Well I'd probably know what the problem is if I had ever bred any Pokemon in Ru/Sa..But I didn't..Here's my problem: I decided to start breeding my Pokemon to get the pre-evolutions since I'm trying to complete the PokeDex..Well I gave the breeders my Ditto, and my male Electabuzz...When I check with the man he says that they don't like each other much...I decided this was something that happened occasionally so I tried my Clefable...Then my Wigglytuff...Then my Raichu...Each time the same thing...Is it just that in FR/LG it takes them time to like each other? Or is there something wrong with my ditto..?

No. Just leave them there for a while. In my R/S , I had a male pikachu and i couldnt find a female. I breeded it with a minun and it said they didnt like eachother. Within an hour there was a pichu egg. It also worked with my magmar in my LG version... Dont give up!!!

In answer to your question, it will take some time to breed an egg, but you just got to be patient, one will happen eventually. :-)

ooh hey one other thing it might be
is if you haven't unlocked the national pokedex
in firered/leafgreen it may not let you get the pre-evolution
because we're not supposed to be able to get those until after we've
gotten the national dex, so try collecting 60 different pokemon for your
pokedex and go visit prof oak and he should unlock it for you
then try the breeding electabuzz
if you already did that and it's not working then I dunno dude.

It's their natures. Just because they're sort of incompatible doesn't mean they won't have an egg.
