Is this card any good?

I pulled the chansey out of FR/LG today and thought it looked like it was okay. What are your all's thoughts?

Flip a coin. If heads, Chansey does 50 damage to the defending pokemon. If tails, remove 5 damage counters from Chansey. (All if there are less than 5)

Weakness: Fighting
Resistance: none
Retreat cost : 2 colorless

The card is amazing, probably the best Chansey since the one in Base set! The card may not see much play in constructed, but it is definately a great card for sealed or draft.

It is the best Chansey since Base, but that's not saying a whole lot. This thing is broken in draft, but only margainably good in all other formats...

That is probably the best Chansey ever.I wonder why it doesn't have 120HP?oh well,still the best one yet.
