---*Quest of the Medallions*---

I am finally starting a RP. I will post the rules, the plot, and the sign up sheet below. Also feel free to share you’re suggestions. ^^

:---*Story*---: Crystal Medallions...medallions used by the good of people to prevent utter chaos on earth. But when an evil sorceress got her hands on all ten, they caused anything but peace. Terrible things began to happen: natural disasters, and even wars between races. But soon, things began to change. The natural disasters stopped, and it seemed to be more peaceful. Birds, started to come out at dawn and sing, and the sun made its way out of behind the dark clouds. Elves, dwarves, and men found ways to make peace with each other. They all decided, that the sorceress was getting weaker, and that they should attack, once again gaining control of the Crystal Medallions.

So they went off to battle, and in the end they successfully defeated the sorceress. But, almost power drained, the 10 medallions scattered over the country, using the rest of there remaining power to protect the world. But they were never seen after that…

That was only the story, but the plot is shorter. ^^

:---*Plot*---: 50 years later, after years of peace, the dark sorceress was somehow reborn, and in search of the medallions once again, but this time to destroy the world…

Our characters job is to find the ten Crystal Medallions before the sorceress does and save the world by doing so. On their journey they will fight monsters and much more. ^^

Description: Soraya has waist length brown hair with a purple ribbon, and brown eyes. She usually wears a brown leather vest, with a purple shirt underneath it. She also wears brown leather pants and no shoes.
Personality: Soraya is rather ditsy, but is cheerful most of the time. You really wouldnt want to get on her bad side though. XD She is always willing to help someone out, and is a very loyal and protective friend. She doesnt joke around a lot, and is rather serious.
Weapons: A bow and arrow, and two throwing knives.
History: As a young girl, Soraya's one goal was to protect her village. Her father said such a small girl was not meant to do this sort of thing, but Soraya would never give up. At the age of 13, Soraya was exiled from her village from a crime she did not commit. For the remander two years, Soraya traveled by herself, stealing the items she needed. She knew it was wrong, but what else could she do?

I yawned and stretched, pulling my lanky form up off the rock where I'd collapsed last night. After a brief check to ensure that everything was still in place, I rebandaged the wound in my gut and continued wandering my lonely way towards the capital city of Azrix, leaning heavialy on my naginata to hold myself up. Hopefully it wouldn't be much farther, the slash wound was beginning to smell gangrenous.

ic: they are close.... standing on a rocky cliff, was one girl. she was facing the water, her back to civalization. the wind blew through her dirty blonde hair, making it rise and flail, then settle down over her shoulders.

with a small sigh, she looked down at the dark water below. it churned and blubbled, slamming into the jagged rocks below. anyone who fell here would surely die. she looked back up, this time at the stars, breathing in deep.

she knew that there would be blood shed. she just didnt know when...

Here is my little piece....


Sitting on the sand, in front of the ocean, I see the sun hiding on the horizon. The orange sky is turning dark, and the first stars of the night are starting to appear. I stand up and begin to walk near the water...but...i hear a strange strange sound...i walk more rapidly around the beach, following that low whisper...then, suddenly, an outrageous scream breaks the peace of the beautiful place. Lots of seagulls leave their nests and fly around, confused. I am confused too. What was that? I need to check it out...

I stumbled into an inn on Arzix's outskirts with the last of my strength, collapsing into blissful unconciousness as I hit the floor. My wound had reopened during my march and the loos of blood was getting to me. From the sign I'd seen teetering outside, this didn't seem the most reputable place but it was one of the ones more likely to not question my heritage.

I am running very quickly to see what happened there. But, i stop...i see a silhouette... suddenly i completely loss all the interest on the noise. But the shadow... who it is? what it is? I walk more silently, and then i distinguish that it is a girl. I can't believe it...this beach is hidden on the place that i thought i only know...

"Who are you?"

sapphire eyes locked with the stangers. "saphira." she said, her voice like music. "and-" she stopped. something was happening.

saphira ran torwards the noise she had just heard, too qiuet for human ears but she was not a human.... completely....

"Ok, Sapphira...What are you doin-" My voice couldn't be heard by the second and worst scream...that...was not an human, as i thought...sapphira ran towards the coming noise, and i followed her. We reached the rock wall from where the noise came, but then i saw something worse. With the only light, coming from the crecent moon, i distinghish a great and pointy rugged rock. But... there's something weird in it...it has....blood.

saphira rushed to the persons side, kneeling beside them. "i think he`s going into shock..." she muttered out loud. "he needs medical help, now!"

I woke up barely at the noise, my eyes fluttering open as I croaked out "Obviously. But don't be shocked by who I am." I lapsed back into my coma, resting as best I could.

My eyes opened and a sense of confusion set in. I asked myself, am I dead? am I in a dream? No, none of these questions accurately described what was going on. I was laying face down in what seemed to be moist clumpy dirt. My whole body ached as I tried to get a look at my surroundings. I started to focus in on the walls at first to try and get a sense of my whereabouts. I then examined the rest of the area. I apparently was in a cave, why was I in a cave I thought to myself. I laid there for a while and my memory came back slowly like broken and confusing movies playing before me. Short scenes started playing back in my mind. Every memory struck me like someone or something was jamming information into my head. I then looked up and saw that I had a sword in my hand.My hand sent waves of pain up my arm when I tried to release it from my rigid grip. When I saw the sword more events leading up to my current state came back to me and I felt a sense of relief when I remembered what I had accomplished.

The battle I had with the Keeper and his underlings was all being revealed to me. The monstrous proportions of the Keeper had given me chills. He was a gigantic lizard like being with moist scaly flesh and huge piercing teeth. He stood at what seemed to be at least nine feet tall and weighed as much as 5 men, at least. Ah yes, the battle, I was starting to regain my senses.I rose up onto my knees trying to overcome the ensuing exhaustion. I remembered fighting the underlings in a fierce almost never ending battle. I then looked to my right and saw an arm lying in a pool of dark blood. I wore a smirk as I remembered how the Keeper was yet another adversary that could not match my wit. After I had narrowly defeated the Keepers underlings; he then came at me with a sword I had only heard about in legends, and just so happened to be the prize I was pursuing. I remembered that it could slice through anything, knowing that I avoided trying to deflect attacks with one of my swords for fear that he would shatter them. I kept dodging the attacks from the beast trying to keep my swords and myself from being struck with his mighty weapon.

A tennage boy slashed a green bush with his sword. He then fired a bow and arrow into the exact center of a nearby tree.
The boy had black hair and blue eyes (I think can't remember! XD). His tattered cloths made him look like the homeless abandoned boy he was.
Adam, the fifteen year old, spun around slashing some more bushes and fired a bow and arrow. Practice for his prey which was coming.
Suddenly, out of no where, came a huge tiger. Ready to attack. Adam sent an arrow flying at the tiger. The tiger stumbled back a bit and then charged at Adam. Adam jumped, dodging the attack and sent his sword into the tiger. The tiger made a small growl and then died, blood puring everywhere. Adam had beaten the tiger easily. But he knew a pack would come looking for the lost friend. And eventually, they'd trace to Adam. Adam was good, but he thought he wouldn't be good enough to do it. Not alone anyway. He then remembered something. The medallion. How could he forget it? He needed to help the other warriors find it.

Soraya ran through the darkness, checking behind her for any sign of the guards after her. In her backback she carried some bread, that she had taken from the guards village. Suddenly she tripped, but she was sure the guards were off her trail. Gasping for breath, Soraya sat up and looked around her. Straight ahead of her, she saw the reflection of the moon on an oceans surface. She layed on her stomach and crawled over to a low cliff, and peeked over the edge. There she saw some people she was not familiar with. Were they part of the village that she stole the bread from? Just in case, Soraya took her bow and arrow, and aimed at one of them. She then shot the arrow, barlet missing the girl she aimed at....

IC-I remembered the Keeper swinging the sword through the wall and amongst all the debris I lunged toward his huge mass and had cut off his arm that wielded the Parcel blade. He then clawed me in the side and I flew into the caverns opposing wall. That must’ve been why I was currently in such pain. The Keeper then charged at me, so as I stood up I threw my shukoon blades as hard as I could into his upper chest. He screamed with pain and fell on his back. I then went over to where his arm was lying and pulled the Parcel blade out of its grasp. I walked over to the monster with the sword firmly in grasp and raised it above my head blade down and with both hands jammed it into the beast’s upper torso as hard as I could. I looked to the ceiling and saw where the blood had sprayed from that blow, and noticed that It was still fairly wet. I must have only been out for an hour or so.

After I finished reminiscing, I stood up onto my feet and walked over to the corpse, and raised the parcel blade once more over my head and decapitated the beast. I then pulled my shukoon blades from the body and slung all the blood off of them as I put them in their slings located on my back.

It was a dark night I was standing with my rod in my right hand. The jewel in the top was red which meant my magic had been used to kill... and it had. I had just returned from a nearby town when i was attacked by 7 ogres. They were a dark green and had small lumps covering their skin. They also had rotten teeth that were sharpened to a rozor point. When they lunged at me i pulled my rapier and killed one and while the others recover from the quick kill, i re-shiethed it and held my rod in hand.
At this ponit words of power began to come from my mouth. " Sar'cha' Sumeran' jahk_" And the sand beneath their feet began to turn red as i heated it up. I knew this was a waste of magic, but i wantd to toy with the beastly creatures, but after i had had y fun and they had ran around like chickens wth their heads cut off, i got down to buisness. I thought and found a way to kill them that would take the least magic but be a guaranteed kill i decided to use levitation to rip their hearts from their bodys. "Ill'in k_inum Yahari kleath" I screamed as i whipped my hand backwards and their heart became deattached from their bodys.

As I di this i felt nothing. I knew something was wrong with me at this pnt because i felt nothing. I din't feel bad for using my magic for death. but yet i didn't feel the thrill of the kill either. It was strange. I then kept walking and found myslef looking downfrom a high rock at the town i had just left. It looked like a toy vilage.
I then thought it wise to sleep but first put protection spells on myself. I knew of two that i wouls use and probly a couple other that would come out in the dream state to protect against nightmares. "Lihata Thak" I spoke and layed down as i di i protectice barrier surrounded me. "Kilatiaha jahey" I said and a ring of fire cover the protection bubble. Anything tht touched that would be fried I thought to myslelf and chuckled.

saphira could hear the hurt boy speaking. she walked back to him and listened. the words were to hard to make out so she said her own.

drawing some sybols in the air, her hand started glowing ice blue. then, she placed her hand in a strait line, in front of her face.

Soraya stood up, and aimed another arrow at the group, but did not shoot it. She wasnt planning on hurting anyone, but just in case, she held her bow at the ready.

ic:I was looking at my reflection against a puddle of rain and sighed. I saw bruises and cuts on myself.( From looking for some food as I ran into a muggler) I looked around and saw no one. There was nothing else to do,so I took out my staff and practiced. I was mostly working on how to controll weather. I always hated rain since I was a kid. I stopped and was bored again. I muttered to myself," What am I to do?" I was so desperate,that I went to my friend's house. But like always,she wasn't there. She was always on vacation somewhere with her parents. Her family is such a good family. As for me, I live in a cornfield,desparetly trying to fit in and eat other things than my big supply of corn around me as I sleep everyday. I am starting to think I should look for a new friend tomorrow.

I woke up to a noise. Tonight hadn't been a very good one for sleeping, which was not good because i was drained from using all that magic, and needed the sleep. I then decided I"d use a powerful spell. One I wasn't vry good at but knew how to do. It was a sleeping spell. It was also dangerous, because if you uttered one word wrong u could go into an eternal sleep and die of starvation.
I then spoke the words slowly and perfectly "Jakara greah yumahk" and i then glowed yellow and fell asleep.

saphira tried again and again, but it was no use. without a word she walked off into the forest. when she was traveling she began to sing a sweet, high-pitched song that had been in her family for generations.

"harkila doano mi akiuuu... ikitle ikitle.... bachoooo otuva..."

I woke with a start, gasping with a sense of total cold flooding through my. Strangely enough, there was no pain in my side. Looking down, I saw that the wound had vanished. I jumped up, feeling energized. after checking each of my limbs for proper movement, I made sure my weapons were in proper order and ran off after a girl I saw in the distance.

IC- I then pulled out my grinding tool and ground out a small indentation into the handle of the parcel blade. I put my last family gem into the small indention and sealed it with a clear solvent. The ancients call this mixture a type of “Super Glue.” Quite amazing things have come from the lands before the apocalypse. After I sealed the stone into the handle the stone started to glow. It shined brighter and brighter as I stared into it. I then was engulfed in a bluish light. Everything around me was saturated with the blue light. I felt as if I had fallen into the stone as I had a rush of energy flowing into my veins. An almost blinding flash and a loud crashing sound brought the experience to a halting end. The light withered away and I came out of the seeming trance I was in. I shook my head rapidly and put the parcel blade into the custom made sheath on my back. The Falacians gave me this sheath when I was a young child, for they knew that I would one day wield this sword and I would need something specially made to carry it.

I started to walk, heading to the mighty mount in front of the town.

ic: It was soon 5:00 in the morning when I woke up. I thuoght to myself," Okay Fiere, you have a choice for breakfast. Let's see here...corn,corn,or corn. What to choose?" I sat up and then I remembered that I wanted to look for a friend in the village. Then,I completly got up,took my staff,and started waking out of the cornfield and to the town. There wasn't much people up at 5:00 in the morning,so I decided to look for a market while I was waiting. I found one but it took awhile. And everything was pretty cheap too. I had ten dollars in my pocket so I bought something that wasn't corn. Yay! As I was looking around the corner as I continued to look for food as I saw some mugglers beating up on a girl with long elf ears,a punky t-shirt with a punky skirt that matched,a cap,and some punky looking tennis shoes. I was facsinated in her style so I helped her. I took out my staff and yelled," Ohtoo vahn lessleth!" A beam of lightning came out of my staff and the circle of mugglers were getting zapped painfully and then they ran away out of the store and out of the village. I gave the girl my hand and she got up. She said to me," Wow,that was awsome! Who are you?" I replied my name and then she replied hers.( Her name was Shen ) And then something great happened...We just started talking and we became friends!

ic: It was the next day and I woke up with something beside me that wasn't corn. It was other food. I gobbled it down,grabbed my staff, and ran out of the cornfield and to go to Shen's house. She was able to play and so she welcomed me in her house. I followed her to her bedroom and then she took out something from the top shelf of her dresser. It was a big bundle of something green. It was ...money! She handed it to me and asked," May you go to the hardware store and get some stuff on a list of mine? I'm asking you this because I am always getting beaten up by someone and I don't have anything to arm myself with." She handed me the list and I looked at it for a moment. I folded it and put it in my pocket as I left the door. It was very odd though to ask a friend to do such a thing,but I left without question.

Shen said to me," Now here's what we're gonna do...We're building you your very own house!" My jaw was all the way down on the floor when I heard this.(Yet I was happy!)

It was three days after I'd been healed by the girl. I was still marveling at her skills, even though she seemed to have dissapeared after I tried to talk to her. I was in the city proper now, headed towards a fighters tournament, my original goal in the first place. I held my naginata comfortable at my side now, tapping it briefly on the ground with every other step. The arena was only a few short blocks away now and I was getting antsy for the battles ahead.

ic:It had been a week since I built and had a house and I have been happy! But now I am on to something else. I saw a post in the newspaper today that interested me. It said that there's going to be a tournament! I am going to join up for it today. I took my staff with me and I was off.

It had been three days since he talked to the pair of people. They were nice people he had discovered. He hoped they wwould go to the Tournament tooo. He figured they probly would since they all had really kool skill, saimilar to himself. When he finally reached the dome he realized how big it was. "Holly crap," I whispered.

ic:I had finally reached the dome. It was the biggest building I've ever seen! It had wonderfull detail and looked like it could fit itleast 3,000 people. I took a deep breath and I stepped inside.

I had registered as a fighter weeks in advance. Cape still wrapped aound me and hood hiding my feature, I stepped into the buzz of the lounge reserved for fighters. After checking the board I saw I was in the third match, against a man named Azurth. It sounded like a barbarians name. Not many of the could deal with my speed. I smiled briefly, showing unusually sharp little fange briefly.

"And i will take you entry fee of seven thousand yeeeth." The woman on the end spoke this time.
I then turned around and muttered a few words summoning my money from my bank in the neither world. It apppeared in a large black case.
"Here" i said handing themn the case.
"You may watch the matches later. They will be starting in a few hour. You may head into the lounge now if you'd like" The man in the middle spoke this time. He pointed toward a door just down the hall.
"Okay thanks" I said walking into the room.

unfolding her angelic wings, saphira leapt into the air, a shower of arrows following her. none hit. she looked over her shoulder. the people were now shouting curses at her for being a half breed. how kind.

saphira flew for many hours before seeing a city in the distance. she landed at its edge and changed back into a human, and stepped into it. after another 30 minuets , she came upon a gigantic dome, where she could see some people.

some, she reconized, others she didnt. quietly and quickly, she ran over to them. "whats going on?" she asked, sapphire eyes examining everything. from the looks of it, there was a tornament. she would sign up.

I leaned back into the couch, spreading my arms and relaxing. I'd finished my final equipment checks and would only start stretching right before my bout. I only noticed someone had been talking to me after they'd already walked away. Just as well, they'd only find themselves disgusted by who I was. A massive cheer from the audience signaled the start of the first fight.

saphira walked over to the sign-up area. "no girls." the man behind the table said. saphira raised one eyebrow. "why not?" she asked, her voice tinged with an icey tone.

"because its in the rules." he answer, obviously nervous.

"because its in the rules?" she repeated coldly.

"yup."

"so, what would you rather have happen?"

the man leaned forward. "whadoya mean?" he asked.

saphira smiled dangerously. "so, what would you rather have happen? me break the rules, or me break your neck?"

this went on for another twenty minutes and the man still would not let her sign up.

"girls are too weak." he said to her. "we dont want to deal with them getting hurt."

saphira balled up a fist, and smashed it down on the wooden table, breaking it in half. "tell me now," she said, now irritated, but still smiling visiously, "who`s too weak?"

the man gaped at her. "i... i... but.... uhh... the rules clearly state-"

"i dont care what the rules state." she said, glancing around. she didnt want to get in by force...

It sounded like there was a bit of an issue going on at registration. Figuring I had a while until my own match, I walked up to see what was going onn. The girl who'd healed me seemed to be arguing firecely with the deskman. Walking over, I asked them both politely "Is there a problem?"

saphira looked over at the boy she healed a few days ago. she was about to speak when the deskman spoke. "shes a girl. no girls allowed." he stated. saphira glared at him and he shrunk back a little.

"I see" I said evenly. The deskman seemed to relax a bit until I added "Perhaps entrants should be judged on merit over gender. Wouldn't you agree?" I finished, looking pointedly over at the girl.

I returned the nod. Nevertheless the deskman asked "But how can you be sure..." I broke him off with a sharp hand gesture and pulled out my nunchaku, smiling wickedly.

saphira left her bow and arrow on the ground by the broken desk. "you may use your weapon," she started, "but i shall use skill alone." it was time to unleash her true power...

"I only fight on even terms" I replied, tosing the weapon behind me. I was ready for anything by now. Years in the wilderness had driven that lesson home. Besides, if things got too bad...well, his heritage gave him a few tricks.

IC: Soraya wandered over the hills, her bow and arrows were flung ver her shoulders without a care, and she made her way down to the town ahead. She had heard that they were holding a tournament there, and she thought it would do her good to fight. Maybe if she was lucky, she would make some new friends!

Soraya cupped her hands over her eyes, so the blinding sun would not reach them, and then took a step closer to the sign that hung over the large door. She then read it carefully, over and over again in her mind.
"No girls allowed?" she said aloud. "What kind of rule is that!?" Sorayas hands now formed into a fist.
She had come all this way, to find that girls were not allowed to participate. Soraya kicked the door that rested infront of her angrily, and it flew open, sending her flying to the hard ground.
"Oh....that hurt...", she muttered to herself, standing up slowly and dusting herself off.

Soraya finally noticed a small group of people infront of her. While some looked familiar, others didnt. There was a man at the registration table, and a girl seemed to be trying to get in. Soraya simply couldnt blame her, girls should be able to fight as well, gender shouldnt count...
Girls could beat boys any day, and she too was willing to prove it. Soraya crossed her arms stubbornly, and waited to see what was going to happen.

ic:I walked away and started heading toward the door to the dome. There was a piece of paper on it that made me mad...It read,"No girls allowed."
What?! Why in the world would they not let girls allowed in the compitition? I walked in the dome,breathing hard,because I was SO angry.

ooc: i`m sorry! i stuff got in the way! but now i`m back!!!^^

ic: saphira stood, unmoving. then ,slowly, a pale blue light formed around her body. then it brightened, growing. soon enough the thing engulfed her completely. as the light shpere lifted off the ground saphira was inside, transforming.

her body was covered in silver fur, as wings sprouted from her back. her features grew wolflike, and she droped on all fours. this happened in 3.8 seconds. when the light faded saphira dropped to the ground, landing lightly. she was now a full wolcan. nothing could stop her.

saphira growled and spread her massive, angelic wings, but she did not lift off. she would wait till her oponent least expected it. glancing around she could see some onlookers were gasping at her new form. the deskmen was hiding.

saphira looked back at her oponent. with a snarle, she charged at him, fangs bared, body extended, coming in for the attack.

The speed of the creature shocked me but I barely managed to dodge out of the way, coming in with a quick back-roundhouse kick aimed at the Wolcan's chest.

ic:I was soon in the lounge and there were indeed people in there...I sat on the sofa with them and I watched the battle going on on the hung t.v. Omigosh! There was a girl fighting! And she turned into a...wolf with wings. I was happy to see a girl fighting!!

saphira had just managed to dodge the blow. she could feel the air rustling her fur. saphira jumped back, landing nimbly. she shook her head and growled, to intimadate her foe. she wouldnt lose. she wasnt only fighting for herself, but for girls and women throughout the world.

this time saphira decided to confuse the boy. she ran at him in different angles, first on his left, then on his right, then strait forward. at the last second she stopped, lepted into the air and landed behind him, slashing at his shoulder all at once. hopefully she wouldnt miss.

The blow landed firmly, gashin my shoulder and ripping my clothing. I growled away the pain, refusing to even acknowledge the injury. I was sure that eliminating the advantage of sight would be helpful. Calling upon my innate abilities I dropped a darkness globe covering half the room. I focued, attuned my sense and got a lock. I came in suddenly with a jumping double front-snap kick combo, growling "Do you have any idea how long it is going to take me to get that blood out of my shirt?"

saphira tried to jump but before she could do so much as lift a paw his foot came in contact with her side. saphira skidded across the floor on her back. do you have any idea how much energy it took to heal you?! she said angerly. she wasnt going to lose.

saphira growled, stepping back a few steps. she charged at him again, aiming for his right leg. if he couldnt walk, then he couldnt fight.

I slipped under the attack, sliding under the girl. Unfortunately, now I was off guard and off-balance. I was sorely pressed fighting at this level. It was time to kick it up a notch.

IC: Soraya watched the battle intently, but the more she watched, the more she wanted to fight as well.
I'll just have to wait until I get into the tournament, but how long will that be? the young girl wondered. Soraya rested contently against the hard wall, and began to bite her nails. One things was for sure, she was getting impatient; something that happened to her a lot when it came to fighting.

ic: saphira skidded to a halt. this was taking to long. she would have to take to the skys. flapping her massive wings, saphira jumped into the air. her ariel assults were near impossible to escape. what would make this any different?

a thought raced through saphiras mind, but before she had time to register it, she was already hurtling torwards jacob, ready to end this.

The darkness globe faded just in time so that I could get a definate idea of what was going on. Seeing the Wolcan in the air, I came in with a side-thrust kick. I didn't quite have the reach to defend myself from the attack, but nor was it in vain. Though I felt claws bitinto my chest, I also knew my kick was dead-on.

saphira was thrown to the ground. she landed heavily, and could have sworn she heard something crack. probly her fragile wing. slowly, saphira got to her feet. she was right, her right wing was broken. but that wouldnt stop her. once again, she lunged at him. there was no way for saphira to except defeat...

"Girl" I said, hauling myself back up. "Give it up already." I was running low on energy, but so apparently was she. Trying an old trick I lit her body with harmless (although hupefull she didn't know this) faerie fire.

saphira looked around, stunned. fire surrounded her. she lugned again, snarling and she would not give up.

I tried my side-thrust kick routine again, although I added a quick grab at the Wolcan's chest. As I grabbed, , I whispered "I'll end this now" and slipped on the hardwood floor.

Saphira was stunned. She blinked, once, twice. He faked it, for her. Girls could enter the tornament.... Saphira straited, and howled, a long sad howl, though to her it was a howl of defeat.

She hadnt really won. He lost for her. He had really won. Thankful and confused, she changed back to her regular self, and walked over to the hiding deskman. "Satisfiyed?" She asked, a little dazed. That fight took a lot out of her.

"G-girls can e-e-enter..." He said, eyes wide with amazement and fright.

"Good" I said slowly, only half-feigning the sound of pain in my voice. For good measure, I made my recovery somewhat slow and akward looking. I limped over to my dropped naginata and retrieved it. After returning to the lounge, I quickly bandaged myself up and began to prepare for my tournament bout. It was now in the middle of the third match.

saphira walked over to him. "thanks..." she muttered, her eyes resting on all the injuries she had given him. saphira started muttering the chant for healing things and watched intenly, hoping it would work.

"No need" I muttered, pulling out a small roll of bandages. I added in explanation "I've taken much worse before. If anything, I should be checking you over. I may well have caused some internal bleeding."

ooc:I've been suspended off the puter for two weeks. I skimmed through it to see what's up and...am I right bout this? .... : the girls are able to fight now and another girl hasn't entered in yet....

Am I somewhat right?

ooc: yep. i`m entering now.

ic: Saphira shrugged, and for the first time in awhile, smiled. "I think I`m okay." She said, stopping the ancient chant. "Now that girls ebter, I think I will."

With that, Saphira walked over to the broken desk and picked up a sheet of paper. She found a pen, and signed up. Saphira was in.

"Cool" I said, nodding with a slight smile. I added in a quieter tone "Sorry about the 'letting you win' thing, but my match was coming up." With a cheer, I knew my bout was about to start. Hefting my naginata, I walked towards the fighter's entrance and stepped through, into the bright sunlight of the arena. Another cheer went up and I looked across the fiels at my opponent, a mountain of a man in gladiatorial armor holding a greatsword.

Saphira followed after him. She finally had a chance to relax, and watch a good fight.

The bell ounded and the crowd roared, signaling the start of the match. Unarmed, I was a pretty good fighter, but put a weapon in my hand, particularly one I was good with and I was on an entirely diffrent level, a being transcendant of most others. The whirling, fluidic stroks of my naginata led into each other easily, confusing my dolt of an opponent at the same time. I knocked the greatsword up high, almost sending the massive blad flying, swung in a circular motion low, taking his knees out from under him with the staff portion of my weapon and finished with a thrust that stopped an inch from my opponent's throat. The match was over before I'd even got a chance to have a bit of fun. Defying tradition, I returned to the lounge before the results were done beine announced. The gashes on my shoulder had reopned durning the match, so I quickly bandaged them up before my next match.

Saphira realized she had left her bow in the lounge. She stood up, and went to get it.

Spotting it, saphira walked over to the broken desk and picked it up. Silently, ignoring some guys stares, saphira walked out of the room.

P.S. Does anyone have any ideas about who's gonna get picked to search for the medallions? If the answer is that we're all gonna...than we'll have to make up some apponents...
