This was for a SoTW entry, all the props used were found around the house, apart from
the letter I made for the photo.

http://img293.imageshack.us/img293/7031/doctorbook5va4.png
I was practising re-covering the book before taking the actual photo for SoTW #42 - Doctor who.
The original book is the German dictionary is in this photo (http://i42.tinypic.com/2lniomg.png).

I was messing around with the keys on my keyboard during my Art exam.
They were really mucky though, so I cleaned them up in Photoshop.

Awesome work! Love the photographs, must be a nice camera (I'm stuck with a crappy point and shoot from like 3 years ago...lol) But anyway, I gotta say you are really talented. The anime stuff is great, but my fav out of the post is the Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind piece, really top notch! Keep up the great work.

@Noxious
Funky eh? xD I guess that's good!
I was trying to go for a different, more contemporary style than what I usually do. ^^

I've edited the first post, now it's a lot more organized and pretty. :D
From now on, every time I post a new graphic I will be putting it in the first post and in it's own one down here.

Also, if I can draw your attention to the first post once more:
This isn't a shop, But if you do want to have something made then PM me (http://www.pokecommunity.com/private.php?do=newpm&u=2748). :3

Also, love the new formatting, although my crappy laptop screen is too small, so I keep needing to drag it over to see the rest.
Left, right, left, right, left, right. If your art wasn't so brilliant, I wouldn't have done it and just looked at the left column and half the right one. xP

Hahaha, your resolution must be just big enough for it to still want to use the two columns. xD
I tested it on a smaller resolution and it switched to just one column. :p

Thank you. ^^
And no, everything in the space piece was made from scratch, no renders or whatnot. ^^

I'm thinking of changing the thread name to This.TEXT //Should// make +YOU+ visit.

Here's the entry I've made for this week's SoTW, theme was Doctor Who.
I've tried to re-create a book (http://img293.imageshack.us/img293/9218/drwho2008s04e08ffmpegheoc6.jpg) seen in an episode, along with The Doctor's Psychic Paper (http://www.doctorwhoworld.org.uk/Images/sitegraphics/physicpaper.jpg).

I loved setting this photo up, you can find the unedited one here (http://i42.tinypic.com/2lniomg.png). ^^

http://img383.imageshack.us/img383/5166/doctorwhosotw2sw0.png

Also, the day before taking the photo I was practising to see if I could put the blue cover on that same German dictionary.
This is how it came out:

Yesterday:
Everything was frosty yesterday, it was awesome.
One thing that I found really nice though was the string between some bottles in the allotment behind our house had frosted up in a very interesting way.

You may double post in your showcase only if you are posting an update after at least two weeks of no activity, and you may revive it within a reasonable amount of time if you do not wish to make a new thread.

Two weeks =/= A few hours.

Posts merged, don't do it again. ;<

I really like your Graphics and Photography in the sense that they are very unique.

I especially fancy the pictures you took of the Icicle and the Snow days, they look very professional and interesting.

I also like most of your graphics and the ones I really like are the Hand prints and the Piano Keys, I don't know why but I have a liking for extraordinary images. The Honey pot image was just plain hilarious. Nice Graphic work, Josephine.

The pollen looks like it's been photoshop'd too much. There is too much dark orange on one of the pollen stems. .o.

It's certainly better than the one you posted in TCTI…

Also the greenery always helps emphasise the flower.

I knew you were going to say something like that. xD

Maybe you needed to change the focus a little. I prefer the attention more on the petals… also the fact I dislike the colour orange doesn't help. xD

moments.
February 21st, 2009, 02:17 PM
Woah that is an amazing photo of the flower!
The colours are very vibrant and lovin' the green in the backing to boost the focus and the purple of the petals.
Awesome shot!

I felt the same about the petals being the focal more. :/

Thanks for comment, moments. ^^

I was a little bored and so I edited the sig which Munna is currently using.

All tumbleweed is good tumbleweed though.

I still wanted to do a photographic entry but felt 100x100px was too small.
So, I decided to show that opinion through someone being squashed into the canvas space.
