The Dragons, Saga Number Three: The Evolution

Oki-dokie, here's da sequal to da sequal!!XD Anyways, BTW, pogi, I read what you said before, and don't worry, you don't have to. However, read on...



This story takes place 1 YEAR after the battle with daikem. Matt, Tammy, Jack, and Cal, Crimson, and ruby, were transported by the X portal to another continent, to a city called Iserol City. Matt and Tammy, along with Jack, were found lying near a curb, and were rushed to a hospital. Since Matt still had loads of cash, he payed for tammy and jack, as well as him. He and Tammy recovered in about three months, but jack was still recovering, both physically and mentally. The three all got apartments again, and found their dragons after they recovered, and found them in a dumpster, along with Cal. Jack took cal in, and then, it finally seemed that everything worked out just fine...

But then, strange things start to happen. Other creatures, demonic one, like huge slugs, attack the city, and even stronger, more mysterious dragons start to appear. More travelers begin to appear.And Cal, ruby, and Crimson begin to change...

New look: 1800-foot tall, emerald-colored dragon, with four blue eyes, and wings with wingspans of 200 feet maximum. However..

New Personality: A little more ego sometimes, but still the same old ruby personality for everything else.

New Powers: Size-changer, and breaths emerald-colored flames, with twice the power as the prignal. He also can breath electricity now, and when he combines it with his aqua power, he creates a storm..

New Personality(Optional): Losing Nat made Jack become a quiet and extremely serious person. Anyone who gets in his way quickly finds out his wrath. he tends to mope about the good old days.
New Appearance: now wears nothing but black to mirror his attitude. he considered Dying his hair balck, but decided not to make any changes that drastic.
New Weapon: Still has his titanium staff, but no longer uses it. instead, he uses Nat's old Magic staff for the sake of rememberance. he has become well practiced in weeilding it, but has been unable to make us of it's magical powers, and probably never will.

Character's Dragon's evolution(XD):

Evo's new name: Renamed Geddon after his changes. The name reflects Jack's new dark mood, as well as hints at the dragon's danergous new powers.
Evo's new type: Still an elemntal breather
Evo's New Look:Stil red, but is as tall as two stories now, and sleeps in a nearby forest to prevent scraing the city goers. he has large dark red wings, and has lsot teh weight of his youth for teh muscel of adolescence.
Evo's New Personality: Has become solemn and quiet, no longer the peppy little dragon he used to be. he can't stand seeing Jack the way he is now, but can see nothing to do about it but keep quiet and obey.
Evo's New powers: Wind blasts, has learned size changing to a certain extent from Cal, and a set of scales that he can magically readjust to repell energy and water and other forms of attacks off his skin.

Appearance: crisp, military-style appearence. Dark brown hair in a flat-top, green cargo pants, black shirt tucked in cleanly with a simple belt. Green eyes, tall and lean figure.
Personality: Quite meticulous in every aspect of his life. Always operates at the maximum level of energy he can muster. Does everything he's supposed to at the first possible oppourtunity.
Weapon: Triple-bar nunchaku

Dragons Name: Ingeloakastimizillian (nickname: Geloak)
Dragons Appearance: Neither particularly large or small, but well-muscled nonetheless. Has pure-white scales and wings with crystal blue eyes. Only abnormality is a slightly larger than normal wingspan. Same razor-sharp teeth and claws common to white wyrms.
Dragons type: Elemental
Dragons Personality: Maintains a businesslike relationship with even his closest companionss, including Jacob. Posessed of a white's natural arrogance and pride.
Dragons Powers: Elemental breath and faster than normal flight. Little else, he's still young by dragon standards.

Character: Natalie Johnson
New Personality(Optional): Finding her mother has made Nat quite serene and calm. She hardly ever shows her anger and when she does, you know she is NOT HAPPY!
New Appearance: Nat is now a true angel, though her wings don't show unless she chooses it. Her eyes have changed to a deep brown and her hair has as well. The Lord told her this was to make the transition back to likfe easier.
New Weapon: Since her staff was left behind as she moved on, Nat has obtained new one, though much slimmer and strengthened by the will of God.

Character's Dragon's evolution:

Evo's new name: Sanagon (Sana)
Evo's new type: Still a shape changer and an ice dragon
Evo's New Look: Cal is still is Chinese dragon, though he's turned a deep black, due to his extreme grief and anger at Nat's death. His whiskers are blood red, as is his trim.
Evo's New Personality: Cal has become dark and dangerous. He lashes out at everyone but Jack and Crimson, whom he still trusts. His abilities are strengthened by his hate tword evil.
Evo's New powers: Cal's powers have remained the same, adding a few. Cal now has the ability to heal, and has learned a few Electric tricks in his spare time.

Dragon's Appearance: A younger dragon that is dark blue, and looks part-robot.
Dragon's type: Cyber
Dragon's Personality: Is like his owner. He is too sure of himself.
Dragon's Powers: It can travel through different dimensions, and has lasers and breaths plasma. It's powers can be limitless, but because it is young, it can't reach its full potential and can't control its powers that well.

OOC: yeah. This story isn't medevil, but it sure isn't in THE FUTURE.XD But there could be an explanaition for the dragon, say, he escaped from daikem's research factory. IC: Daikem, once again, looked impaitently at the chamber holding Uclara, his own dragon, waiting for the scientists to unlock his full potential. Suddenly, an alarm blared, and looking around, daikem said, "What the!?", and an employee rushed up to him, and said, "Sir, Dragon Subject, codename "Gamma", Sector 236, has escaped!!", and punching the employee in his shock, daikem said, " It doesn't matter. Uclara will take care of him later..", and grinned, gestureing to the chamber....


Meanwhile, in Iserol city, I got up slowly, dazed, and looked at the calander I got a couple months ago. Getting up suddenly, I yelled, "HOLY CRUD!! IT'S TAMMY'S 14 BIRTHDAY!!", and yawning, ruby, my dragon, looked at me, and laughing softly, he said, "You just want something to impress her so she'll like you more.", and blushing, I said, "No, it's not that!! It's just something for her birthday!!", and then, got dressed quickly, and grabbed my sword, I muttered something, and split it apart into katanas. Then, I rushed out of the door, with ruby sprawled lazily on the couch...

I looked teh staff over, leaning back in my chair. I longed to see it's magic work again, if it only meant Nat was with us again. We ahd started this journy about three years, ago. Then I was seventeen, and now I was going on twenty, an adult in my own right. Nat would be Eighteen, if she were only here. How I missed her. so many things left unsaid...

"I'm going out." I said suddenly, tanding from my chair and heading to teh door. Crimson was outside my window, his head in sight. Since my room was on teh second story, he didn't ahve to fly to talk to me. And Cal was laying on the couch, sleeping. Crimson simply nodded and Cal just yawned before going back to sleep. When I got down stairs, I jumped in my car and took off. I considered going to bar, since I heard Alcohol was a destitute man's best friend. however, not one to take part in drinking alcohol, I decided instead to drive up to a hill outside the city and watch the clouds, trying to compare then to different features of Nat's face. It had been a year, but I remembered that face as if it was right in front of me.

I dashed thrugh the city, utilitizeing the power of my amulet. Rushing into a store, I grabbed a ribbon, a braclet, and then, I quickly payed, and rushed around as fast as I could, looking for something else for tammy...

I strode briskly from the base, for all appearances quite calm. Inside, though, things were different. I was furious, I'd failed my physical once again with no one to blame aside from myself. This was my third consecutive failure and for the third time I resolved to redouble my training. The Air force would have me at any costs. Wanting to get an early start on my new regimen, I made a quick turn through a small wilderness area, taking a bit of time to let my eyes adjust to the light. something white seemed to shimmer in the corner of my eye, although I dismissed it as nothing more than a flicker of my weariness.

At length I got tired of cloud watching. I sat up and got into my car, sighing as I drove back to town. Maybe I would go to see a movie or soemthing. But in the end I just didn';t feel lik eit. Instead, I drove around aimlessly, with nothing to do and nowhere to go. All I could do was keep driving, and maybe I would find some releif.

Nat was walking around. The Lord had told her this was where she was to be. She had hidden her wings, not feeling comfortable with them yet.

SHe knew she had to find Jack, wherever he was. She had unkowingly wandered onto a road and was about to be run over by a car...

[Latios Master]

It was just another ordinary day for me. I had nothing to do so I went on a walk through the park. There were some other people there too. I passed a lady walking a dog, and a man sitting on a bench reading a newspaper. After awhile I just got bored, and decided to head to the mall. I first called a friend to see if he could go, but he couldn't because he was busy. After being at the mall for awhile, I got bored again. Before I left, I went into the card shop to see what cards they had. In the display table was a dragon card. I thought about how cool dragons were, and that it would be something if I actually saw a real one. I then left the mall and decided to head to the movies.

I finally found an old bamboo staff, and then, I raced to the mountains, where I carved a few swymbols I saw from Nat's old staff onto a amythest, which I carved into the staff. It glowed brightly for a moment, and I remembered Nat's demise...

"Natalie Whatsyourname, Jack Whateverhisnameis has decreed you to die!!I guess he didn't like you enough after all!!" The voice I heard said, and the guilotines surrounding me and Nat dissapeared, and I watched in horror as she was decapitaited.....

..Then, shaking my head, I raced back to the city, to give the gifts to tammy...

I broke into a sprint once I was out of view of the main road, telling myself I'd dash home like this. The tougher it was for my, the better. I forced my footfalls into a steady rhythm. At least I did until I tripped over something white on my feet, falling flat on my face and skidding for a yard or so. Getting up, I brushed myself off quickly and rounded furiously, ready to give a good kick to whatever had tripped me. I was in for a nasty shock this time, somehing I wasn't used to. Standing behind me, head held high and snorting in annoyance was a...Dragon?!?! It stood about 30 feet high, wings folded carefully behind it. Snow white in color, he (and somehow I sensed it was a he) leaned down, revealing icy-clear blue eyes and razor-sharp teeth. His hot breath washed over me as he snarled "Maybe I should eat you for your impudence, human."

[Pogiforce-14]

I snapped out of my stupor just long enough to see someone walk out into the road. wihtotu time to stop, I twisted the steering wheel as fast as I could. I careened out of control, going off the road and going head first into a tree. As my car hit, I jerked forward in my seat, causing my head to strike the stearing wheel. I lolled back into my seat, my vision fading in red before I couldnt's ee no more.

ooc: i'm leaving up to Mew13 whether or not my character died in that crash or just simply got knocked unconcious with serious head trauma. :D

I quickly arrived at Tammys apartment, which was near mine, and blushing, I began to knock on the door, when I heard a crash....


Meanwhile, while I was about to knock, ruby sprawled out of the window, and then, opening his wings, he crashed down, knocking out many windows as he flapped his wings...

[Mew13]

Nat gasped as the car sped into the tree. She cursed gently to herself, worry washing over her for whoever it was in the car.

She rushed over, her wings materializing behind her as she was no longer concentrating about keeping them hidden.

She didn't totally recognize who was behind the wheel, as it had been a couple years since she'd last seen Jack. She placed her hands over his head, feeling his blood flow onto them. She recoiled, noticing a cell phone in the car.

SHe dialed 911, and an ambulance came. SHe had told them that she was the man's younger brother, purposly cutting her own arms and brusing her body to make it seem as though she had been in the car as well. She rode along to the hospital.

It took about an hour or so before she was allowed to see him. She walked in, her wings materializing behind her again. She stood over the man's sleeping form, waiting for him to awake.

Just as ruby was about t crash, he pulled up, and soared around, laughing triumphantly. Sighing, I then began to knock on tammy's door, when she opened it, and asked me, "What are those for?", pointing to the gifts I made for her..

"Well, erm, actually, they're gifts for your birthday.." i said, blushing, and handed her the gifts, when suddenly, I heard an explosion in the eastern district, where I saw an ambulence enter just before I knocked on tammy's door, and saw a huge red dragon...

I swallod nevously and glanced around. I felt sweat dripping down the inside of my arms and I was fairly sure that I'd lost bladder control. The dragon laughed at me, I must have looked like a six-year-old in an alleyway. His laughter incensed me and I felt my features contort into an expression of grotesque rage. Halfway unaware of what I was doing, my hand formed a fist and slammed itself into the dragon's exposed chin. It hurt. A lot. My knuckles had split open from the rock-hard scales. The dragon replied "You've got nerve, human. Maybe I won't eat you after all." He extended a wing tentitively, offering the joint in the wingbones. Nervously, I reached up and shook it, hoping he wouldn't change his mind and rip my throat out.

[Skrin]

Daikem watched paitently at Uclara, when suddenly, a scientist said, "Daikem, uclara has unlocked another ability!!", and daikem asked, "What?", and the scientist said, "Absorbing the powers of other beings that are dead!", and smileing, daikem said, "Get back to work," and asd the scientist went back to working, daikem chuckled, and said, "That will be useful against Nat..."...

I groaned as I started to wake up. I had a pounding headache, and I could tell I wasn't in my car anymore. "what hit me?" I groaned.

[Mew13]

"Thank God," Nat whispered, gently speaking to the man. "You were in a car accident," she said quietly. "It was my fault, I walked in front of the car, I wasn't paying attention..."

She felt aweful. A small tear leaked from her eye and her wings twitched nervously. "I'm so sorry," she whispered.

[Skrin]

Suddenly, just as quickly as I saw the dragon, it dissapeared, along with the distruction. Shaking my head, I said, "Erm, happy birthday, tammy!!", and quickly shoved the gifts to her, then quickly ran off...

Meanwhile, where Nat and Jack were, a small black dragon, with elements of a gargoyle, watched them...

My vision was blurred, so I couldnt' see who was talking to me. ' well Ihave to say that's mighty considerate of you to come out here liek this."
I said. "What's your name."

ooc: Due to my character's new darker attiuted, I plan on showing the angst and aguish behind his new personality as soon as he figures out it's you. Just as a fore warning. ;)

BIC: "Nat," she said quietly. "Natalie Sanders."

The man looked familiar, though Nat couldn't place her finger on it exactly.

I seazed up as I recognized the name. I rubbed my eyes, and slowly she came into sgiht. She had aged some, but I woudl recognize tha face anywhere. "Oh god, I'm dreaming again." I muttered. " I thought after that lst time the dreams would stop haunting me, but they keep at me." I hucnehd down in my bed and rubbed myeyes again. " she can't be here." isaid to myself, tryin to reassure myself it was only adream. "She's dead. I saw it with my own eyes. And I couldn't even tell her... I couldn't tell her..." I couldn't take it anymore and throwing teh blankets over my head, I began sobbing openly into my pillow, the stress from teh last years jsut pouring out. "Why msut these memories torture me with false promises!" I shouted.

[Mew13]

Nat just stared at him. All the years, and she stilll remembered. It all came rushing back to her now. Jack, the guillotine, Cal....

"Jack?" she whispered. "Jack, Jack it's really me! It's Nat! I'm here, I'm back!"

She took a steadying breath before explaining herself.

"The Lord's allowed me to come back!" she said quietly, motioning to the wings she had left exposed.

[Pogiforce-14]

"Oh god, she's still dead." I said still crying. "She's still dead. I can't believe this is happening. I must be dreaming."

[Mew13]

"Jack!" Nat said, louder this time as she gripped his shoulders. "Jack, snap out of it! You need to calm down! You need to listen to me!"

She forced his face to face upwards and her now brown eyes bore into his. "Jack, it's me! You can feel me! I'm alive! I'm here!!"

[Skrin]

Meanwhile, the dragon watched, and smileing, whispered, "Oh, you don't understand how much your return will help strengthen Uclara, natalie.."...

Meanwhile, daikem touched his devils amulet, and looking at uclara, he said, "First, I need to stimulate the tamers dragons to their full power before sacrificeing them to uclara.", and then, turning to another chamber, he said, "Oh, this will do nicely along with Sevarim..", and pushing a button on the control panel, the chamber slowly opened...

[Pogiforce-14]

"Do you realize what seeing what they did to you has done to me?!"I cried out. " Every nigth since it happened, I've gone to sleep to find you at my bedside, as alive and happy as ever. A new chance to tell you those things that were left unsaid, another chance to tell you how I care. And jsut as I open my mouth your gone again, and I'm awake with another miserable day ahead. Even in my dreams I can't find the time to say it. For the last year I've been forced to relive that moment after each dream, thinking about what I could ahve done, what I should have done. I should have been teh one to die, not you!" I sobbed. " Crimson doesn't talk anymore, Cal won't elt anyone but me and Crimson near him. Do you realize what you've done to us?!" I cried, sinking back into my pillow, now soaked with my tears.

[Mew13]

Nat bowed her head. "You have no idea how sorry I am..." she whispered.

A small amount of anger bubbled inside her, but due to her heavenly nature, she didn't burst out as she would have two years ago.

"It's been hard for me as well you know, Jack. You don't know what it's like watching you and my friends from heaven. It's insane to watch and not be able to talk to you, to touch you, hold you. I've seen my true friend Cal turn dark and evil, full of hate and angst. I've seen much and been forced to remain spectator."

She paused. "I didn't have the heart to let any of you die..." she whispered.

[Pogiforce-14]

I listened to her, unable to look in case it truly was all jsut a dream. " I never got to tell you I loved you." I said, choking back my tears so I could speak. " All those times I was given chances, and I let them slip by. And then before I could say antyhign, you were gone. " i became quiet again, in order to preven myself from bursting out into tears once more.

[Mew13]

"I love you too, Jack!" Nat whispered, leaning down to kiss his lips gently.

[Pogiforce-14]

I threw my arms around her in a big embrace, crying softly onto her shoulder. "Oh god, how I've missed you." I whispered into her ear.

ooc:And that is a sampling of how I would probably act if I was to lose Mew13.

[Mew13]

Nat began to sob as well. "I missed you too!" she whispered, hugging him tightly, never wanting to let go.

[Pogiforce-14]

"why did they have to make that test?" I said bitterly. "That stupid test did this to us. Even though you're here physically, you're still dead. And there is still nothing I can do about it. And when I tried to avenge you, Daikem walked all over me. He was just too strong."

[Mew13]

The words about her being dead stung the teen. Nat smiled gently. "I'm not dead anymore," she whispered. "The lord has given me new life! I've been given a second chance!"

[Pogiforce-14]

"But the wings."I said, confused. " Only angels have wings. and angels are dead. How is it you ahve wings but aren't dead?" I asked.

[Mew13]

"Angels aren't dead. Just think of it like my magic's been upgraded!" I joked, sitting on the bed next to him and hiding the wings from his sight.

I'd closed my eyes just befor I touched the wingtip and tensed up in anticipation of death. It didn't happen as I felt the wingtip pull away. I eased my eyes open and say the dragon looking down on my without the anger of moments before but with a slightly friendly expression shining from his eyes. Figuring to complete the introductions I said "I'm Jake." The dragon replied quickly "Call me Geloak. I won't reveal my True Name to you yet." I smirked briefly at this, no mythical being in their right mind ever would. I said "Well, I need to go. I've got to visit the hospital, visit my mom." Geloak replied "well, I don't want this to be a one-nighter, why don'y I fly you there?" My eyes grew wide as he lowered his neck. Sure, flying a jet was fun and all, but to be in the air without restraint...I'd always thought it would be bliss. I hopped up onto the joint between Geloak's neck and shoulders as he took off.

After the movie, I decided to go back home. My mom was cooking, and no one else was home. When my mom saw me, she said "hi" and then said "How was the movie?" I told her it was alright. I then went back to the park. Something was drawing me there, but I didn't know what. It was like someone or something was calling my name.

ooc: usually not my impression of an angel, being alive, but I'll go along with it. :\

ic: "We should get back to my apartment." i said. "Crimson and Cal wil be so happy to see you. But I have to heal first." I muttered, remembering teh bandages on my head. " I don't think they'll let me go until I'm better. Do you know where they put my personal items? Because I had your staff with me in the car." I told her.

As daikem watched the dragon fly off, another employee said, "Sir, we found that that Nat girl has wings. do you think she's a-", but before the sicentist could finish, daikem grabbed him by the throat, and said, "Don't even say she's an angel.", and dropping him, angelic wings erupted from daikems back, and hovering slowly in the air, daikem said, "I am the only true angel in this universe!", and holding the devils amulet in his palm, daikem whispered, "But I also use the power of evil...", and shaking his head, daikem said, "I died once before, when I tried to be a hero. A true hero. Nobody can actually be a hero. Not even me.", his angel wings flapping the entire time.....

Meanwhile, the dragon that flew off joined sevarim, the black dragon, and grinning,they yelled, "Prepare to die, tamers!!", and flew at their room, but suddenly, they were smashed against the glass, and slowly slided off, and plummeted down...

We landed behind the hospital, in an old alleyway. I straightened my clothes quickly and said "I'll be back soo, okay?" It was a quick walk to the wing that my mother was in. Glancing in the doors as I passed them by, I saw what looked like a new arrival in one. I rapped quickly on the door, figuring to greet whoever i was.

Landing on teh ground, the dragons shook their heads, and lfying up in the air again, they circled the hospital...

Meanwhile, I arrived back at my apartement, and opening the window in case ruby returned, I proceded to watch TV..

"Cal," Nat whispered. "How I've missed him..." she mused to herself.

She vaguely heard Jack mention his personal belongings. She motioned to a bag next his bed with the items from the car. She decided it best to try out one of her new powers.

She held her hands over Jack's head and closed her eyes. She concentrated deeply, attempting to heal his wounds. She did it, though it took some time and a lot of effort on her part.

She opened her eyes and smiled. Her head snapped around as someone knocked. She turned to Jack again and whispered: "Maybe you could contact one of the dragons through your mind. We need to get you outa here, fast."

She finished just before whoever it was entered the room.

I pushed the door to the room open quietly, nodding to the pair inside. I spoke in barely more than a whisper "Hello. Do you need any help?"

"Uh, no." I said quietly. "We're fine. Thanks." I said.

Meanwhile, the dragons turned into smog, and engulfed the hospital..


Daikem slowly flew to the mountains, where entering a cave, he began to mutter a strange angelic language, in which a glowing sword began to materialize..

ooc: Bob V, give us a break. We ahven't even reunited Nat with her dragon yet. this rp has hardly started, the characters are hardly even reintroduced yet, and you want to jump into a battle. you gotta learn when to time these things, because otherwise they just get annoying. :\

"Okay" I returned, still quiet. As I walked out the door I dropped "See 'ya around" over my shoulder as I began the short walk to the wing my mother was in. I was unsure of what had happened but several weeks ago the police had found her in her bedroom with a sord in her gut and my father seemingly vanished into midair.

Nat watched the boy leave. She felt a strange, as if she could read his feelings. An aura of sadness pulsated around him, though she wasn't sure why he felt that way or why she could seemingly feel it. Perhaps it all had something to do with being an angel...

She shook her head gently and sighed. She shut the door quietly, making sure it was fully closed before speaking in barely more than a whisper.

"Right then," she started, nervously wringing her hands. "I guess I can try and contact Cal, though I'm not sure how he'll react to my mind..."

SHe spoke more to herself than to Jack. She reached out with her mind, calling.

Cal? Calamous, can you hear me?

Sanagon had been sitting listlessly on the couch in Jack's apartment. His mind and soul were full of angst. His small, black and red trimed body rose and fell with his breathing. He took in one sharp breath as a familiar mind touched the edge of his.

Cal? Calamous, can you hear me? it called.

Cal? the black dragon thought. No one's called me Cal since Nat's death. Since my evolution out of pain and anguish...

CAL! the mindvoice roared.

Nat? the dragon projected. Is it you!?

Yes! I need you to come to the hospital immediatly. We need to get Jack out of here... No time to explain, just come!

Sanagon obeyed. He didn't really think Nat was there. She couldn't be. She was dead. He'd been there. He knew....

I started walking through the park again, but I stopped and looked around when the wind started getting stronger, which was strange, because strong winds were not mentioned in the weather report on the news. I then noticed that I was the only one in the park. "There were other people around me in the park just a second ago...", I said to myself. Then I thought I heard a noise coming from the forest. At that second, I saw a laser blast, and two shadows...

OOC: Yeah mew13. I actually thought the first evolution would be in oh, say, page 8 or 10. not this early. I was only joking earlier. :\

IC: The dragons quickly turned into a cloud of smog, which then seperated into fifteen peices, which shot into the sky, and split up..

Meanwhile, ruby was crashing into everything, from buildings to street lights. flying into the pavement near an old lady that was knitting, ruby said, "Excuse me.", and flew off. Seeing him fly off, the woman fainted in shock....


Meanwhile, I ended up in the park. Sighing, I rested my head against a tree, thinking about what I could've done better against the battle against daikem...

OOC: Bah, it just makes sense for Cal to have evolved earlier because I based his evolved form on his hate, anger, and rage. I'm gonna let it alone unless it really bothers someone...

OOC: It really bothers me.XD but anyways, hows about this: Nat gets trapped, cal is trapped, he thinks of when nat looked dead, flies into a mad rage, and breaks through his cage. This will be on the first dragon fight too. sound good?XD

IC: I remembered when daikem's summouned dragon had knocked me and tammy out. Sighing again, I thought of the stradegy I'd use if Daikem came back for us..

I was starting to be able to see the two shadows. Both of them were shaped like... dragons! I rubbed my eyes and looked again. In front of me in the forest stood two dragons! I couldn't believe it! They were both fairly small for dragons. They looked like they were younger. One of them looked like it was part machine, and was mostly dark blue. "The laser fire must of come from that one.", I thought to myself. The other one was completely black, and had long, sharp spikes coming out of it. Both of them just sat there staring at each other. Then they both began to disappear...

I sighed after an hour of thinking, because I couldn't think of any stradegy that would even scratch daikem. Closeing my eyes, I went to sleep, unaware that a grey dragon with a dark-purple aura was watching me..

OOC: Aw man, didn't think I had to do this again, but..*Gets out eletric shockers, and revives the thread*XD

IC: Daikem slowly flew to a temple, where, waveing his hands, 6 red chests came out of ground, and opened, revealing weapons. In one chest, there was a pair of katanas, colored grey and tan, with a shining jewl in one. In another, there was a black magic staff, with serpent statues wrapped around the part that a person would grip. Meanwhile, in another,there was a lemon-colored staff, with strange purple eyes on the top. While in another, there was a strange green sword, pulsateing with a strange energy. While, finally, in another, there was a radiateing white sword, however, its bottom on the jewl in it was black, and pulsated with an evil aura.Finally, the farthest to the right red chest contained the darkness ray gun(Is this allowed?? @_@;), the ray gun that could never miss, in either fireing or blasting a ray, but it would drain the one who used it of his energy, but at the same time, it became more of a part of him, until the ray gun became his very right/left hand, whichever he used it with. Smileing, Daikem said, "Finally, after all these years... I have unlocked the weapons of darkness!!", and grinning, he said, "But just to make it interesting, I'll scatter these..".. and waveing his hand, they suddenly formed into a circle, then rocketed off...


In Iserol City, the red chest containing the eyed staff flew into the lake at the park near the hospital, createing a wave...

Meanwhile, in a volcano, the chest containing the evil magic staff flew into the lava dragon daikem sent there to guard it, and harvest its powerful minerals. The dragon roared, and mutated, into a lava rex, with elbow sheilds, and huge magma teeth, with a dark evil aura pulsateing around it, the red chest was in it's right eye, a black barrier protecting it...

Meanwhile, the chest containing the dark katanas landed in a forest on the mountains, createing a crater where it landed...

Meanwhile, the pulsateing evil/pure sword landed in an underwater temple daikem created for when he was bored, and had free time. It transformed the temple from a cheerful-amuesement-park-like place into a giant pillar that dug into the earths core, and reached out of the water up to 40000 feet, the chest near the center of the earth...


Finally, the chest containing the strange green plasma sword(Hint Hint,LM!XD) landed on yet another continent, in a desert..

"Jacob" my mom whispered as I knelt by her bedside. She was the one weakness in an emotional armor I though impenatrable. I whispered back "I love you, you know." She nodded. we both knew she'd be dead tonight. She didn't have much strength left. She looked over at me, her brown eyes locking onto my own as she asked "Go home and look in the pantry. There's a box in there, about a foot and a half long. It's for you." I dipped my head quickly in assent as she closed her eyes. Tonight was her last one on this earth. I hugged the still form briefly then sttod up to return to Geloak.

IC:The red chest conatining the darkness ray gun(Is this allowed?? @_@;), the ray gun that could never miss, in either fireing or blasting a ray, but it would drain the one who used it of his energy, but at the same time, it became more of a part of him, until the ray gun became his very right/left hand, whichever he used it with, hurtled towards jacobs house, smashed into the pantry, and smashed through that, missing the box, and carreened into the back yard, and layed there, steam hissing from it as the chest cooled down..

Nat smiled as Cal flew up next to the window. After a few minutes of frantic hugging and giggling, Nat finished healing Jack and motioned to the now very large blue and white chinese dragon.

"Deja vu! (sp)" she giggled, hopping on and waiting for Jack.

"Yes, very much so." I grinned, grabbing my stuff and jumping up behind her. "Except last time I didn't have a car that required insurance claims to be sorted out."

"No need," Cal said, flying to an open window at the apartment. "I've been living here as well," he reasoned quietly.

"He's right." I said. "Matt has a room across the hall. We've been sitting around here , pretty much waiting for Daikem to find us and do to us what he did to you." i said quietly.

I got up, and stretching, made my way back to my apartment, and layed down on the bed, thinking...

Cal bowed his head, Nat could feel his presence grow sad and hatefull at the same time.

Geloak swept down, landing silently on the lawn. despite what had happened this night I found the juxtaposition of a dragon landing on a well-kept suburban lawn amusing. I chuckled as I hopped off and opened the front too, haded towards the kitchen.

"i had intended onpushing my own button, but you had beat me to it. I thought it was some sort of moral test. I never figured he would actually do it." I said.

OOC: Could someone please tell me some background on this Daikem guy? And of any other background I should know? I'm too lazy to read the first two sagas. XD Also, BobV, please don't double post like you did at the bottom of the 3rd page again. You could of waited for someone else to post before posting again.

IC: A few seconds after the two dragons disappeared, they reappeared behind me. The cyber-looking dragon looked like it was concentrating on something, maybe trying to disappear again. The other dragon looked like it was... laughing. Then as soon as the other dragon was about to flame the cyber-looking dragon, it disappeared, and the cyber dragon turned its head and stared at me...

OOC: Actually, he only appeared at the end of the last saga. The only backround info for him I can give you is that he's an angel, and has teh mad skillz!And other stuff!XD

IC:Sighing, I strectched, undressed, and fell asleep on the bed,under the covers, turning as I had a terrible dream....

IC: Ruby soared through the night sky, looking for Jack. Spotting Cal perched on a window on a hospital, Ruby figured that's where jack was, but just for fun, spiraled towards them, but missed, and carrened into the lake next to the hospital, and spotting a red chest, he swam towards it..

The entire kitchen had been blown away. Instantly on my guard, I carefully walked around through the house on a basic check. After going into the backyard and finding nothing of import aside from the box I returned inside the house. In the living rook, I slowly slid the lid of. On top was a set of triple-ba nunchaku. It was an odd choice for a gift, this was one of the hardest weapons to use. They felt warm in my hands, though. I set them aside to examine later. Below this was a series of diaries written by my mother. I read throught the years listed carefully, speaking each aloud "1999...'96...'93...'90...1985...1972...1966?" This is where it started to get a bit weird, my mom didn't look a day over 35. I continued, shifting back a few books where things got nothing but stranger. "1920...1883...1635!!!!" I dropped the entire stack, able to do anything except sit there, mind blank and jaw open.

IC: Meanwhile, the evil energy comeing from the chest made the ground slowly liquify, as the power radiated from it...

Ruby was pushed back by the evil aura that the chest gave off, but as he charged up an aqua blast, he was blasted by a water pressure blast that came from another source, and turning around, ruby looked around fearfully..

"Well, it happened, and there's nothing I can do about it now," Nat said quietly, seeing Cal's hateful glance.

"Sure." I saidas we lowered slowly to the window. I reached over and pulled the window open before jumping in. I then turned around and held out my hand to help Nat in as well.

Nat smiled and allowed herself to be helped in.

"WHere do we go from here?" she asked quietly, scuffing her right foot gently.

"I don't know." i said, sratching the abck of my head. "It's kind of late, so maybe we should just rest for now and think about it in the morning."

Nat smiled playfully. "I'll take the couch. Being a guest has nothing to do with it, as I was an unexpected guest, and I almost got you killed."

Flying out from the lake, ruby landed next to an old building, and panting, he said, "Note to Self: Warn Jack and Matthew about mysterious chest in the morning.", and passed out..

I shrugged my shoulders in uncertainty. 'You sure you're alright with that? Because you honestly made up for putting me near death by the fact you were the one who did it. I'm glad to have you back." I grinned, blushing slightly.

Nat smiled as well, before kissing his cheek gently.

"Of course I'm fine with it. And I'm really glad to be with you again."

She stopped after saying this, the 18-year-old's cheeks heated up quite a bit.

I blushed when she kissed me and grinned sheepishly. It wasn't our first time, but it had been a while since we had kissed at all. I found myself without anything to say and gorund teh toe of my shoe sheepishly into the carpet.

Daikem watched from some moniters at his base what we were all doing. He rolled his eyes when he saw ruby looking passed out, and turned off the moniter that showed me asleep. Then, loooking at the moniter with Jack and Nat kissing, he grinned, and said, "Those fools...they don't even know I know their every move....", and turning to uclara's chamber, he said, "All I need now is for Matt to take just one of the darkness weapons...and I can unleash his angelic power..", and smiled..

IC:Daikem flapped his angel wings slowly, and turning to a chamber, he pressed a button on the control panel, causeing the chamber to open, revealing a dragon, that was a living skeleton...


Meanwhile, a cloaked figure walked into Iserol city, and putting on some sunglasses, he turned on a cell phone, and dialing a number, he said after he heard daikem answering him after the dragon exited the chamber, "Agent 546, Codename, or real name, Brian, here.", and turning off his cell phone, he opened his cloak, and a grey, yellow dragon flew out of it. Wrapping the cloak around him again, brian said, "Tempest, cause some commotion or whatever you want to do right now. I'm going to get something to eat.", and walked into an all-night resturaunt, and orderered some food. Meanwhile, grinning, tempest flew into the night sky, then flew to the contient where cyl city was, and roaring, he held out his arms, and huge meteors pummeled into cyl city, destroying most of its buildings, and most of the people didn't get out of the city. Tempest Carved out all the buildings with food in them, and pigged out...

Firs of all, always read the whole post. oUr characters were not kissing, mine was reflecting back on the first kiss. second, your not being practical bringing out a dragon now when your characters are already asleep and ours will be soon afterward. Third, rps aren't all about fighitng, and you don't ahve to kep aiming for dragon attacks.

I steepled my fingers and continued to sit on the couch, deep in thought. This entire night had been amazingly weird. I didn't quite get it. Shoving the diaries into a backpack, I tucked the nunchaku into my jacket. I threw the garment on and walked outside and nodded to Geloak as I climbed on, whispering "North. Rick's Lake."

OOC: Woah, woah. I wasn't actually haveing a dragon fight in mind right now. I just wanted to re-intorduce the character that ninja piggy made way back when, brian. I got his permission IRL, (We're friends), so there. Touchy Touchy. *Insert Zelo's shocked look here*XD


IC:Brian ordered some clams, and as he waited, he saw ruby, passed out next to a building. Sighing, he turned his attention back to his food, and saw the clams had arrived. Getting a fork, he proceded to eat the clams as if he had never eaten before...


Meanwhile, Cyl city was in ruins, as Tempest was nearly stuffed, but since the supply of food in it wasn't even nearly gone, he continued to eat..

Nat smiled and headed to the couch, falling asleep almost instantaneously.

She awoke to a light in her eyes, finding it was the sun. She rose and stretched slowly, smiling to herself again.

She headed to the kitchen unit of the apartment and set about making breakfast. SHe scrounged up some eggs and bacon, so that was what the rooms began to smell like.

Although I had taken the bed, I still felt rather guilty and found I woke up rather restless the next morning. I stumbled into the kitchen scratching my stomach and trying to comprehend why I was so dizzy.

Nat noticed how sick Jack was looking. She took his hand gently, a look of worry clouding her smooth features.

"Jack, what's wrong? You don't look very good," Nat said, sounding very much the part of worried girlfriend. She blushed after having said it, but awaited his answer none the less.

"I don't think I slept too well last night." I said woozily as I took a seat at th tbale to keep myself from losing balance.

[Skrin]

Brian walked out of the resturaunt, completly shocked at finding it was morning. Sighing, he layed down on a bench, and fell asleep...


Meanwhile, I woke up, and getting washed and dressed, I got outside, and was shocked to see ruby there. He said, " Get on. I got to tell you and jack something.", and getting on his back, he flew to where jack was, by scent..

Nat frowned deeply, worried about Jack.

"You'd better eat something," she said softly, bringing the plates to the table. "It should help..."

She thought about using a bit of healing energy on him. But, she wasn't sure how he'd react to that one.

[Pogiforce-14]

I ate carefully, as I wasn't sure if my nausea would allow me to keep anything down.I felt tempted to jsut lay my head down on teh table and doze off, but that jsut wouldn't be dignified at all.

[Mew13]

"Maybe you should head back to bed..." Nat voiced. She was really worried about Jack, he looked so sick.

She desperatly wanted to help him, but she just didn't dare. She was so afraid of his reaction, of the rejection she faced. She didn't want to make him feel inferior, but it caused her so much pain to see him in pain.

Her head swam as she thought in these quick circles.

I nodded to her suggestion and began to stumble my way back to the bedroom, although I wasn't sure if I would get ther before I either threw up or fell to the floor and slept there.

[Skrin]

Suddenly, as we neared jacks apartment, ruby threw up, and landed at the bottom of the building.Looking at me, he said, "Jack's scent suddenly smelled awful. He must be sick.", but sniffing the air again, he smiled, and said, "But there's another scent up there that's sweet. Must be that jack has a girlfriend. You go up via the elavator, while I'll meet you at his apartment.", and flew up to the window of jacks apartment, while I entered the building, and entering an elavator, I went up to jacks floor....

[Mew13]

Nat couldn't restrain herself any longer. She sent some of her healing power out to him, easing his nausea. She couldn't stand to see him suffer...

For some reason I felt better soemwhat, and manged to amke it to the bedroom without incident. I groaned as I lay down inbed, then shut my eyes as i began to drift back off to sleep.

[Skrin]

Suddenly, ruby smashed jacks window open, and stuck his head and half of his body through, with half of it dangleing out. Suddenly, I entered the room just then, but then, both of us seeing Nat, suddenly, we had goofy grins on our faces, and said, "We're crazy, we're crazy, we're crazy..", and tilted our heads back and forth..


Daikem watched the moniter that showed my current status. "Ugh," He said, rolling his eyes. "He thinks he's gone insane. Whatever. As soon as he takes one of those darkness weapons, however.." Daikem said, and grinned, and waveing his right arm, the moniter changed to my appearance if I took held one of the darkness weapons..

ooc: There is a difference between thinking yourself in sane and acting like a retard. :\ Maybe Matt should discern the difference between the two.

IC: I shook my head, and said, "Erm, who are ya??", and shaking his head, ruby said, "Yeah, what he said!!", and we looked at the strange teen supsicously..

Ruby yelled, and pulling out my sword, i muttered something, and as it split into katanas, I said, "I'm not paying a single cent.".Ruby then said, "Listen. There's this freaky chest in the lake near the hospital. I need Cal and Crimsons help in getting it out, okay?"..

"When I feel like it." I decalred grumpily. "Which won't be until I get some sleep and you pay me for letting your dragon break my window!"

[Skrin]

"LISTEN!! THIS CHEST FEELS VERY IMPORTANT!! I NEED CAL AND CRIMSONS HELP, NOW!!!" Ruby roared, and then, I readied my katanas..

"That from the oversized dragon who broke my window." I grumbled as I rubbed my sore ear. " Listen, if it realy requires all three of you to handle it, then obviously it won't be going anywhere anytime soon. give me time to rest, and then we'll see. But I'm not budging and neither is Crimson until I feel up to it." I declared.

[Mew13]

"STOP THIS!" Nat cried, sending both boys forcfully back with a bit of her angelic magic. "It's me Matt, Nat. But that doesn't matter. Jack needs to sleep, and you should probably go."

Suddenly, for a split second, huge angelic wings erupted from my back, and my eyes glazed over, and raiseing my hand, a small barrier appeared that easily blocked the attack, but then, the wings retracted, and my eyes regained their color. Shaking my head, I listened to ruby, who asked, "Well, Nat, can cal help me??"..

"she told you who." I grumbled, still not feeling up to talking right now. Man , I rally wasn't a morning person. " Are oyu going to let me sleep or what?"

BIC: Nat grabbed Matt by the hand, forcefully pulling him through the door of the apartment, Cal following along.

The lake was one of my favorite places in the world. I felt I somehow identified with it, strange as it seems. It gave off an aura to me, one of an ancient horror although not a malicious one. I stepped off Geloak gently, staring out into the waters stained red by the sunrise. Carefully, I knelt down by the shore and continued my vigil and thoughts in peace.

ic: I saw Matt get presse4d up against teh wall by Nat's energy. He seemed suprised, but then again he didn't know anything about angel powers since he would ahve to be one to know. I was pretty sure I looked justa s surprised.

Nat glanced at Matt, looking to Cal. He gave her a soft reassurance through thier mind-link, and she nodded.

"Just be careful, Calamous," Nat whispered before turning back into the apartment.

"I always am, love. It's you who we should worry about!" Cal jested gently, turning to Matt and looking at him questioningly.

With Ruby and matt gone, thank goodness, I rolled over and soon wa sleepign again. Hopefully I would feel more hospitable when I woke up, because I jsut didn't want to use the attitude I was having on Nat. She didn't deserve that.

Nat sat on the couch where she had slept. She didn't know how long Jack would be asleep, so she busied herself with her magic.

She was trying to master the art of moving things with her mind, a quite complicated process. Her mother had been able to, and Nat was determined to as well.

She started off with small things, like the envelope on the table. It had a tendency to shudder a bit before falling limp.

After a few hours, I awoke again, feeling much more rested I got up and after chanign clothes to something of brighter colors, I rejoined Nat in the kitchen.

I hadn't moved an inch in hours. My knees were numb, gravel was cutting into my shins and I still hadn't resolved a single thing. Sighing, I stood back up and started off to take a walk. Geloak said "I think I'll go find a place to sleepo." I nodded and continued my circle of the lake.

Nat jumped as jack entered the room, the envelope she had been trying to move shot into his hands. SHe grinned sheepishly.

"Glad to see you're awake," she said quietly.

[Pogiforce-14]

"I see youv'e been practicing something." I said, holding up the envelope. "Anything I can help with?"

[Mew13]

"Not really. It's... it's a witch thing I guess. Mum could always do it, and I thought I'd give it a shot. Nothing happened untill you suprised me. I think I need to work on my control a bit. It's been so long since I've used my magic, being in heaven and all..." Nat said quietly, blushing as he wafted the envelope around.

"I could help coach you on concentration." I offered. "It seems to me that fine tuned concentration is all you really need to make it work."

[Mew13]

"Okay," Nat said quietly. Her mind was on Cal right now. She was worried about her dragon, afraid of losing him again.

I could see her mind was elsewhere, and she probably had a good reason for it. But the fact of the matter was, her wandering thoughts was what was holding her back. "Okay, let's try this without any aid of any kind." I said, replacing the Envelope on the table.

"What do you mean?" Nat asked, feeling slightly confused.

[Pogiforce-14]

"Meaning I don't help you. This is a dry run, and then we go from there." I explained.

[Mew13]

Nat sat on the couch. She stared at the envelope, willing it to move. Her mind wandered briefly, thinking of Cal, where he was, if he was okay.

The envelope's corners fluttered, then stilled.

"Well, at least you got it to move. But your thinking of too many things at once.You need to focus on just one thing." I said as I stood behind her and placed my hands on her shoulders. "let's try again."

Nat tried again. She focused on the envelope, trying to keep her mind on the one thing, but it kept wandering.

[Pogiforce-14]

I could see that her mind kept wandering by the progress she was making. I recalled how she had reacted when I had walked into the room, and I found a solution.

"Try it this way." I said. And without warning, I moved down in front of her and pressed my lips against hers in a passionate kiss.

With the strong emotion in play, the envelope wizzed from the table, flying off in some odd direction as Nat returned the kiss, putting her arms around his shoulders. She didn't notice the envelope flying off, however.

I smiled inwardly as I had found her source of strength. But I found msyelf more wrapped up in her as she continued to return the kiss, her arms around me. Withotu thinking, I hugged her back as we continued to kiss.

Geloak had been away for a hile now, although I didn't notice. The lake was massive and I was only about halfway around. I felt drawn toward it more than ever for some reason. Still, I kept myself away from the waters, there were quite a few legends about the place and I had no desire to find out about them. I pulled the nunchaku out of my backpack and started absentmindedly swinging them in loops around myself.

OOC: Listen. I got this idea before Nat had that angel shtick come up, okay??I thought it'd be a good plotwist.;_; blame my inspiration at TOS.XD

IC: ruby said to cal, "Come on,", and after I got on rubys back, he flew towards the lake at the hospital, while I looked back, making sure cal followed..

Cal followed tenativly, a bit curious about where they were off to.

Nat found herself totally wrapped up in the kiss, having no desire to part.

I was surprised by how long the kiss was lasting. pretty soon I had to part with her, gasping for breath. "Woah. " I breathed. "At least now we know what to do to get your mind off of everything else." i said as I pointed to the envelope in the far corner of the room.

Nat blushed profusly. "We can't just kiss every time I want to move something," she said thoughtfully.

[Pogiforce-14]

"Then just remember what that feels like." I said. " I'm here if ever you need a reminder." I grinned.

[Mew13]

All Nat could do was smile. "That's nice to know," she teased gently.

I just grinned at her response. She knew that I wasn't really kidding, that I was really serious. I had admitted my love to her earlier,and I was willing to act on it.

Nat sat back down, concentrating on the envelope again.

She closed her eyes and thought about the kiss, about the level of emotion it held. She thought about it so deeply, that she could practically feel his lips on hers again.

The envelope wizzed neatly back into place.

"There you go!" I smiled, clapping for her. "You got the hang of it!"

Before I realized what was happening, I'd fallen into a type of trance. I felt something moving through me, although I had no clue what it was. I put the weapon back into the pack, barely concious of what I was doing and left the lakeside, searching for Geloak.

Ruby suddenly said to me, "How long can you hold your breath??", and I said, "About 45 seconds. Why do you want to know this??", but then, remembering where we were taking cal to, I sweatdropped, and said, "Uh-oh.", just as ruby suddenly did a nosedive into the lake, and after blinking for a few seconds, I spotted a strange red chest, that had an evil presence about it..

Cal dove in the lake as well, recoiling from the chest. He steered clear of it, having no urge to be filled with the evil radiating from it.

Nat blushed. "I guess so! Thanks, Coach!" she kidded, shoving his side playfully.

Ruby spotted cal steering away from the chest, and shaking his head, he let me go up for a breath of air, then, I began to swim towards the chest, when suddenly, as I entered the evil aura radiateing around it, I felt like my very soul was being sucked away, but at the same time, I felt a holy power courseing through me. Shaking my head, I threw my katanas at the chest, and striking its sides, the evil aura cleared enough for cal and ruby to get it. Suddenly, as I swam towards the surface for air, I couldn't escape the evil aura. It felt like it was calling me...

I grinned and started laughing mirthfully. suddenly a slight tremor reminded me of someone I almost forgot. "Crimson's here!" I said. HIs head appearedoutside my window, and as he looked in he was suprised to see Nat there. "Nat!?" He declared excitedly, pressing closer to the window. "Is that you? My eyes aren't playing tricks on me are they? Jack, why didn't you tellme?" He looked to me accusingly.

Suddenly, just as I was about to be engulfed by the malicous aura, ruby pulled me out, and grabbing the chest and my katanas, he pulled on the chest, but it wouldn't budge. I yelled at cal, "We could use a little help here!!", but suddenly, even though I was in the water, the message came out as clearly as if it had been on dry land. I said," What the!?", shocked at what I could now do...

The dragon continued to stare at me, until a noise came from behind. I turned around and saw the black dragon with spikes again. The dragon in front of me said "Get on." I was just shocked when I heard his voice. I could tell that he was a younger dragon by his voice too, and the other dragon looked the same age. They somehow knew each other. "Hurry!", said the dragon in front of me. I jumped on his back and he took off at high speeds, and the other dragon chased us. Before I knew it, there was a lake up ahead in the distance.

OOC: Well, my character, his dragon, and another members characters dragon are in the lake, so you'll have to talk to TAD character.XD

IC: Daikem saw and heard from a moniter as I spoke clearly in the water. "Perfect.." Daikem whispered, in awe. "As soon as matt takes the weapon in that chest, or any other, I will be there, to unleash his true potential.." Daikem whispered, and smiled...

I looked up curiously, seeing a dot growing steadily larger as it headed straight for the lake. Standing stock still, I waited to look for what it was before I came to any concrete conclusions.

Nat smiled at Crimson. "It's only been a day since my return, Crimson," she said, sounding wise beyond her years a moment.

That wisdom was seemingly lost however as she pushed Jack back down on the couch. "Don't laugh at me!" she cried out, smiling as she held down his shoulders.

Cal, on the other hand, was not as happy as Nat. He just looked at Matt and shook his head. His own message coming through clear as well.

"No."

With that, Cal broke the surface and raced to the shore.

"sorry!" I declared, stilling laughing slightly. "It's jsut that your comment about me being a coach. It struck me as kind of funny." Crimson looked confused, having lost track of the conversation.

Suddenly, Ruby grabbed cal, and snarled at him, "Listen bub. Help me and Matt get that chest-or ELSE!!", and showed his dagger-like teeth...

ooc: that wouldn't be an aura, that would be a spell of influence. It's exuded from the being to change something. It is something that is conciously done, and I'm willing to bet a wooden chest at the bottom of a lake has no conciousness. :\ I don't know how your Old Ones do it, but there aren't any of them around here. Otherwise, an aura is simply a force that reveals the power and alignment of a person, animal, or object.

BIC: Cal grew to the size of a large plane, forcing Ruby's grip on him to release. He broke the surface of the lake, shrinking down to about the size of a twin bed again. WIth that, he raced to Jack's apartment.

Nat was about to explain to Crimson what was going on, but Cal suddenly burst through the open window, looking pale, weak, and tired.

"Calamous!" Nat cried, bending down to his side.

All the activity around me was beginning to get on my nerves. I left the area of the lake with a great deal of difficulty. Something seemed to be pulling me towards the water. I entered the woods to search for Geloak.

Ruby grabbed the chest, and with me holding onto its bottom, he flew to a mountain, and set it down, after I let go. Afterwards, we looked at the chest, ad ruby said, "Let's try opening it.", and shurgging, I said, "Well, its a start.", and we began to pull on the lid of the chest..

Cal looked up, having not broken the window but flown in through the one Ruby had broken. The small blue dragon shrunk a few inches in order to conserve energy.

"Ruby... Matt... chest... evil aura... had to... escape...." Cal gasped in between breaths. The poor thing was totally out of breath.

"Calamous!" Nat cried, exerting some of her healing power into her dragon. The angelic magic soothed his racing heart and pumping lungs. His sides stopped heaving, and Nat opened her eyes.

"We should probably find them..." she said quietly, turning her attention to Jack again.

We pulled as hard as we could on the chest, but it wouldn't open. "Wait," ruby said. "I think I know how to get this open." He said, and flew off. I then waited for him, impaitent..

"yeah." I sighed in agreement. "That guy is always sticking his nose where it doesn't belong and getting us all into toruble. We should go look for him."

Ruby came back, with a jackhammer. I screamed, "What the He!! are you doing!?", as he drilled away at the chest, with the jackhammer..

I was only a short distance into the woods, searching for Geloak but watching with a bit more intrest the activities involved around the chest. As such it was a bit of a shock when I felt Geloak's nose on my face. I looked up at him and nodded, we both seemed to want to watch what was going on at the lake.

With nothing else to do, I thrust my katanas at the chest, peirceing two sides of it. Suddenly, the jackhammers speed incresased dramatically, and letting go, ruby spiraled off into the distance...



OOC: Anime style humor....kills me every time. And TAD, my character and his dragon aren't at the lake anymore. They're at a mountain miles away from the city.XD

Cal sped off tword the lake, watching reprachfully at the dragon and boy trying to open the chest. Nat yelled down at them.

"WHAT ON EARTH ARE YOU DOING!?" she cried, sensing the evil aura from qute far away.

"And why the heck are you trying to do it with a jackhammer? Do you want to open it ore destroy it?" I asked rhetorically.

I looked bemusedly at at the approaching figures, wondering what could make that chest seem so interesting. I was sure I'd felt worse although in a different way.

Ruby crashed into a meadow nearby, but continued going downhill, until he got smashed against a tree, and fell unconsious..


"Well, how do you expect to open this thing!?" I yelled back, gestureing to the chest, which had five hands being restrained by the katanas...

"Why are you trying to open it!? Can't you feel the evil aura coming from it!? Havent' we all suffered enough from evil!? Now, you want to tamper with it!?" Nat cried from Cal's back. She was going slightly into hysterics, truely not believing what she was seeing.

Suddenly, as I was about to say "Fine.", ruby careened into the chest with another jackhammer, and shattered its lock, opening it, revealing a strange yellow staff...

"Don't touch it!" Nat shrieked. "Just leave it there or toss the chest back into the lake! Let's just get out of here!" she pleaded with Matt.

"You're not a staff user anyway!" I shotued rheotircally to Matt.

I felt hypnotized by the staff, and even as I felt its evil aura rip at my soul,I endured through it all, and grabbed the staff....


Suddenly, daikem said, "Matt has taken the staff!!", and then, he teleported to where we were...

As a shape came out of thin are, I instantly put myself on guard, hoping I wouldn'nt be noticed. Geloak too seemed to tense, drawign himself up a bit to look mor intimidating.

Well fine, you two lovebirds can.", but then, turning to me, he said, "But I'm taking matt along with me,", and waving his hand, he began to mutter a strange incantaition, and suddenly, I felt captivated by it, my eyes loseing more and more color, and at the same time, angelic wings began to appear on my back..

IC: Daikem suddenly said, "You're worthless,", and I exploded, and laughing manaically, he yelled, "Disaster strike!!", and sudeenly, huge meteors rained upon the earth. He said, "Farewell, inferior beings!!", and flew into space. Ruby screamed, the meteors pummeling him into the center of the earth, obliterateing him. There was no hope, as the meteors blew away at the earth again and again, destroying more chunks of it, until they struck the core, createing a huge explosion...

Anywho, I hope BobV comes back. It is his RP, and how he wasn't to run it is how we have to deal with it. Though, I can say my posts will be becoming more and more infrequent if this keeps up.

1. Matt didn't die, how can he be an angel?

2. Nat died in an ultimate sacrifice. I'm sorry if her personality bashed and future plans, but that could have been stopped by NOT KILLING HER OFF!!!!

3. We all need to grow up a bit and get past these childish differences.

4. One argument is no reason to leave PC.
