I have beaten the Leaugue in LG. I am trying to get to the Mewtwo's Cave. But the guy blocking the enterence says I need to make a great achivement. What is the great achivement?

it might be the islands did you beat the first ones after cinnabar

To enter Cerulean Cave you have to become the Pokémon League Champion and help Celio fix his Network Machine on One Island... then you can enter the cave and get Mewtwo (PS... load up on Ultra balls... or use your Master Ball you got at Silph Co. to catch Mewto)

Get 60 Pokemon in the PokeDex, go to Prof Oak and get the National Dex, get the Ruby and Sapphire Plates (I'm NOT explaining how to get those... I've explained it in two threads allready... so go search) as those will fix the machine. I think you just need to get the National Dex though to get into Cerulean Cave...
