Dimension Fusion: Anime Style

"I'll attack another goat." He said, and the last goat dissolved. "On my next turn, I'll start going for you're face down monsters. Then it'll be all over."
I grinned in spite of myself. "You should have gone for my face down monsters all along." I grinned.

"What do you mean?"

"I can't sacrifice scapegoats, so I have to sacrifice real mosnters. So let's get this party started I sacrifice Gearfried the Iron KNight!" i shouted. one card flipped up to reveal a man made of metal before dissapearing. " I sacrifice my Swordsman of Landstar!' A small yellow man in red armor and carrying a sheild and sword also flipped up before dissolving. "And I sacrifice my Panther warrior!" a uprple panther man wearing armor flipped up before also dissolving. " I use these sacrifical forces in order to sumon my mighty Gilferd teh Lightning!!!" A poweful warrior wearing a red and silver face mask and carrying a double bladed sword rose from teh gorund accompnied by the soudsn of thunder and lightning.

"What good is your gilferd?" The other challenged. "His attack stregnth is only 2800, 200 less than my End of Anubis."

"True." I grinned. "But Gilferd contorls the power of Raigeki!" I decalred. "So whenhe hits the feild, it's bye bye to all your mosnters! Gilfer! Unleash your power on my opponent and destroy his end of anubid!" A lightning bolt lanced down ward and hit End of Anubis. The battle feild lit up brightly beforeAnubis was gone. "NOw Gilferd, attack his life points firectly!" Gilferd charged forward and speared teh Doma agent on his sword. Although it was a hologram and didn't truly hur thim, he felt pain none the less." And that drops your life points to zero!" I grinned triumphantly, but then came the unfortunate part. Teh Seal of ORichalco began to shirnk around us. As the wall came up behind me it passed through me and continued on unharmed. But the other man was panicking as he found myself boxed in on all sides. The ring bound him tightly, and then in a flash of light his body slumped down to the gorund. I walked up to it and reachgin to the gorun, I picked up a green card. On it was the man's image, looking terrified and frozen in a position of one trying to escape certain doom. I sighed and stuck teh card in my pocket. I would hold that man's soul card until we stopped his crazy master. Only then would we be able to return all the souls to their bodies, whether they be good or bad.

Skye gasped as the man was felled.

"That was cruel and violent," she said with dissproval in her voice, loud enough for Joey to hear. "A game of wits, and the man lost his soul..."

She trailed off, looking to Ruby, imagining what would happen to her Pokemon if she were to have suffered that fate.

[Pogiforce-14]

"There was nothing I could do." I said solemnly. "It was his own card that took his soul from him. And if I had lsot, we would be walking out of here with my soul card, feeding it to some monster tehy call teh Great Beast. I don't apporve of this, but I must duel this way in order to help Yugi save the world." I finished quietly. I turned so that my back was facing her, finding I was unable to see the look of disporal on her face.

"You hve to understand. I don't duel like this because I want to. I duel like this because I have to."

[Mew13]

Skye sighed. "I know how you feel. You saw the state Ruby was in earlier because I'd pushed her too hard in battle. It was because of Team Rocket, the fact that they want to destroy the world as I knew it..."

She trailed off, not wishing to discuss the particulars of her hatred tword the team.

Then you see why as much as I feel it ain't right to duel this way, I have no choice. " I said, daring to now take alook at her. "I promised Yugi I would help him no matter waht. I told him helping save the world was what friends were for. I promised him. And Joey Wheeler never turns his back on a promise to a friend."

[Mew13]

Skye merely nodded, not trusting her voice. She remembered the promise she herself had made long ago. A tear crossed her cheek.

Ruby glanced up. "Chu!" she cried, hugging her trainer comfortingly.

[Pogiforce-14]

I sighed, trying to rgain my tough guy composure. I was getting too soft. "So anyway, we need to find a way to save all our worlds at once and split them back into seperate dimensions.I figure we can help reach each others goals, but we'll have to do taht quickly I imagine the chaos this is causing ain't pretty."

[Mew13]

His statement was answered by a high pitched scream. "I think you'd be right there.." Skye murmered, hurridly wiping the tear from her face.

Ruby rolled her eyes, knowing full well that her trainer wasn't showing the entire truth. "Raichu!" the Pokemon giggled, earning herself a playful kick from Skye.

"Ruby!" she said, blushing a bit. She was just lucky the others couldn't understand the Pokemon language.

"What?" I said, confused. "What'd she say?"

[Mew13]

"Nothing," Skye said, blushing a bit. "We should probably find some sort of clue as to how to unfuse the worlds."

[Pogiforce-14]

I could tell when something was nothing, and I could tell by the look on her face it wasn't nothing. "Come on, tell m!" I implored her. " If it's somethign funny, I won't laugh. I promise!"

[Mew13]

"Really, it's nothing much. Ruby just enjoys making fun of me," Skye stated calmly as Ruby giggled a bit.

"Now really, we have more pressing matters than what Ruby said. We need to find out what's going on here!"

[Pogiforce-14]

My immaturity was starting to kcik in, and I began to grin mischeiviously. " Come on, tell me! What's teh harm in telling me? If' it's jsut a harmless joke, then I already promised I wouldn't laugh. Scouts honor. Cross my heart and hope to die, stick a needle in my eye."

[Mew13]

Skye blushed again. "Think of it as an inside joke. I'll tell you sooner or later," she said before standing up. She looked to the wolf in her arms.

"We need to get her somewhere. Maybe a vet's..." she mused.

I was a bit upset I wasn't let in on the joke, but decided I'd forget it for now. " So basically it's abck to running around looking for phonebooks again." I sighed.

[Mew13]

"I guess," I said, gingerly picking up the wolf. "We'd better hurry!" I said.

After running around, I found a phonebook and quickly looked up the address of the nearest vet. We hurried ther as fast as possible.

OOC: I'm actually going to let FT control the vet, as he's working on her chara. I'm kinda PPing by taking her there in the 1st place.

BIC: The wolf was rushed away from Skye and she sat down nervously.

"I hope she'll be okay..."

[Flygon trainer]

Whenthe paralysis started wearign off, I woke to find myself staring itno the cool blue eyes of a woman in a white lab coat. a vet, apparently. I snarele d slightly, noticing she had me on my side, normally a submissive position for the wolves. and i was anythign but submissive. "She seems to be okay. just a bit dizzy" she said, apparently to somebody behind me.

"the dizzyness is likely because of the sedative we had to use. is the residue of the shock gone?" A male voice said from behind me.

"yep. she's safe to go" she woman said, allowing me to get to my ffet. I instantly felt the world start spinning, and i knew what they ment by dizzy. nethertheless, I managed to follow the vet out into the waiting area, there I plopped down next to the girl.

"She'll be fine. just give her some time to get her balence back and it'll be like the shock never happened" she said with a smile, before walking back into the operation area.

Ruby smiled and raced to the wolf. The Raichu hugged her, just glad that she was alright.

Skye's eyes mimicked the feeling in Ruby's reaction.

ooc: To LP I dueld this guy, he got his soul trapped in a card I'm now carrying, and we went to a vet to get the wolf checked.

ic: I grinned now that everyone was alright. "That's good news." I said. "we don't want any people dying. At least when teh guy lost his soul, he still has a chance to get it back." I said.

Skye was suddenly overcome with a sense of adventure. She rose from her chair, looking to Joey with a sparkle in her deep blue eyes.

"Let's go! I want to take a look around this town!" she said smiling.

"Chu! Rai, raichu!!" called Ruby from the floor.

[Pogiforce-14]

"uh, okay, I guess." I said slowly, somewhat dazed by her sudden attitude. "It'll do us some good to get our bearings anyway."

[Mew13]

Skye often got caught up in the moment, just like this. She walked out of the vet's picking a likely street and heading down it.

[Pogiforce-14]

"Hey, wait up!" I siad, running after her. "Give a guy a warning before you take off like that!"

[Mew13]

Skye turned around and giggled. "Sorry about that," she said with a small smile.

Among the shadows in the nearby allies, three men watched the girl intently. One pointed to her and laughed silently while the others got ready to launch the attack.

[Pogiforce-14]

"Sure, no sweat." I said as I caught up, althoguh I actually was sweating. This girl was a fast runner.

[Flygon trainer]

In a quick movement, I had caught up to the pair. looking for all the world like thier pet. as I had nothing better to do, I had chosen to follow them

[Mew13]

Skye immediatly slowed down. She mumbled an apology and looked down to Ruby, who was also panting. Tha Raichu looked up at Skye indignitally.

The teen slowed down, shaking her length of flaxen hair gently. She sat down to get her bearings.

Ruby stepped up beside her just as a group of strange men leapt out of the shadows. Each had a red "R" emblazened on thier chest and were otherwise dressed in complete black.

"Foolish girl," one laughed. "Even in this strange city we can find you! There's no one here to protect you this time!"

"I don't need anyone to protect me!" Skye yelled angrilly, her blue eyes blazing.

"Well, let's hope so, considering we took care of your parents allready." the other said.

"Don't speak about them you foul creatures!" Skye whispered dangerously.

The men just laughed as each released a Pokemon. A Seadra, Primeape, and Beedrill came out. The seahorse, monkey, and bee-like Pokemon seemed to laugh at the girl as well.

Skye scowled and released Aria (Vulpix), Ruby, and Princess (Espeon). She glowered as she and the men took up fighting stances.

[Flygon trainer]

I growled when I saw the humans, but I knew better than to meddle in someone else's affairs.

[Pogiforce-14]

'Hold it you thugs!" I declared, stepping forward. "you ain't touching her withotu going through me first!' My duel disk came to life and I quickly slapped down a group of cards onto teh disk. " I summon Jinzo, Insect Queen, and Legendary Fisherman!" A man on a small whale carrying a spear appeared, my mighty mahcine man appeared, and then a giant spider with a human like torso appeared, filling up the alley way. "Say hello to my little friends." i Grinned confidentally.

[Soma Peries]

I leapt from a nearby building and landed beside Joey, still in my girl form, because of the clothes I was wearing.
"You guys just had to leave without me didn't you?" I asked him, "I've been looking everywhere for you guys!"
I then took ready position for battle. "Who are these freaks!?"

[Mew13]

"Joey, this is my battle," Skye said quietly, eyeing her opponents. "They want me, not you!"

The men just smiled as the commanded a barrage of attacks. The Beedrill was told to use a Poison Sting, Primeape: Comet Punch, and Seadra: Hydro Pump.

Skye's eyes closed and her Pokemon attack as well. She had not uttered a word, but they seemed to understand. Aria leapt forward with a Fire Spin, dodging the Hydro Pump expertly. Ruby let loose a Thunder Attack, the electricity shooting through said water attack and severly damaging the Seadra. Princess threw her head back and a Psybeam was loosed from her mouth. The curious beam of colored light struck the Primape directly.

[Flygon trainer]

I backed away, as i smelled somthign else. Another wolf. I recognsied the smell as a grey wolf. I was worried, this wasn't my territory..

[Pogiforce-14]

"Sorry Skye, but I'm not one to sit out an unfair fight." jinzo struck one of teh rocket angents with a blast of psyhic energy, knocking him against the wall. Legendary Fisherman threw his spear, pinning anothe rot the wall. insect queen picke dup teh last in her motuh, and I had to really entice her to not swallow him.

[Soma Peries]

"Joey, it may just be a crazy suspicion, but don't you think this seems a bit too easy?" I asked, turning to him, "then again, it may just be me."

[Mew13]

Skye glowered at him. "This is not an unfair fight, Joey. It's three on three, though, you've kind of ruined my attempt at avenging my parents..."

With that, the teen spun on her heel, all of her Pokemon flashing back into thier balls in a streak of red light. All that is, but Ruby. Skye had again not said anything to the Pokemon, but they seemingly understood.

Skye stalked away, silent tears of anguish, hatred, and sadness trickled down her cheeks as Ruby plodded along behind her.

[Flygon trainer]

I said nothing, though i took off, ahead of Skye and the others. I wanted to be nearly alone for the inevitable. I was bound to lose a fight. and I knew, in the very depths of my heart, that it was going to be this one.

[Pogiforce-14]

i was confused. It was three humans and three pokemon against one human and one pokemon, but when I tried to help out, I made her mad. My mosnters stayed where they were as I ran after her. "Hey, wait a second! What'd I do?" I asked. " Come on, I'm sorry!"

"Not again!" I exclaimed as I gave chase. I quickly flew past Joey and straight for the girl. "Hey, whats wrong?" I questioned her, "Now isn't exactly the time to get like this..." I fell silent.

[Mew13]

OOC: Pogi, you misread my post. I had three out, Aria (Vulpix), Princess (Espeon), and Ruby (Raichu)....

BIC: Skye didn't look at him. "It's nothing, you wouldn't understand..." she whispered, not trusting her voice enough to speak aloud.

[Flygon trainer]

I was about 3 blocks ahead of the humans, when to my shock, I was slammed in the side, in an ambush strike. I looked at my assulter. a large grey wolf, with scars all over it's mussle. he was larger then me, and a male. must have been pretty smart too, to be able to attack me without getting detected. I crouched down, ready to spring on him...

[Soma Peries]

OOC: were you talking to me or pogi?
Ic:"Oh, ok..." I said softly, dissapointed that I couldn't cheer her up. I then looked around again. I still had that uneasy feeling, like we were being watched.

[Mew13]

Skye kept her eyes downcast. "You'd better go get your duel monsters, Joey," she whispered. Ruby touched her trainer's leg sympathetically.

[Pogiforce-14]

ooc:Actualy, I didn't misread. Tha tone things was a typo.

ic: I just simpluy picked up my cards from teh duel disk and replaced them on teh deck. They faded away and teh rocket goons were dropped roughly to the gorund. "Listen, whatever I did I didn't mean to make you angry. I was just trying to help."

"You just had to jump in didn't you!!" I yelled at Joey. "You should have stayed out of it like she told you too!"

[Flygon trainer]

With a loud bark, the wolf tried to pounce on me, but I managed to jump out of the way, and clamped my jaws on the back of his neck. after a few moments though, he threw me off, sending me into a nearby building.

[Mew13]

"Look, they were after me! I don't want you guys getting involved with them because of my.... abnormalty..."

She trailed off, not sure she was ready to admit her secret. Ruby tensed as the word "abnormalty" was mentioned. The Raichu hated when her Trainer talked of herself like that...

She sighed. "I don't mean to be angry, but you guys just don't know..."

[Pogiforce-14]

Joey naever had an abnormality, but he understood what it was liek to be diferent. he wasn't like his friends nore his foes. He was teh only duelist with a drunkard for a father and divorced parents, who used to run with teh worst of htem till he foudn friends. ANd then he foudn his destiny...

I elbowed Ranman angrily. He really wasn't helping.

" Listen Skye, I ahve seen some weird things in my day. Soul sucking, darkness warping, body dissolving, things. I have been struck full force by a god, and I tell you it was the worst thing I ever felt." I told her. "So I can understand whatever 'abnormality' you may have."

[Mew13]

"No you couldn't," she whispered. "No one can..."

Her mind flashed back to a time long ago, when her parents were still around.

A small girl was frolicking in a lab. Her flaxen hair swished behind her as she ran around happily.

A man grabbed her roughly, pushing her into a chair that strapped her in. A large helmut like thing dropped onto her head. A Raichu appeared before her, also strapped to a strange machine.

"Talk to it," the man said.

The small girl, who looked no more than four obeyed. The machine droned, actually hurting her as she mentally communicated with the Raichu.

SOmething went wrong. The machine exploded, electricity shocked through both girl and Pokemon, thier atoms fusing. They became one, the girls' mind remaining as the Raichu's dissipated. The girl fell to the floor, sinking into blackness...

Skye's eyes shot open, full of fear. It was aweful to remember that day. She mentally shook herself, telling herself yet again that her parents had managed to get her out after all...

[Shiney]

I was clinging to a ledge on the building, and looking down at toklata and the other wolf, waiting for the right moment to plunge down onto it...

OOC: sorry, my character has been following FT's, but my RP'ers block is starting to return, I'll get over it quickly though.

the wolf was less than a foot away form me. his teeth were huge, and I was stunned form the blow into the wall. I couldn't struvggle, or even move, only look into my opponents harsh, golden eyes, waiting for his jaws to clamp around my throat.

I took a breath, pulled myself a bit higher on the ledge, and then pushed myself down as hard as I could, sending me rocketting feet-first at the wolf, with much more than lethal force...

She wouldn't tell me. I coudl tel that much. But she didn't udnerstand how mcuh I had changed, how much I ahd been through.

I was hanging with the wrong people back then, before I met Yugi. My dad always drank, and I didn't stay home If I could help it. After I started hanging out with Yugi, things changed. I had been turned into a monster, made a hero fo ancient times, and now, a dragon master. I was a warrior chosen by destiny. I had no millenium item, yet I had some strange ability to resist the Shadow Realm, a power no norma Human being hsoudl be able to do. I was a gifted being, but it often taunted me. Wehn marik took contorl of my mind, I was tormented beyond comprehensino while I fought off his shadow magic. After I was hit by his Egyptian God, My was lost in a dream that still haunts me. My mind was a tormented, fusion of places because of my powerful will. Places and things existed in my head that lived only in teh Shadow eralm or in teh world of monsters. Thigns that where never meant to be there. I never told Yugi, but there were times when i can't contorl it. When I become teh violent, dangerous creature that I was when marick Controlled me. But I didn't want to tell her that. Tehy may never trust me if they knew.

[Flygon trainer]

The old wolf was sent into another building, and fell to the ground, not to get to his feet again. I was coming out of my stun reaction, though by now i knew that I could not go through any more fights. I had gotten out of my prime condition from beign shot so much and eating too little..

[Mew13]

Skye wiped the tears from her face and forced a small grin on her face. "We need to find somewhere to stay tonight. Team Rocket isn't planning on letting my trail get cold."

For some reason, she felt as though she could trust them. But something held her back. Maybe later, maybe someday she'd tell them.

[Shiney]

I turned back to Toklata after making sure the wolf was gone for good, and bent down beside her. "How about you come with me for a while?" I asked, not liking the idea of her being so close to humans.

[Pogiforce-14]

I nodded seriously in agreement. I vaugly remembered that the probelm with the Shadow realms was why i got no friends beyond Tristan, tea, and Yugi. Tehy under stood, adn they were more or less very similarly effected. My deper involvement was the only reason why I was such a danger. " If you have any where in mind, it would be a good idea to get there." I said.

[Mew13]

Skye looked around, finally seeing something familiar that hinted the worlds really had been fused.

"There's a POkemon Center up ahead..." she murmered, taking off in that direction.

A Nurse Joy smiled and took them to a back room full of cots to sleep on. Skye sat on one, waiting for the boys to come back.

[Flygon trainer]

I turned back to Toklata after making sure the wolf was gone for good, and bent down beside her. "How about you come with me for a while?" I asked, not liking the idea of her being so close to humans.
I struggled to my feet, before glansing at the humans longingly, but saying anyway <if that is your wish>

[Shiney]

"You'd rather not?" I asked, noticing the hesitant tone in her "voice" and wondering if these humans could be trusted.

[Pogiforce-14]

I noticed the weird pink haired lady, adn she seemed perturbed by my duel Disk. I tired to ignore it as I followed Skye. She knew these kind of place, and I figured she wouldn't lead me astray.

[Mew13]

Skye patted the edge of her cot in an invitation to sit beside her. She had to do it now before she lost the nerve to tell someone.

Nurse Joy shrugged off the Duel Disk, locking the Center up for the night and retiring to her section on the opposite side.

[Pogiforce-14]

I was a bit embarrassed sitting down next to her, but I did what I was told. I didn't want to make her mad again.

[Flygon trainer]

"You'd rather not?" I asked, noticing the hesitant tone in her "voice" and wondering if these humans could be trusted.
<according to pack hirachery, you're alpha. it is not somehting of my choice> I said. I really hated explaining how the packs worked..

[Shiney]

"Well, we're not in a pack. You make your own choice, I won't take the choice from you." I said, wondering why a wolf that had no pack would still go with pack hirachery.

[Flygon trainer]

I would have sighed if i could, before saying <you don't get it, do you? a wolf in any sort of social enviorment has to take the situation by a wolf's point of view. as you've let me stay with you, in the wolf eyes, that not only counts as a pack, but it makes you the leader.>

[Mew13]

Skye sighed, not knowing where to start.

"Look Joey," she began. "If we're planning on sticking together for awhile, you need to know things about me. Those men back there were part of a Team who's after me, known as Team Rocket. They want to get me back and study me, and my abnormalty."

She paused, thinking of how to best put this.

"When I was about 3, the Team learned that I could talk to Pokemon through mind communication. It makes me unbeatable in battles, as no one can tell what I or my Pokemon will do next. That's why I'm always outnumbered like that. They think they have a better chance...

"Anywho, they captured me, took me away from my parents when I was 4. They strapped me to a machine daily, studing my brainwaves and the Pokemon I was communicating with as well. One day, things went horrible wrong. The machine exploded, fusing my atoms with a Raichu's."

She paused, quickly morphing into an identical mouse-like Pokemon as Ruby, though her eyes were still blue. SHe morphed back, frowning as she finished.

"Now, they're after me so they can study my mind and atoms. They want to make others like me. I won't let them, they can't make others suffer like me. Oh, they've played dirty. They said they'd kill my parents if I didn't come to them. I only wish now that I would have listened."

A tear trickled down her cheek. She sniffed quietly, burrying her face in her hands.

[Pogiforce-14]

"I'm sorry.' i said solemnly. "Though if it's an comfort, I'm not exaclty normal either. I've been through so much since I first met yugi, that My mind has been warped." I placed a finger agaisnt my forehead for emphasis. " I contorl a powerful dragon with nothign but my mind, and he's just a card. I can unleash mosnters into life that aren't supposed to be,and when I'm not thinking straight I can call forth the Shadow realm without a milllenium item. But the downside is that it's extremely voltile,a dn when I lose contorl I'm extremely dangerous around anyone but my friends."

[Mew13]

"Glad I'm not your enemy!" Skye joked sourly. "At least you don't have over 500 people constantly at your heels with no one humans to help you out..."

[Shiney]

"All right," I said, thinking about what she had said. "As leader, i say that you should do what you want. Fair enough?"

[Flygon trainer]

<you really don't want to be the boss...> I said, taking off, after smelling another wolf. for some reason, this one seemed strangely familer...

[Shiney]

As she took off, I decided that she would be okay on her own, really. But for some reason, I followed a safe distance behind her anyway...

[Flygon trainer]

When I reached the forst, I used my acute sence of smell to track my latest target, and after a moment, said with open mind-speech <okay Kira. game's over> almost on cue, a lone black wolf came out of the forest.

<Toklata! I thought you were dead!> she said, pounsing on me, bowling me over.

<I can say the same about you!> I said, after managing to get her off me.

[Shiney]

When I saw Toklata find the other wolf, I stopped. I wasn't too far behind, but I kept the distance at a good 500 meters, just to be safely beyond their senses of smell.

OOC: Good eyesight he must have, then again, he is the ultimate lifeform. XD

[Flygon trainer]

<anything on the humans?> Kira asked. then, sniffing the air, she said <I smell something. not wolf, not human. we should leave>

<relax. what you sence is a friend of mine.> than, to Shadow, I said <you might as well come over. a wolf can smell things over several miles>

OOC: trying to keep out of a wolf's sence of smell? might as well get to a seperate continent without touching the ground..

[Shiney]

OOC: I meant for wind carrying the scent, I know they can track anything just about anywhere on land.

I didn't say anything in response to Eclipse, but glided over swiftly on my air shoes, until I had reached the two.

[Flygon trainer]

<So this is your friend? Toklata, mind if you take off for a bit? I need to have a word with him> she said, her voice suddenly having more athority. Silently, I got to my feet, and took off, making sure to make myself unable to hear the conversation.

[Shiney]

I said nothing as Toklata left, but after a few moments, asked the other wolf "So, what is it that you wanted to talk to me about?" I was now very confused at the recent events, but there was only one way to sort them out.

[Flygon trainer]

<I have a few questions for you. During your time with her, have you ever seen her eyes glow green? or seen her dissapear almost.. unnaturally?> Kira asked, knowing that if he had or not, she had some explaining to do for Toklata..

[Shiney]

"No, I haven't. What are you trying to say?" I asked, now very interested. Dissapearing unaturaly? What if this was something similar to the chaos control? I had been the only living being capable of using it, until that blue hedgehog...

"Phantom? Just what do you mean by that?" I asked. I was no expert on legends or ghost stories, despite my age.

[Flygon trainer]

<it started about three years ago, when she and her parents were the slaves of humans. they made her parents build a sort of viewer, supposed to look into the realm of the ghosts. but it didn't work right, and toklata's parents were killed because of the faliure. before toklata was killed with them, she had decided to take a look inside the viewer. Somethign happened in there, and her genetics were fused with a ghost. When the humans came for her, they realised that there was no trace of thier captive. she has turned invisable, and took off, literally through the walls> Kira said.

[Shiney]

"Oh." I said, partially relieved. So it wasn't the chaos control, but still, intriguing. "Is this something she's uncomfortable talking about?" I asked, the professor may be gone, but I had learned a great deal from his work during my time on the arc.

[Flygon trainer]

<very. she hates talking about it to anyone she doesn't trust. I think it's because being a phantom reminds her of her parents.> she said, looking at the ground.

[Shiney]

"All right." I said, deciding that I wouldn't try to learn more about a phantom state. Professor Gerald would never study an unwilling subject. "Was there something else you wanted to say?" I asked, deciding it would be better to get anything that could suprise me in the future out of the way...

[Flygon trainer]

<just one more thing> she said, getting to her feet. <feel free to question her. if she's really your friend, she'll tell you whatever you want to know.> and with that, she released a silent cry into the night. my summon, and a request to be in my phantom form.

[Shiney]

OOC: I just had an idea. Pogi, would it be all right if I introduced someone native from Shadow's dimension? I think that an extra antagonist could really help things out.

"All right." I said, nodding and standing up. I wouldn't quesiton her now, but probably later, I didn't think this would be a good time.

[Flygon trainer]

OOC: well, everyone's done it, including pogi himself, so...

IC: I came into the clearing, thoguh I seemed diffrent. my fur now seemed an almost unnatural white, and my eyes were glowing a shocking green. it would be enough to make any sane creature back up. even Kira flinched slightly from fear.

[Shiney]

I stood still, but there was an expression of suprise on my face. "Pigment change in the fur, internal flouresence... the professor would have loved to study this ability." I thought to myself, then said out loud "Well, I'm glad to see you're back." A slight smirk appearing on my features.

[Flygon trainer]

<I wouldn't have left in the first place if Kira hadn't told me to> I said, plopping down nearby and returning to my normal form.

<going phantom takes quite a bit out of her, so she won't to it often> Kira commented.

[Shiney]

"I understand." I said, nodding. Using the chaos control without na emerald had a huge draining effect on me, so I could relate to her...

On a remote island in the south seas, inside a leaning tower which seemed to be just barely hanging on to the ground, there was a celebration. Professor Ivo Robotnick was rejoicing what he thought was the best day of his life. His worst enemy had completely dissapeared, and it seems that he had been transported to another world again, this one unsuspecting of his abilities. A fresh start, and this time, no pesky hedgehog to foil his plans. Or so he thought...

[Flygon trainer]

OOC: why ivo? I like ivo... ah well..

IC: <I'll be ready to get moving again in about 2 minutes. I hate going phantom> I muttered, looking around. My sences gave no signs of danger, so I was pretty relaxed.

[Shiney]

OOC: Ivo is actually his first name. Though shadow knows him as doctor.

IC: "No problem, it's a nice change of pace not to be running." I said, smiling as I remembered a very intense race aboard the ark.

[Flygon trainer]

This automaticly resulted in a long whine from kira, and me responding in a <kira! be quiet, I know that you like running, but this is not the time!> Though she quieted down, she continued to whine, and i looked over to Shadow, and said <you had to say it, didn't you?>

[Shiney]

"I'm sorry if I brought up an old argument." I said, hoping this wasn't going to be a problem.

[Flygon trainer]

<it's not an argument, it's that she gets really annoying when -that- is mentioned> I said. Kira had, thank goodness, run out of air, and was not likely to resume whining any time soon..

[Shiney]

"I can understand that." I said, thinking back to how much that blue hedgehog had gotten on my nerves.

[Flygon trainer]

Kira had engaged in a very insistent metnal discussion with me, and was riling me up, until finally i said <fine, come on, I'll take you for a run, if it gets you to keep QUIET!> With that, I took off into the forest, Kira right behind me. I swear, she was almost grinning.

[Shiney]

As they took off, I ignited my air shoes, and took off afterwards, keeping pace with the pair, not saying anything, just following.

[Flygon trainer]

I grumbeled for a while, but then focused on my running, suddenly going phantom. as I felt my eyes start glowing, I became aware of several other ghosts around, of any animals that had died in this forest.

[Shiney]

I was suprised as she changed, but I continued keeping pace, not letting it break my stride.

[Flygon trainer]

<If anyone sences any trouble, let me know, I can't see or smell anything except other ghosts> I said, trying to keep focus on my path, but it was difficult.

[Shiney]

"All right." I said, in an even tone. I had more than enough energy to watch out for danger at this speed.

[Flygon trainer]

Finally, after several miles, I stopped, and Kira collaped, panting heavily. I would have smiled, but my muscles wouldn't allow it.

[Shiney]

When the other two quit, i slid to a stop as I turned off my air shoes, and sat down, relaxed. It had been a very refreshing run.

[Flygon trainer]

<That's not fair Toklata! you can run faster than me!> Kira said desperatly trying to cover the humiliation from collapsing.

<well, you're the one that wanted to run> I said, plopping down next to Shadow.

[Shiney]

I smiled as the two argued, and decided not to comment on my own speed. I felt uneasy though, something wasn't right, I knew it somehow.

[Flygon trainer]

<What's up?> I asked shadow, noticing his mind was elsewhere.

[Shiney]

"I'm not sure..." i said, trailing off momentarily, then i face toklata. "I'm sorry, but I'm going to need to go into the city." I said, standing up, and making sure I had a secure grip on my chaos emerald.

[Flygon trainer]

<You might as well take me with you. if you don't I'll just follow you> I said, getting to my feet.

[Shiney]

I smiled slightly at her words, and nodded. I closed my eyes in focus, and in a rush of indefinable noise, we were in an alley off of a main street, and I looked out just in time to see the humans' police force running from a gigantic robot, basically human shaped, but with a dome for a head, and what looked almost like torpedoes for arms. I looked above it, and saw a familiar face hovering in a vehicle chair of some sort. "It's the doctor?" i said, confused, wondering if I should confront him.

Then, I noticed that the building the robot was heading for had a medical symbol on it, it was a hostipal of sorts! The robot showed no signs of stopping, so I quickly made up my mind. I leapt from cover, and landed just a few feet from the robot, blocking it's path...

OOC: Yes, I'm finally making my character available for the others to notice, so you can see the small black creature blocking the giant robot, but I have a plan for this battle, so please don't finish it if I should be offline when you get back.

"They arent' around me because they don't want to be nearbgy if I go mental on them." I said just a s bitterly. " Hw about I make you a deal. BEfore we figure out how to get everything back to normal, we find a way to make you normal again, without Raichu cells, and we find a way to empty this Shadow Magic out of my head? Is it a deal?"

OOC: Geez, im sorry i went to bed last night... 3 more pages... XD
IC: I walked up to them after exploring the strange building. "Geez, I practically got lost in here, too many strange rooms... So guys, what's u-u-u-p?!"
The ground suddenly began shaking. I quickly ran outside to see what was going on when there was a robot standing in front of me. "What the....!"

IC: "E-23! Halt!" said Eggman, when he noticed that I was in the behemoth's path. "Shadow, what are you doing here?" He asked, suprised. He had seen me dissapear form the ark just like the others.

"That doesn't matter," I replied, my tone as cold as ice. "You're not going to hurt anyone, human or not, Doctor." I said, and stood waiting. "Humph. Very well, E-23, eliminate this pest!" Eggman ordered, and the robot lifted up one of its arms, and bashed it into the pavement, causing a huge plothole where I was standing. Only I wasn't. I was standing right next to where the arm hit, showing no sign of having moved. "Doctor, this is your last chance, I won't hold back." I said, as E-23 reared up again. "Do it!" Eggman shouted, and instead of of smashing again, the robot aimed one of it's arms at me, and the torpedo-like end shot off, attachted by a corded metal cable. Once again, I dissapeared without showing any sign of moving, but when the arm was reeled back in at high speed, I was on top of it, my chaos emerald glowing brightly in my hands...

I got to the scene, and when I saw the robot, I felt somethign start rising in me. Fear. I felt myself go Phantom, and then turn invisable, waiting for my chance..

"Not a likely event, but sure, why now?" Skye smiled.

So long as they don't find out about the reward... came a voice in her head.

Ruby! SKye mindspoke back.

I'm just looking out for you! I don't want to see you hurt again!

"Hey you! What do you think you're doing!" I yelled as I pointed at the man in the egg shaped vehicle. I jumped at it hoping I could reach it.

OOC: I have an extreme urge to RP as an extra character now, XD

"Becasue I've learned from experience that the heroes always work better as a team." I grinned confidentally. "And how am I supposed to help you and work like a team if we're seperated into our seperate dimensions?"

[Flygon trainer]

I looked over at the two talking, somehow unperturbed by the robot, and called <hey, are you going to lend a hand here?> then I realised my mistake. I was still in my phantom form. my secret was out.

[Mew13]

OOC: I meant not, not now... Sorry about that.

BIC: Skye's head jerked around. "Sounds like somethings goin on outside," she muttered.

It was then that the wolf spoke. She recognized the pendant. "YOU!?" she cried. "What's going on?" she wondered, regaining control of herself.

[Pogiforce-14]

'I gues so." I siad, and my duel Disk lit up as I preapred to unleash some Duel Monsters. "LEt's see if we can't help out some way."

[Shiney]

"Watch out." I said as I saw other humans exiting the building. I looked up, and dodged another strike with the robot's arms, leaping off of it, and resuming my original place a few feet in front of it. Meanwhile, Eggman seemed to be busy trying to pry someone from the bottom of his vehicle.

I saw the black hedgehog things form earlier, and a strange robot fighitng him. I didn't know what was going on, but I could tell teh robot was no good. I grabbed teh top card of my deck and slapped it on teh feild. It turned out to be GearFried teh Iron Knight. My Knight charged the robot, bringing his iron scythes on his arms to bare.

[Flygon trainer]

with a sudden movement I was inside the robot, usign my ghost energy. I was inside the leg. I manged to get at the wires, tearing them, but electrocuting myself in the process.

[Shiney]

Eggman looked down, and noticed that not only was he outmnumbered, but overpowered. He hadn't been expecting Shadow, nor any of these other individuals. "E-23! Hold them off!" He said, and put the thrusters on his vehicle to ascend sharply,preparing for a quick escape.

The robot raised both arms at once, and simultaniousley fired both arms directly towards the humans as it's legs crumpled. I tensed, and used the chaos control to stop time for everything except for myself, and the two humans. "Hurry, I can't keep this up forever." I said to them, my eyes closed in focus, the chaos emerald still glowing.

[Flygon trainer]

I didn't notice the robot attackign the humans, but I appeared outside the robot, and jumped up it to its head, then lept for the human's escape pod.

[Pogiforce-14]

Gearfried KNocked one of the Missiles aside with his powerful arms, and then speared teh other one on teh end of his scythe. I texploded in his face, but his metal hyde was untouched. 'Thjanks bluack hedgehog, guy, but me and my gearfried can handle this over weight loser." i said confidentally.

[Mew13]

Skye just gave a small nod and Ruby let loose an Electric attack.

"You're not alone anymore," Skye reminded him, a small smile on her lips.

[Shiney]

OOC: Uhh, I thought shadow freezed time, except for you two? Including the robot? I'm now confused. X_X

[Flygon trainer]

OOC: knocking things aorund while time is stopped works. like how robots in sonic heroes will explode while chaos control is active. and does that mean I'm stopped too?

[Shiney]

OOC: Yes, but they're not explosives, they're just large arms used to bash things. How knocking aside works, since when time starts again, they'll move in the direction they were knocked, but I guess pogi's monster isn't frozen because pogi isn't, but it's a bit of a long shot. Oh well, let's just move oon, and yes, that means ou're frozen too, but not for long.

I wondered why the creature wasn't frozen with everything else, but payed no attention, as i let the chaos control slip, and time resumed, the robot not reeling in it's arms this time.

[Flygon trainer]

I manged to land on the escape bod, and looked into the docter's eyes, growling. it'd hurt if I got knocked off, but not as badly as when I had weight to get hurt by..

[Soma Peries]

I landed on top of the robots head, gave it a quick kick in the head, then jumped for the pod hovering above. The wolf was on as well.
"Can we help you?" I asked sarcastically, balancing on the edge of the machine.

[Pogiforce-14]

"Gearfried, help out!" I shotued. My iron man jumped up and easily floated in teh air. I guess reinforced holograms had their advantages. He glared at Eggman with his solid red eyes, daring the scientist to make a move.

[Flygon trainer]

OOC: I can't post anything IC, but i think the machine just went over the weight limit... I mean, it's astonishing that it takes Ivo's weight at all..

ooc: who's ivo? And jsut so you guys know, I own't be able to post this afternoon. got grounded. :\

Also wondering who sent me bad rep saying I've been being rude here. ;\ cause if I've been rude, I didn't mean to be. If I've ignored any posts, it's because I've missed them or over looked them instead of purposely ignoring them. If I said something wrong, I didn't mean to, and If it's something I've said as Joey, I've only been sticking to character. :\

OOC: Yes, his name is Ivo, also, Eggman always has a few tricks up his sleeve.

IC: Eggman started fighting with the controls as his chair wobbled with the unprepaired for weight, and then he smiled, and pressed a red button seperated rom all the rest. He was wearing earplugs for a reason...

An extremely high-pitched noise, barely within the human range of hearing emenated from the machine, at a very high frequency, shattering anything glass in the general area.
I crouched down just as the waves hit me, and uswed the chaos control to stop time, and start moving. I had a plan...

OOC: You don't have to wait for me to un-stop time to post, I stopped it for all of you too, but from your point of vew, the time-stop is over, and I've dissapeared without a trace.

My Duel Disk had no glass parts, so I was alright. And sicne Gearfried was a metal man, he was jsut fine too. He charged at Eggman ful speed, his scythe arm raised.

[Shiney]

OOC: That weapon was designed to incapacitate anything that had a sense of hearing, not to break glass, it should be very painful, so either you might want to edit that post, or I'll let that count as a plot hole, and try to think of eggman's next move.

"What the heck!" I said as I began to fall to the ground, holding my ears. I wouldn't have enough time to land properly, I could die!

[Mew13]

Skye saw Ranma falling, and released Dratini with a small mind command. She actual spoke the next command aloud out of panic.

"Lavender, use Wrap!"

Lavender obeyed, silently wondering why SKye had shouted the attack. The Dratini rushed upward and wrapped around Ranma, allowing them both a controlled fall. Lavender released the boy with a spin, giggling a bit.

Skye looked around, no longer seeing the dark hedgehog thing. "What?" she murmered to herself, turning back to the robot.

Alright guys, full out attack! called her mindvoice.

Her 6 Pokemon were released. Ruby attacked with Thunder, Lavender with a newly learned Hyper Beam, Princess used a Psywave attack, Bubble threw out a Hydro Pump, Aria merged in with Fire Spin, and Starr (Unmbreon) attacked with a violent Shadow Ball. The attacks merged together, flying at the robot with alarming speed and accuracy.

[Shiney]

OOC: All right, plothole it is, because I've figured his next move.

IC: As the attacks hit the Robot, it finally fell, and stopped moving. Many feet higher, eggman was mistified at the lack of effect of the sound waves on thw wolf and knight, but then he smiled. "You've won this time, but this isn't the end!" He shouted, pressing a button near a chamber in his hover-chair, near a yellow chaos emerald, but there was a faint whistling sound...

In a flash, eggman had dissapeared, not a moment too soon as it hapened, because the faint whistling had become a shriek, and I went through where he had been in ball mode, coming from straight above. I hit the ground with a thump as I uncurled, and looked up at the two falling, my chaos emerald glowing again, ready to stop time to catch them if need be.

[Flygon trainer]

The sound had literally gone through me, as I was no longer substantial, but his sudden dissaearence caused me to fall to the ground. which would have been ifne, had I not suddenly run out of ghost energy and forced to return to my normal form beofre i hit the ground. I hit the ground with a loud crack to my ribs, which sent pain messages throughout my body...

[Shiney]

I looked at where eggman had been for a moment, but then pulled my gaze away towards Toklata, and went over to her. "Need some help?" I asked, even though the chaos control was already healing her.

[Flygon trainer]

<I'll be okay> I said, as I got to my feet. I nearly went down again from the pain shooting through my body, but I managed to bear it.

[Shiney]

"Be careful for a minute or two." I said, continuing to heal her with the chaos control, purposefully not reacting to the humans.

[Flygon trainer]

I knew better than to argue with him, I needed to be healed anyway.. but it emotianally hurt me to realise how often that I was getting injured...

[Soma Peries]

"I guess I owe ya one." I said to sky. "Thanks...."
I quickly ran over to the hedgehog. "She gonna be okay?"

[Shiney]

I didn't even turn to face the human, i just said "Yes, she'll be fine."

[Mew13]

Skye could tell the hedgehog wasn't too fond of humans, she'd seen similar behaivor in Pokemon.

But that didn't stop her from worrying about the wolf, Toklata. Toklata had saved Ruby, and she owed her the life she had saved. Skye walked over bravely, speaking softly.

"Are you sure? She looks pretty bad off..."

[Shiney]

"Yes, I'm sure. There's nothing the Chaos Control can't do. She'll be at her best in a few minutes." I said, though in a much softer tone to the female.

[Flygon trainer]

<not quite> I said, though I didn't explain myself. I just closed my eyes and waiting for the healing to finish

ooc: Needing chatching up. Can someone tell me what has happened?

[Flygon trainer]

OOC: not much happened. Eggman dissapeared, I fell to the ground, I got some broken ribs, Shadow is healing me, and Skye's being herself.

Skye knelt next to Toklata. "What do you mean?" she whispered, gently stroaking the silky fur atop the wolf's head.

[Flygon trainer]

<I'll tell you later> I said calmly. I took a deep breath, trying to cease my shivering.

[Mew13]

Skye noticed how Toklata was shivering. She pulled off the red jacket she wore, placing it over the wolf.

Ruby plodded over, looking worridly at Toklata.

[Flygon trainer]

<don't worry. I'm not cold.> I said, as the healing finally completed. <it's kinda hard to be, when you have a fur coat>

[Mew13]

"I'm just worried about you..." Skye said, covering herself with the coat again.

[Flygon trainer]

<I know. But turns out Chaos and ghost don't mix too well> I said. laying down.

[Mew13]

"What does that mean?" Skye asked, her worry only increasing. "What happened?"

[Flygon trainer]

I altered my thought speech so that only she could hear it, and said <every time Shadow affects me with his chaos emerald, it keeps fighting with my ghost half. I don't know why.But the results are probably going to be devastating.>

[Mew13]

Skye turned to her own mindvoice, speaking in wavelengths that only Toklata could understand.

You need to tell Shadow to stop it then. He will if he knows what's goin on inside your body. I'd tell him myself, but he seems to be a bit predjudice tworard humans...

Ruby hugged her Trainer's leg, glad to see everyone was alright.

OOC: Toklata's kinda hurt, and the Choas Control Shadow uses conflicts with her ghost side. We haven't really moved, so you can jump right back in!

Gearfried slashed at the doctor's robot, trying to take it down out of teh sky.

OOC: SOrry, I didn't mention that the robot left. Hehe, *blushes*

BIC: Skye pulled her knees to her chest, spreading her mind in search of Rockets. They were closing in, she wouldn't be able to stick around long.

ic: Gearfried faded as I took his card off the disk and replaced it in teh deck. " What are we going to do now?" I asked.

[Soma Peries]

I stood up from my crouched position.
"We're not alone..." I said under my breath as I looked around. "It may be your pursuirs(sp?) Ske, but I'm not sure..."

[Mew13]

"It is," she said softly, rising and speaking to Toklata and Shadow.

"I'm sorry I must leave like this, but my life is in danger..."

She turned to Ruby and scopped up her friend. "You two can come if yuo want, but I cannot linger here any longer..."

With that, the girl raced into a nearby alleyway.

[Pogiforce-14]

"If they are, I can take them." I said deifantly, raising my Duel Disk arm. But I then suddenly remembered what Skye had told me earlier and lowered it uncertainly. I didn't want to make her mad again. I followed her back into the allyway.

[Soma Peries]

I sighed. "More running? I feel like a professional athlete now." I said running after Skye, not lowering my defenses. "Now where'd she go?" I mumbled as I reached a fork in the road.

[Mew13]

Skye paused turning around.

"Come on you two!" she whispered urgently, clutching Ruby's Pokeball and returning her friend for protection reasons.

[Pogiforce-14]

i caught up quickly. " Skye, are you sure you want to look for them like this? If they catch you, there is no telling what those goons will do to you." I said seriously.

[Soma Peries]

I turned back to see if I could find Skye or Joey, but in front of me stood someone cloaked in darkness.
"Where do you think you are going?" said the dark figure...

[Mew13]

Skye quaked with fear. They'd never had so many after her before.

"I know what they'll do to me Joey," she whispered. "And that's why I run. Don't you see? I don't want to fight them! I can't stand putting my POkemon up against them anymore! Especially not in this kind of numbers!"

She realized Ranma wasn't with them. She prayed Team Rocket hadn't found him, and that he didn't find out about the $500,000 reward the Team was currently offering for her.

[Soma Peries]

"Wadda you want!?" I shouted at the man, noticing an R on his shirt.

"All we need from you, girl, is the whereabouts of your friend!" he snickered as he walked closer to me, putting his hand on my shoulder. "Tell me where she is and i'll make it worth your while."

I punched him in the face, sending him flying. "Don't touch me!" I shouted at him before I spit on him.

He got back up, wiping the blood off his face. "Fine, if you won't lead us to her, we'll just have to draw her to us. You'll make fine bait!"

I started to run in the opposite direction when I was shocked by something. I couldnt move! They then threw a net over me and started dragging me away.

[Mew13]

"Joey," Skye said suddenly. "I can't sense Ranma anymore!"

She didn't bother to explain herself, it didn't matter then and there. "Someone's taken him... The Team! Joey, we have to go after them!"

[Flygon trainer]

I felt the chaos energy finally start affecting me, and I unwillingly changed into my ghost form, though this time my fur was a light pale blue, and my eyes an emerald green. without a word, I took off, trying to sence where Skye had taken off to.

[Mew13]

Skye could sense Toklata coming. Go! her mindvoice called. It is much too dangerous for you to be following me! I don't want you to get hurt!

[Flygon trainer]

<There's no reason I shouldn't come with you> I said, catching up to her. <there's nothing more that anybody can do to me. Death is better than what I've had to see and experience>

[Mew13]

[/I]Come on now, that isn't true![/I] Skye said. I am not going to let Team Rocket take down any more than myself.

[Flygon trainer]

<You'd be suprised> I said, reverting to my white furred, green eyed form. <you need protection. and who better to do it than someone who is not afraid of death?>

[Mew13]

Skye sighed in resignition. "Alright then," she said aloud. "But we need to find Ranma. The Team has taken him, I just know it..."

ooc; mew13, how do you explain all these abilities such as talking through minds and sensing people? I don't belive neither humans or raichu';s have that power, much less a fusion of the two. :\

OOC: I thought she already explained it a few pages ago...

IC: <do you have any idea where they could have taken him?> I asked, trying to use my sence of smell to locate him, but there were too many otehr scents, I couldn't get a lead...

ooc; mew13, how do you explain all these abilities such as talking through minds and sensing people? I don't belive neither humans or raichu';s have that power, much less a fusion of the two. :\

OOC: I gave the flashback of Skye in the lab a few pages back. It was because of her unique ability that she was in the lab in the 1st place. She was born with strange mind oriented powers, giving her the ability to reach out and communicate with her mind. She can sense other people upon being around them for short amounts of time by searching out thier presence. Her being fused with a Raichu happened in a lab accident when a machine exploded that was reading the mind waves of herself and the Raichu she was communicating with. I'm not planning on using it to make her uber or anything, it's just something that adds spice to my chara.

Skye sighed. "Come on, am I the only one here who cares about finding Ranma!?" she said impatiently. "We've got to go after Team Rocket if he's to live!"

'That punk?" I sneered. "he.. or she, is probably decking it to any thug that's messing with him or her at this point. I doubt we have reason to worry."

[Mew13]

"Well then, we should probably get out of here. No doubt the entire town is after my head now. I'm sure the 100,000 dollar reward has slipped into gossip around now..." Skye said quietly, eyeing her shoes.

[Pogiforce-14]

"What reward?" I asked. "You mean these crazies put money on you?! like a boutny? What do they think this is, the wild west?!" i declared angrily.

[Mew13]

"Anything to get me back," SKye muttered. "That's why I don't get close to people. Last time... last time I got burnt, bad. I thought I could trust him, I thought he was keeping me safe... and then..."

She trailed off, not wanting to finish.

[Pogiforce-14]

"Introduce me to the guy and I'll introduce him to Jinzo." I growled. " I'm not teh kind of person who turns his back on a pal. You can count on it."

[Mew13]

"Thank you," she whispered. "That means a lot to me. Though I fear we shouldn't dally here any longer..."

Ruby nodded earnestly, tugging on Skye's pantlegs.

[Pogiforce-14]

"Okay, just don't sue words like dally. They don't sound right." i responded. "Let's go find the he/she, then we'll find a safe spot to rest. And don't tell Ranma about the bounty. He strikes me as the type who'd sell a guy out for his own benefit."

"Do you think I'm stupid?" Skye snapped, then lowered her eyes in shame. "I'm sorry," she apologized. "That wasn't fair of me."

And so, she followed the cold trail of Ranma's presence. It was faint, and she hadn't followed anyone's presence for some time, so she was out of practice.

"This could take awhile," she mused.

"Let's try something else then.' I played my JInzo card on teh feild, and the tall metal man appeared in front of us. "Jinzo is a psychic, so he can divine where Ranma is." I explained.

[Mew13]

"Okay then," she said, thinking longlinly of the Alakazam in her PC storage box. "I'm willing to try anything!"

[Pogiforce-14]

"Alright Jinzo, show us where Ranma is!" I said. Jinzo raised his hands in front of himself, and a small psychic glow appeared between them. A couple seconds later, he raised one of those arms and pointed off to the front and right of us. "he's that way!" I said. I picked up my Jinzo card and began running down the alley in teh general directino Jinzo had pointed. "LEt's go!"

Skye followed, as did Ruby, both racing along in the direction Jinzo had pointed. "I only hope Team Rocket hasn't caught up with him..." she muttered.

" If they did, he'l probably put them through a hurtin' before they lay a hand on him." I said as I continued running.

[Soma Peries]

"Uhh... where.. am I?" I asked myself, looking around. I was locked in a cage in a dark room. I could hear people talking outside of the door.

"This abandoned warehouse will make a good hiding place!" said one of the voices. "Just make sure the girl doesn't escape!"
Another voice replied, "Don't worry, Electrode won't let her escape!" Then the voices muffled away.

I examined the cage bars. They looked easy enough to break. I ran at one, trying to break it with a kick, but as I touched the bar, an electric shock radiated from it, sending me flying back.

The alleyways ended with what looked like an abandoned wharehouse on the outskirts of town. I walked up to teh door and tried to turn teh knob, but the door was locked.

[Flygon trainer]

<There are two potential ways to get through this> I said, appearing behind them. <you could either leave it to me, or demolish the door.>

"Gah!" I shouted in surprise, leaping backwards. "Where did you come from?!"

[Flygon trainer]

<I will not describe my methods until I feel I can trust you. now make your choice> I said insistantly.

[Mew13]

"I'm afraid I can't just let you handle this," Skye said. "It's my fault he's in there..."

With that, she burst through the door, shouting out her challange.

"Come on! I know it's me you want!"

"Whoa now, chill girl." I said, rushing in after her. " No reason to act crazy now."

[Soma Peries]

"Guys get out of here!" I yelled at them from inside the cage as they ran in, "Its a...."
An electric shock came out from behind a box, stopping my sentence. I collapsed.

[Mew13]

Skye merely shoved Joey aside. She entered into the darkness, hearing the laughter of the Team.

"Let Ranma go, you can take me, just don't hurt him!" she shouted into the gloom.

"Oh really?" called a voice from the void. "Do you really expect us to believe you'll just turn yourself over?"

[Pogiforce-14]

"Of course she won't, because I'm here to cause some troubnle of my own!" I said, stepping forward. "Swords of revealing light!" I declared, slapping the card down onto my duel disk. Large glowing swords appeared and hovered in the air, illuminating the entire warehouse.

[Mew13]

Hundreds of Rockets were revealed by the light. Skye shuddered and muttered, "I wish you wouldn't have done that..."

"My my, seems the little girl's found another to help her out. Wonder if he know's about the reward..." a thin Grunt called tauntingly.

Skye's cheek's flared. One Grunt to the left called out a Golem. "Quit it, we're not to do anything but capture her and her Pokemon. Giovonni want them back alive, and you all know as well as I do that he's getting impatient with us!"

With a small mind prod, a Vaporeon appeared in front of Skye. "Do you really want to take me on again?" the girl said with a smile. "You'd think by now you would have figured out that you can't beat me!"

"We'll see about that!" the Grunt with a Golem cried.

Bubble, we've got another battle. I know you're still weak from the last go, but I know you can do this. Use a Hydro Pump to take out that Golem!

Bubble obeyed, allowing a jet of water more powerful than a fire hose escape her mouth. The GOlem was hurt badly, and Bubble wasn't letting up with the attack.

Skye was so wrapped up in the battle in front of her that she didn't notice a Grunt to her right release an Electrode. THe spherical Pokemon glowed gently as it prepared to take down Bubble with a Thunder attack.

Suddenly one of my swords lunched downward, pinning Electrode to teh ground. "You thugs apparently don't know how my swords work." I gloated. "Not only do they light up the battlefeild, but they keep your monsters, AKA Pokemon, from coutnerattacking." I grinned. "I got your back skye!" I summoned LEgendary Fisherman. the indian man flexed his arm experimentally, and the orca he rode roared feircely.

[Mew13]

The Golem went down, as did Electrode. Skye nodded greatfully, realeasing the rest of her Pokemon. Each one let out it's own battle cry, and Skye beamed.

The Team let out a numerous barrage of POkemon, each seemingly letting out the one they carried.

"This looks bad," Skye whispered to Joey. "And Ranma's still stuck in that cage..."

Her Pokemon looked about nervously. No one moved, this was proving to be a huge battle.

As the battle raged, I kept kicking at the metal bars that concealed me, but no matter how hard I tried, I payed for my efforts with an electric shock.
"Hey can I have a hand here?" I yelled to them, all though I was hidden behind a box.

Of course, the reason why no one moved was because my swords wre still quite active. Meanwhile, my Legendray Fisherman threw his spear, hitting the little generator that was providing the electric shock to Ranma's cage.

One ROcket called out an attack. Then another, and another. Soon enough, a barrage of Electric, Fire, Water, Grass, Rock, and bodilly attacks was reining down upon human and Pokemon alike.

[Pogiforce-14]

And my swords intercepted them. "they never learn." I scoffed. "Skye, you should probably call out some attacks of your own, 'cause I think my swords will only last one more barrage."

[Soma Peries]

"Heh.." I snickered as I easily broke the bars. "Thanks Joey!"
I leapt out of the cage and landed nearby the rocket members. One of them went to grab me. "Don't ever touch me!" I yelled as I kicked him, sending him flying into a group of them.

[Mew13]

Skye nodded, feeling more fear than she had ever felt before. With a small mind prod, an amount of attacks exploded from her willing friends. They took down a group of Pokemon, but it seemed like more just came to take thier place.

"There's too many, Joey. They'll never last!" she said aloud while mentally calling encouragement to the Pokemon.

My swords faded, and the room became rather dark once more. I cursed inwardly at how short lived the repieve was. I quickly went thoruhg my deck and summoend all my best monsters to teh feild, insect Queen, Jinzo, Flame Swordsman, and Thousand Dragon. I know had my five strongest monsters on the field, but I wasn't sure how long they'd stand up to such an army.

[Soma Peries]

"Hey! Where'd everyone go?!" I shouted as the room darkened. All of a sudden I was struck by something large, sending me flying into a pile of crates. In front of me stood a large green dinosaur looking creature. "Uhh Skye? No anything about this?"

[Mew13]

OOC: Are you reffering to a FLygon? You'll have to help me out, as "Large green dinosaur" doesn't really do much for me....

OOC: Kay well, large and green could be almost anything... Tyranitar it is!

BIC: "Oh, Lord!" Skye said aloud, commanding her Vulpix, Aria to use a Fire spin.

The fiery vortex engulfed the dinosaur like Pokemon. Skye smiled with grim satisfaction.

Menawhile, jinzo and my other mosnters were busy tying up the rocket grunts and their pokemon, hepling out as best they could.

"Joey, I don't know if we're gonna get out of this!" Skye cried, raacking her brains for a possible solution.

[Soma Peries]

I noticed some Rocket members were aiming some sort of weapon at Skye. I quickly jumped up and began throwing the members over the edge, into the group below. "I'll handle the goons up here!" I called to them, "You focus on the ones down there!"

[Mew13]

Skye realized they were tightly banding around her, cutting her off from Joey. Soon, two circles had enveloped them, keeping SKye from Joey and vice versa.

Skye called out to her Pokemon, and they fought madly. There was almost no victories. Their wounds were numerous, and their strength depleating.

They somehow mnaged to knock out my Legendary Fisherman, and my life point coutner scrolled down a thousand points as he shattered into pixels. i frantically searched my deck and played Gearfried on teh feild, desperately trying to hold of the Team Rocket Deluge.

Skye continued to fight, her pokemon now surrounding her protectivly. There were just too many...

In a flash of light, something amazing happened. The small, lavender colored Dratini dissapeared and was replaced by a deep purple Dragonair. The snake-like Pokemon's wing like ears wiggled and it roared an unearthly roar.

Lavender opened her mouth and a beam of multicolored light shot out, a Hyper Beam. The beam blasted over 100 grunts/pokemon through a wooden wall.

"Watch it!" I shouted to Skye as the building began shaking, "We dont want the building crumbling on top of us!"
I was still fighting the enslaut of members, it seemed like they never ended.

i tok a cue from skye and searched my deck until I found jsut the card I needed. "I play Mystical space Typhoon!" I large whirlwind appeared and sweeped the rest of the grunts off their feet and threw them against the wall.

The building shook again, beginning to collapse. Skye called out to Lavender, who scooped up Ranma. Skye grabbed Joey's hand and pulled him from the building. Her Pokemon were all returned to thier balls.

The building shook again, crumpling into dust and splinters. Skye collapsed into sobs, now realizing that they had killed over 300 men and Pokemon.

OOC: Pogi, please post something that gets the duel monsters out as well, I didn't know what to say there.

The building fell right through the monsters, as being holograms physical structures really didn't effect them. I returned them to the deck and watched grimly as Skye wheeped. I wanted to say something to cheer her up, to maybe justify what we had done. But all I did was stand there and watch. I had seen a lot like this in all teh time I've been dueling, and I had grown accustomed to it. I feared my heart was hardening due to the constant sufferin I had endured and seen. If only there was a ay to change that.

[Mew13]

Skye couldn't help herself. She cried silently, bitter tears staining her cheeks.

"I killed them, all those Pokemon. Those innocent Pokemon..." she whispered.

[Pogiforce-14]

"This probably comes as little comfort," I said. "But I learned once that one is always responsible for one's own actions. A person or Pokemon or whatever is permitted to refuse to follow an order if they don't believe the order is right. They attacked us, skye. They were just as evil as their trainers."

[Mew13]

"No they weren't. Pokemon aren't evil by nature. They were following they're trainers commands. It is not for them that I weep, but for the innocent souls of the Pokemon."

She rose on shaky limbs, picking up two sticks and biding them together to form a cross. She thrust the cross into the ground before the reckage and said a small prayer for the Pokemon.

I sighed. She seemed really upset. Deciding she needed some alone time, I walked off a ways and busied myself looking through my cards.

[Mew13]

Skye wiped the tears from her face. "What's done is done. We should get out of here," she whispered, preparing to leave.

[Pogiforce-14]

"Alright." I said from where I stood. " Let's get out of here. We're not finding any answers in this city, only more trouble."

[Mew13]

Skye nodded, taking off tword a nearby forest. She looked back to Ranma. "Are you coming?" she asked quietly.

"I guess so.." I said as I looked back at the city. "Okay, lets go!"
