Blaine: Cinnabar Island Gym, Resort Gorgeous on Five Island
Lorelei: Five Island Pokémon Center
Bruno: Fan Club in Saffron City
Agatha: Seven Island Pokémon Center
Lance: Indigo Plateau
Mr. Fuji: Cinnabar Island Gym
I'm pretty sure that's all of them.
