Black Magicain girl,lol. What next sereis? You mean the DOMA arc? Thats just a filler saga...since DOMA and Gran Priex arc dident happen in the manga that means thoese two sagas dont really matter. Mana is from the Egypt arc.

They've evenmade a new duel disk for it, which I made a topic for udner other entertainment with a picture of the new duel disk.

anyway, I voted for Joey, Because he's your general tough guy, but he cares a great deal for his friends, plus the fact that he became such an acoomplished duelist in such a short period of time is quite inspiring. PLus he's the first time I've seen any humna being without a millenium item to not only fight of shadow magic not one, but two times makes me feel he may have an as equally important destiny as Yugi, allbeit the show nor managa may cover it.

Dartz is the leader of DOMA,lol. WEll if it dident happen in the manga it acutally does mean it dosent matter, becuase it dosent have any real outcome for later sagas.

Well the fillers are good, theres no doubt in that. The thing is after it's over they never refer to them again. You can go from episode 143- and skip to episode 199 an it will be like you dident miss anything.

But they do mention them again, because like I said, teh ship is damaged thanks to teh noah saga and they're about to get blown up if they don't fix it soon. :\

;p Hey, sometimes there are flashbacks to the annoying fillers. Those count as references. And they have those really annoying filler episodes where the entire thing is a flashback of the arcs before it. x_x;; Gah.

Anyway, I naturally voted Yami Yuugi. :D But after a change of heart at the recent anime con, Kaiba isn't that far behind. (Okay, he's still pretty far behind Yami, but I like him a lot now~)

I piced Yugi cause he always does something cool in his duels...like in the 4th episode of the duel with Marik, he did some crazy combo to make Obelisk's attack infinite! i had a screenshot of that in my sig, but i took it out for sakura! XD

anyways...after Yugi, would be Kaiba, i think, cause he uses dragons....i LOVE dragons...AND i use almost the same deck as him! i always use his uber cool combos when i duel my friends or my brother

what yugi did with Obelisk really wasn't anything special, it's jsut Obelisks special ability. :\ Kaiba done it himself back when obelisk belonged to him. what was really cool was how all his monsters appeared to take down ra.

Joey is my favorite because he's someon I can admire. He tend to be rash and quick to act without thinking, but besides kaiba and yugi he's teh most experienced duelist there. In fact, Joey techi8ncally is the best duelist in teh group. Kaiba grew up with money to get him his cards. yugi's grandpa has a card shop whre he can get his cards, plus he ahs teh spirit of the pharaoh to help guide him. Joey is nothing more than your average tough guy, and has come a great deal further than either Yugi or Kaiba. Plus, he's the only human being without a millenium item able to risist the magic of the Shadow realm. And he not only did it once, but twice. Something aobut how far he's come and what he's capable of doing despite his common background makes me think his destiny is just as important as Yugi's.

Yami, the show should be called "ya-mi-oh" I mean Yami is on yugi's body all the time except when they have to eat. :3 That sounds kinda suggestive when you put it that way, but I get what you're saying. ^_^;; The entire plotline really is based around Yami, but the show's title, when translated, means Game King or King of Games, so it more reflects Yami/Yuugi's rank rather than either of them as a person. =o

Does it matter? it's teh dub we watch, and few of us read teh manga, so that's all that really matters. Whether or not it's dub only, it's kinda like the AAML hint in teh jirachi movie. It was dub only, but as far a we're concerned it doesn't matter.
and of course you don't see the villains again, there is no need to. you don't see pegasus again except in the movie, which is american only so by your standards that probably doesn't count, and you'll probably never see marik again either. You never see the villains again, whether it's filler or not. :\

Marik does return in the egypt saga, so does isizu and odeion...and they all play rather large roles. Pegasus makes a small role in the egypt saga...I think he funds their trip, I'll have to double check it. Peg does also return in the Grand priex arc but filler so meh...

Acutally "filler" is a well known turm. It stands for something that isent in manga.

Like this....the manga is being done as is the anime, sometimes the anime gets to close to the manga so to let the manga get ahead these "filler" saggs are made.

It's not a flashback for the most part it's just yugi and Atuems final duel.
