Moving Avatars

My avatar is a gif moving avatar but for some reason it's not moving around on this site, what's the problem here?

Check the size, it could be too big. Also make sure you preview it and actually check that it moves. Because some regular editors like paint don't really edit frames to be exact.

it does move on my computer just not on this forum for some weird reason, and it's not too big

The image is larger than 130x130, which meant it had to be resized and thus lost its animated frames.
