So... Where are these boards?

I just noticed strangely that a few boards were gone from Off-Topic Discussion. Why is this? I have a screenshot of it. Looks like About 3 boards disappeared into thin air. Why is that?

Edit: And before anyone complains about the time, I live in Central Time Zone.
