Yeah, I just got on and then it took it 10 minutes to load, just to say that the server is busy? What happened about 3 minutes while I am writing this post?
EDIT: Yeah, now it healed. What changed?
And, on an unrelated note, pkmncommunity (PokeCommunity's 2nd server) is now an ad site. How did that happen?

That's just it? Just that? Well, onto the lack of back-up servers...? Yeah, we need more servers here for a lack of problems. It said that the server was full!

it wasn't the database.. we were hammered with large amounts of http traffic.

Same here. And pkmn community is an ad site now because it was sold and now that's what it's used for.

No. the server just got hammered by a ton of zombie bots and the host provider hid the server behind a cisco router to stop the zombie attack.

It wouldn't have done a thing to use PC's IP address yesterday. It was a problem with high traffic to the server.
