the blissey is really cute, with the blue colors.
The wings on the girl could use some work, with the outlining. The wings are outlined in black while the girl isn't really outlined at all. :/
Everything else is fine. I like the colors you choose. They're really pretty/appealing. ^^

oh, and can you please try to eliminate the excess white when you post? I don't mean to be demanding, but the white bothers me. ><

i agree with raptor you should try mixing two pokemons no wings...you can see alot of examples in other threads...btw...nice sprite raptor..
