I made this thread to compare how long I have been playing for against other people. So what is your overall playing time in ALL of Diamond and Pearl?

I just broke the 200 hour mark last night. The sad part is about 170 of those hours were in the first month or so.

Pokemon Pearl is my main game, and I just passed the 400 hour mark. On Pokemon Diamond, I'm just under 100 hours. If I may throw Battle Revolution into this mix, a little over 50 hours.

So total 4th gen play time = ~550 hours

On Diamond, my primary game, I have clocked in 100 hours on my first playthrough, 40 on my second, 50 on my third, and 300 on my fourth. That ends up to atleast 590 hours clocked in. As for Pearl, I have clocked in around 60 hours, which adds it to 660 hours.

Wow, I never realized how much I played D/P, and most of the 660 hours were taken last July.

Well, you can say I am one of those that actually DO play the time their game marks them. In my case, yes, I'm one of those 999:59 people. I don't even remember when did I reach that mark, but I play Pokémon at least 3 hours a day (and 2 more in school with friends).

I've beat the game a few times, and continued to play and work with Pokémon that were level 100. I would always get up to the maximum time, which is 999:59. Sometimes, I would leave the game out in the dark, when I fell asleep playing, trying to beat a gym or trainer. I would struggle to catch a new Pokémon, or try to get a shiny Pokémon in a chain.

I got Pokémon Pearl from day one - ever since it first existed in the US. I've played for hours on both weekdays and weekends, struggling to make my first win on the game. I've played for over a year, and that's how I got my time to the maximum 999:59. ;)

I got the max of 999:59 about 7 days ago. I started it March 4, 2008. I've beaten it though. Still have to get Heatran, I have all the other legendaries though. Beat it in December some time, but through trading it before then, I had about 334 Pokemon from the National Dex already (including 151 from Sinnoh). most of what I have left is evolutions.

I just train, go check out the GTS to see if there's anything I could put up for trade here that i can get for cheap (like, Spiritomb for Shiny Zapdos). It proves I'm not a freak (no offence to guys with 999:59, kudos to you, i just can't physically play that long) and it proves i haven't played for 2 days.
