Altaria riding and made-up trainer artworks

I have not much time to colour them on the computer, so I had to go with colour pencils. I ran out of light blue pencil, so I had to use the darker blue and shade the pictures lightly.
For the Altaria riding picture, I tried drawing the girl's face and eyes in a new style that I picked up.
I'm more used to drawing girls, therefore both the pictures have girls. I'll probably try to draw guys next time once I get some more reference works featuring them ^^;;

I like how those girls came out. In my opinion girls are a little bit harder to draw than dudes are, maybe because girls have more curves than boys (especially when idealized, like all the mangas and animés do ^^;)

Keep it up... and draw more often! I want to see ur art piccies :P

I guess it was my mistake. I thought I was using a blue pen when it came out red x_x
The picture was supposed to be a sketch, but seeing how it turned out to be quite good, I added in the colours ^^
Oh btw, the first isn't Yellow, it's just a made-up character of mine =P I think the scanner gave her Yellow hair instead of the normal Orange, or maybe my colour pencils are too light =P
