Some Pokémon tattoos, suggestions please.

Ignore the devil kid next to me.

Over the next couple of weeks, I'm going to be building upon this. Underneath I'm gonna have a SNES controller or a GBC with angel wings and loadsa vidya game characters building out of it going down my back, around my hip and to the front of my leg.

Anyone got any suggestions as to who I should get first? I'll keep it updated. I want Pokémon. Lot's of Pokémon.

Is it going to be a Tribal tattoo? Just be careful when you ink your skin because the design might not come out right or worse.

Are you familiar with the tattoo's of the Tiger and the Dragon? How it depicts them almost facing off against each other, tiger being below and dragon being above, representing Heaven and Earth?

My idea is doing that but with Lugia and Ho-Oh, replacing Heaven and Earth with the Sea and the Sky. Plus it would be a good way to visually represent everyone's anticipation for HeartGold and SoulSilver.

Just an idea, twist it however you like or simply ignore it. Another thought of mine is also the three Legendary dogs, Entei, Suicune and Raikou maybe running across your waist. Whatever you do, I hope you show us the end result and have an ace tattoo to show off in the end.

Not sure what your favorite pokemon is, but if it was my back, I'd tattoo a Tyranitar or a metagross. :P

Or you could put a symbol for the type you like
the most and have a pokemon near or around it.

Example would be a fire sign with a Moltres

Actualy that is chinese, and as we all now Pokemon is japanese.
Ho-oh is based on the japanese for pheonix Ho-oh

Found the artist on DeviantArt, the name is *Canyx, and there's a couple other tribal Pokemon like that. some are kinda odd-looking to me, but they're all incredible.

...Ah, in other news, I don't think that Operator was going for tribal tattoos. He just said Pokemon. XP

Your back is gonna look so kickas*. Suggestions for pokemon: Shiny Charizard, Entei, Porygon, Mewtwo, Rayquaza, Mightyena, Arcanine, Manectric and the three legendary birds. Oh! And Sableye!

Also, a pokeball or several versions of pokeballs would be cool. Maybe add different types of items? Not just pokemon, though I know that's what you want a lot of, but since you want a lot of video games, how about the pipe in mario with the priranha plant and Yoshi? Hmm... and other stuff. Oh yea, your back is gonna be epic.

Think really hard when wanting to get a tattoo... Like really hard... Like have a picture of your tattoo next to your bed and when you wake up in the morning, look at it. If you still want it from one year after putting it there, then definitely get it, otherwise if there is hesitation you will regret it. Sure you'll like it for the first year, but think of when you're 50 years old...

I'm not trying ti discourage you from getting one, in fact tattoos are awesome. I have one myself, and want 3 more. The one I currently have is a Latin quote (of my own creation) on my left should, it can easily be concealed with a t-shirt.

If you did want to get something pokemon-wise, get something small and perhaps neutral (neutral as in that it isn't so specific like a pokemon, but as suggested above, something like a pokeball). Having a tattoo over an interest is about tattoo worthy as having a girl's name tattooed on you...

I like tattoos that adhere to my beliefs (which could still be in the form of pictures too).
