When can I trade Pokemon to Dunking?

And when can I use the trade center in Phenac City's Poke Center?

With trading with Duking... I *think* you can trade once you've been to all three PokeSpots and then talked with him after back in Pyrite Town? Not so long after you meet him, really... :/ He only does three trades though (he's only interested in Trapinch, Surskit and Wooper, which are rare-ish), but they're good ones.

And you can trade via the Pokemon Centre to the GBA games once you've beaten the main storyline (i.e. seen the credits at least once). Only then are you able to trade.

Ahh, I have been in that town, but don't know where Dunking is, he isn't in his office... =/ Anyone know?

Check his house, and a bookself in it (to the left) - there's a cave hidden behind it if you press a switch on the side of it. He should be there - if not, probably the Pokespots.

Ok, I shell check next time I am on. Thank you for the information.

But if he is in the Pokespots, how would I find him? Just randomly like the random pokemon?

Well, by all rights he should be just at his home in Pyrite - he's only at the Pokespots when you first go there. :/

Ok, I just went to it, and I saw him and did the trades. =D Lol.

You were indeed right in the location of Dunking.
