UK roms, and am using VBA. Ran Lunar IPS, and patched them up. Each one isn't working correctly, their all clean roms but I keep coming up with white screens.

Lunick/Solona's house is in the route between Snowice and the waterfall.
Route 415. If you took the correct path all along, you were probably there already, and fought Solona at the door of the house.

The hack is awesome, the pokemon is easy to catch, the leveling is simple because of the Rare item like Lucky egg is easy to get.
But the Story sometimes kinda Confusing, like don't know where to go if you don't read what the NPC is saying, or even if you read it, you still don't know :P

okay i Have just a few issues,
- one i talked to oak multiple times and i never recieved my 2nd gen starter NVM i got it finally it took a few more tries but i ended up with cyndaquil when i chose charmander?
- and you using the water stone on feebas right away didnt work for me.

btw, i got the portugese one so i dont know if there are slight differences with a little ips patch that came with it too so any ideas as to whats wrong?

Ehm, why can't you buy normal PokeBalls anywhere? I thought this was a bug, because I played it on my phone. Then I tried both portugese and english versions on PC and there aren't any pokeballs at the 1st, and 2nd city either. Only way I got pokeballs is from prof Jasmine, and you only get 5.

Oooooo. Im afraid that the portugese version is the problem.
I do not remember perfrctly but when Snakebyte translated the game, he made a few more changes for convenience. Stone evloutions, were one of them. I'm afraid I do not know the original evolution.
And about getting starters... heres what is supposed to happen.
First you get 1st gen starter
Oak gets you a 2 gen starter. However everytime you talk to him, the satrter he offers changes. Same for all the rest, except the 5th gen starter in Lauren region , where the proff. Gives it to you as a present.

Ehm, why can't you buy normal PokeBalls anywhere? I thought this was a bug, because I played it on my phone. Then I tried both portugese and english versions on PC and there aren't any pokeballs at the 1st, and 2nd city either. Only way I got pokeballs is from prof Jasmine, and you only get 5.

This question has been asked before.
Pokballs are not available until the Dept. Store. However othere balls are available.


And now i'm kinda confused after beating the 2nd E4, now where do i go ??
considering there's 2 Legendary pokemon that i've seen while chasing Team Steam (Rayquaza, and the other one i don't know it's name)

The hack is awesome, the pokemon is easy to catch, the leveling is simple because of the Rare item like Lucky egg is easy to get.


Go beat Ash in the World Championship, and go catch legendaries. Thats it.
Parts of Team Steamcoughzerocough will be encounterable in the process.

I've finally got it to work after a while. You need to patch a very specific ROM: Ruby (U) V1.0, it works like any other ROM is expected to after that.

BTW, I'm not very far into this game. But from the start one can tell that a great deal of work was put in. Greeeeeat work.

Depends on the version of the written save file. If its the really old one, I (nor anyone) cannot guaratee that it works.

I just have one thing to say. The gameplay is great but the translation is faulty.

Not sure if the original game is like this but all the characters seem very robotic. The way the talk seems too exact to be believable and there are small flaws in their logic that make the game unplayable to me. Such as: Kairo (I think that's his name) Introducing himself and then a few scenes later our character saying "I know who both of you are! I've been watching you my whole life".

I love this game. I think it's really good for just going off of Ruby's engine and basically making a brand-new game. I love that Ash AND Red are in it, it makes me giggle. And the "heroes" from the other games too, like Diamond.

Play the game anew. It's much better and you don't have to care about what ifs... =)
By what ifs I mean that some events might not have worked due to changed flags.

Hm. I know in some hacks the people made it so Eevee would evolve into Glaceon or Leafeon while holding mail or with the leaf stone. I wasn't sure if Wesley did that or not.

Hey Wesley. I've just noticed one part of the hack that wasn't in English. When you press 'A' on a dive spot, but you don't have dive, it says, ''O oceano esta calmo. Um POKeMON poderia mergulhar.''

hey everyone I'm kinda new here but i have played the light platinum. to pass through the lass with belossom at mt. lauren you have to simply change roms for a while, use the portuguesse version and pass through her using your save file in your english version. after that you can change it to the english version again.

I'm just sugesting though...

and another thing, i don't know if it's a bug or what but, I'm still stuck at kosaka city. in the english version you can't proceed from this point on. I haven't played the portuguesse version because of the very simple fact that i can't understand it at all. lol. i really want to finish this game though cuz it's a very amazing hack indeed.

Anyway I was just wondering, is this rom still in beta or is it completed? It seems like it from the description on the first post. If that's the case then I'm kinda disappointed, the quality isn't what I expected if you compare to other top hacks out there. I've played many hacks found on this forum, ever since 2 or 3 years ago. This one however disappointed me, as there're a lot problems I can point out.

The first major problem is how repetitive it is. Pokemon itself is already quite repetitive overall, but this game just made it so much more repetitive in the first few hours. All you fight are either Bug or Grass type Pokemon. What's up with that? I have yet to encounter trainers that use a different Pokemon other than Bug or Grass types for the past 10 hours. Sure, there are a few that use different ones, but most of them use the same. It's as if the entire first 10 hours of the game forces you to choose Charmander as your starter, as it will work to your advantage. If you choose the other 2 starter types other than Charmander, then you're screwd and face boring battles every time.


The other problem is the dialogs. They're all the same, most of them at least. The storyline sucks, and it's not very clear and well introduced since the start. And when the storyline finally picks up, it doesn't even do a good job. I'm talking about the part where Team Steam steals the Red & Blue orb, and the gym leader (forgot her name) and a professor was there as well, I think they were kidnapped or something I can't remember properly.

Anyway, after you defeated Sheila, Team Steam then made their escape along with the two orbs. After they escaped, the gym leader and professor only spoke like 2 lines or so, and then pretended like it wasn't a big deal and just went off in their own directions. What the hell is up with that? In fact, the only people that cared were Ash and Red, where they were waiting outside the gym and tells you that they will be going after Team Steam. They weren't even in the building with you! This just doesn't piece together very well.


Lastly, there're a few small bugs that needed to be fixed. For example, when I received a Pokemon somewhere early at the start, the picture of the Pokemon didn't go away after I accepted it. I have to exit the building to make it disappear.


Anyway, this rom has the potential to become a great hack, but there're too many inconsistencies and bad storyline etc so I hope they will be fixed and improved in the future.

I absolutely agree with you about that problems. This maybe a great hack, but it still has many problems the author need fix. Some bugs are still happening while we're trying playing.

Ya exactly! That's one other important point I missed out. I find it ironic how when I trained on wild Pokemon at lower level, they give me more EXP than me defeating a random Pokemon from a gym leader. It doesn't make sense.

The other problem is how the PokeMart doesn't even sell Pokeballs. And you have to get to the 2nd or 3rd town to find a PokeMart that sells one, but even that still fails because they sell Ultra Balls and you won't have enough money to buy a sufficient amount at that point.



Also, back to the point I was talking about (the game being unbalanced and repetitive), if I didn't find a Growlithe on the 2nd floor of the lab then I wouldn't have made it. I chose Bulbasaur as my starter and after the first Team Steam battle, my Bulbasaur was at 75% HP. I decided to train him a little so I trained on wild Pokemon till it was lvl 10. Then I tried to go back to the lab to heal, but there's nothing there. I tried going back to my house and heal, nothing there either. So I thought OK maybe I can just go to the next town. The problem is, along the way there're at least 3 or 4 trainers that use BUG type Pokemon, and each of them use like 3 or 4 of them.


Do you see how unbalanced this is? My Bulbasaur would've either ran out of PP or HP one way or another, and especially that it's against BUG type Pokemon, which is at a disadvantage. At least make it easier for players to start off by being able to heal, but NOPE we gotta defeat 4 trainers in a row. I like challenges and i'm not a bad player, in fact I like to think i'm a very good one. But still, it seems the game forces you to choose Charmander just to have fun. You still can't argue over the fact that throughout the first 2~3 town, all you face are either BUG or Grass type Pokemon, the entire first few hours of the game are suited to Charmander leveling up. Very unbalanced imo.

...Never mind, you can obtain Milotic! I remember the water stone was a big disappointment in the first version; I was wondering why it wasn't for Feebas. Okay, now that I can use Milotic, this game is 10x better!!!

Well it is possible though you will have hard time if you want to do it :D
You would need to know what hex number that ticket has or better said, what item has been replaced with Ticket.

I found the Alpha thingy and I don't have Fly so I can't fly back to yellow town.

After searching for many hours, trying to play this on my emulator phone *cough* droid og *cough* I have finally found a solution.

First, What causes the problem:

Either a bad Ruby rom to start
or a poor patching program.

Now to the solution!!

This is what i did:

1. Googled Ruby rom 1.0 .gba downloaded it.
2. Downloaded the patch from 1st page (english).
3. Downloaded Lunarips.
4. Patched the ruby rom with lunarips.
5. Downloaded RHEA (ROM HEADER EDITOR ADVANCE) Just google "RHEA romhacking" its the first link.
6. Now open RHEA and browse for the directory in which your newly patched rom is located. and it will display in the white box in RHEA click on it, and you will notice a the white boxes on the right filled with information.
Fill these boxes with this information:


Game Title: POKEMON EMER
Game Code: BPEE
Maker Code: Nintendo
Main Unit Code: 00
Device Type: 00
Rom Verison: 00

*make sure to delete everything in the game title box because Theres spaces before and after the name.*

7. Change save type to 128k.
8. Enjoy the game!



I hope that Wesley doesnt mind us changing a few things to be able to play his Awesome game! Ive been playing it for about 2 hours now no problems. ive tried it on VBA, No$gba, Gameboid and Gpsphone.

Lugia is in diving spot on Orange Isle that is blocked by 3 boulders that represent Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres, once you catch them, they will disappear.

you know what try all stones first.....then if that does not work......then i think its impossible.... but i say you really have to have an ice type in the team...

i defeated the E4 with all 50 lvl guys...no legendaries used......my abamasnow gets 80% of the credit

you know what try all stones first.....then if that does not work......then i think its impossible.... but i say you really have to have an ice type in the team...

i defeated the E4 with all 50 lvl guys...no legendaries used......my abamasnow gets 80% of the credit

Try the Train Station in Central City, Ferry Station in Seanport City, or the Airport in Bramboach Town... They should get you there... If not, try the hot air baloons in Noormeak City.

she is in the enterance of the mountain.....not the one from the snowce city ...if you enter the snowace side of the mountain...go to the other end....near the enterance she will be there.....then go again inside the mountain she will be at the end...

if u wanna go to Orange Islands, u must have orange pass. U can get it from Lance in MT. Draken near Drakebreath City.

Snorunt probably also does not evolve into Froslass, use YAPE to check.

Hey, actually I think that carrying HM/TM slaves are annoying and wasting our slot so I suggest that changing HM moves to Key Items instead. But still you can get the HM moves at the same time you get the Key Items

Replacement:-

HM2. Fly - Hot Air Balloon / Air Ship / Helicopter
HM3. Surf - Raft / Motor Boat / Hovercraft
HM4. Strength - Robot / Dozer

HM7. Waterfall - Rope Hook
HM8. Dive - Submarine / Scuba Tool / Newt Suit

I knew that custom TM is good but it is annoying and some of them you can only get once. Also you could add 'Mini' to some of them which make them capable of putting inside your bag, tho I dont think it does matter. For 'Watefall' I can only thought of 'Rope Hook'. I did not mention HM5 Lava Surf because it does not need to be replaced. As for HM3 Surf(my personal problem), I dont like to use water pokemon until I get Kyogre.

You should teach your PKMN TM50 Fire Blow, not TM38 Fire Blast. TM38 dont have any effect outside battle, but TM 50 can burn away rotten tree stump.

I think u should use ur Pilot Lisence before u reaching to the edge...
