Evil looking Pokemon? o.O

Does anyone else notice? They make some of the cutest or Pokemon you don't expect to be evil in the manga.

Take Pryce's Delibird for example its got like the nastiest meanest eyes you could ever see...but its a Deilibird? o.O Its hard to picture it as evil...

The fist time I saw that I said"Awww, it's so cute" then it attacked and I was like O.O
All I can think of right now is the dragonair Lance controlled. I think those are very cute but that one just kept looking at people like it wanted to eat them.

Pryce's swinub looked evil and was also very strong.
The suckels used by team rocket member in FRLG were cute but dangerous.
The army of shelder's in the yellow saga weren't cut, but WHO uses shelders in an ARMY?
