Well, Mystery Dungeon 3 could be a good way to introduce new moves.
Even though I guess Vacuum-Cut doesn't have a future in competitive battling, several new moves were added to the MD games. Perhaps they will continue to do so? :)

Seriously, It would be fun! You get to attack wild Pokemon and sword battle enemies for the conquest of more land. You join a Italian expedition and try to beat the crap out of the opposite of your personality tests (which in my case, would probably be France.)

I hope the story is gonna be as good as the one of the second. It was the thing what it made so much better then the first one. (in my opinion)

I can't say other things about it. But it would be nice if you could be not only a starter Pokémon but also others as Eevee, Taillow etc. xD

Pirates would be great. We'd probably start under a captain. Though it's would take a milder look at piratism (Yes, I made that word up), similar to the guild way.

We'd probably start out as cabin boys or something, but by going on adventures to find gold or something we would gain reputation and ranks (top one perhaps being 'Captain'). The ranks aren't actual story things, more like 'Bronze Rescue Team' and 'Gold Rescue Team'.

If I was them, I'd let you CHOOSE to be whatever starter you wanted to without having to go through those annoying questions and trying to find ways to fix them to your whim. Instead, I'd have your personality effect what you say (I.E. If you're brave you'll say different things to your partner than someone who got timid). The gameplay would be the same, but you're personality would change depending on your result in the quiz at the beginning, which isn't supposed to do? Also, you can change your personality in the menu, or take the quiz again whenever you want.

The starters that should definately be in it are:

Charmander, Cyndiquil, Torchic, Chimchar,
Squirltle, Tododile, Mudkip, Piplup,
Bulbasaur, Chickitoria (Buffed, of course), Treeko, and Turtwig.

The reason is that there starters. I don't really count Pikachu as a starter due to the fact that he was only one in Yellow, a special version of red and Blue. If you put him as a normal starter, you should put Eevee as one as well. In my opinion, as the only electric Pokémon, he should be a special Pokémon. You know, the ones you can't pick as your starter. The special one should be:

Cubone (I liked playing as him in RRT), Eevee (This is one of the most popular Pokémon ever, seriously), and Pikachu (Not a normal starter though, as reasons I put above).

One that might be good for the job as special starter:

Ralts (Just we a little move change), and Riolu (Perhaps, he's cool, popular and awesome. But may be a little to powerful. I mean, in that movie 'Lucario and the Mystery of Mew', Lucario was pretty much portrayed as a LEGENDARY Pokémon. Riolu is the Pokémon that evolves into Lucario)

Riolu is one of those popular Pokemon who really won't go down well as a starter. I miss Cubone - I remember the first time I played PMD, and I got Cubone... ah, fond memories. You can imagine my reaction when he got the boot. I think that PMD3 will be released after Platinum, so that it can serve as a "Be quiet, be quiet, we're making a big game here! Here, look, take a spin-off." game.

Also, I am just fine with the Personality Quiz. Sure, it's a pain in the tail sometimes, but what if you have no idea who you want to be and will just go along with whatever the game chooses? Plus, there's really no fun in choosing your own starter. It's been a PMD staple since the first game.

The Unchosen One: What if, it did the personality test, said what Pokémon you were like, but would be able to choose a different Pokémon from a list without having to it again. But on the list you could be you couldn't choose those special Pokémon (Ex. Cubone, Eevee, Skitty) unless their personality is what you get. Also, no gender-different choices. Why would Eevee be female-only?

Actually in PMD 1. Eevee was female-only starter, I'm sure on that. But I also believe Machop was a male-only starter. And Machop is the one that evolves into Machoke. I might be wrong though. I don't mind having genders, but in PMD it's stupid to limit a person depending on gender. It's like back in the Olden Days. And though it's nice to know what gender your teammates there's no breeding in PMD (Thank God there isn't...)

I think they learned their lesson though; so if they incorporate Eevee back in it'll be available to both genders, like Skitty (and Skitty is the epitome of girly starters). They also haven't added in all the natures, so they could add in a few more. Modest? Adamant? Gentle? Lax? (Oh wait, Lax sucks. Nevermind.) SERIOUS?!

Besides that, I'd like to see some 5th gen events as well.
Or if Eevee has some new evos in the 5th gen, they could become available if that's not asking for too much?

I would rather have the personality test gone. You could choose your own pokemon. And then when you get bored, they should have a button that allows you to change your pokemon. Just not during boss battles. Like say you're a Treecko facing Arcticuno. It'd be freaky to just morph. It should be like when you're put to sleep. It should take up about four turns. And.. like, you slowly morph.

Funny that you mentioned that; my friend on DeviantArt has already jumped on this idea. I for one, think that a pirate storyline would be epic and would fit pokemon rather well. They wouldn't have any character shortage issues either since water pokemon are the greatest majority that make up the types.

Something about him and Sableye having a talk, maybe going back through time. Yeah, I think the same thing will happen. Yeah, but Serebii does (occasionally) post hoaxes. So, we can't always trust them. But another site did say about more information, the ability to play as others, seeing what happened to Grovyle, and why can't you transfer your old team there to make Grovyle have a partner again?
Actually, there is more to the story, by what I understood. Oddly enough, the future will not change, and Grovyle is captured by Dusknoir. But, after a talk with a Sableye, he breaks out with the Sableye's help and goes back to the present. During that time, a new team has arrived and found that Grovyle is stealing Time Gears again and decide to stop him, even though the rest aren't worried. After an epic battle with Grovyle (again), you find out that he is doing this again for the help of time. But, Dusknoir comes back to stop Grovyle and makes your team think that he just lied to you and the rest fell for his lie as well. He says that "he is your partner" just to trick you, and you fall for it. Meanwhile, Grovyle already has 5 Time Gears (again) and Dusknoir captures him and sends you with him to the future, where a Giratina took over and engulfed the world with darkness with Darkrai.

yea, but that would just be a basic repeat of what as already happened showing that nintendo really is running out of ideas. Seeing as this time their trying to continue the story rather then making a new one. However i think this might be just a big hoax, there's just something about it that doesn't seem right.

I'm both happy and not so happy about things. I love the starters they decided to include but doing the game as an extension on the storyline of PMD 2 doesn't work for me...I really hope it has more difference in the storyline than I expect.

No, I just took ideas from the past games for that story. But, Nintendo is getting to be so bad that Microsoft and SONY are laughing at their antics. Really? The biggest hardcore game for Wii to come out next is... Pikmin. People love the Wii and love their minimal hardcore games, and Nintendo listened. They got Wii Music. What? That's not hardcore. Like that little rant about Nintendo (even though I grew up with them since I was 7), they really do lose ideas. That's my story idea, I just make it up as I go while playing PMD2. They better have some good twist and a good reason why is the future the same.

Eh. Ralts is also a fine starter, despite the fact that I'll definitely try to get a male one(not for being a tomboy, I find male main charas normal)and evolve him into a Gallade.
Too bad Riolu takes most of the popular pokemon space, I don't get the idea what's so good about a dog. Cubone is a nice starter, too bad he fell out.

I think that Vulpix will be the female only starter and Phanphy will be the male one. Just a hunch there.

I think the reason I like Phanpy(somewhat) is because of my old Phanpy Plushie, and the reason I don't really like Riolu is because I am not too fond of dogs and his feet and how popular his evo form is just because of a movie ALSO especially for Mew and the Regis.
Arceus should be in it, since, they don't have to created another game just for Arceus.
Ralts get Confusion on level 6, as I've known when playing with my Sapphire.

Oh, and I doubt that Nintendo is going to lack in creativity in the storyline. I know that they'll add several twists to the plotline once again. :)

Yeah, revealing the origin of Wiggly's guild and some other things including some new plot pieces would actually be hard to do without making the whole storyline just plain out badass. Another mystery dungeon to play! I like mystery dungeons I have played Mystery Dungeon Red and Time. I have others too on my computer but I haven't played those. What's wrong with Phanpy? It's cool pokemon. I like that thing. Riolu is best change to game. I like other character changes too. But I want Cubone there too. I have it in Mystery Dungeon Red and he is very good with his Bonemerang. Hope they make game quickly. :D
