Well, if your trying to make a TCard you don't need to know how to make sprites unless you want your own custom made sprite. If that's the case, then try visiting this thread (http://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=15103&page=1) in Home of the Sprites. It teaches you how to make sprites. Be warned though, making sprites takes a lot of patience.

Now, in order to make a TCard you'll need a TCard template, which you can find in the Supplies (http://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=15864) thread. When you find a template or other item you want to use, simply right click with your mouse & save the image. Once saved you can open it up in MS Paint on your computer & edit the images.

MS Paint is a program that comes with Microsoft Windows XD, you don't need to dowload it or anything. If you have windows then go into accessories and Paint should be there ^_^.

I assume you mean PNGs? Quite easily. Just open a PNG file in Paint, and then save it immediately. Afterwards, you should be able to save PNG files.

If I'm understanding right, you're asking what people make the Trainer Cards with, right?

If that's the question, the answer varies from person to person. Some people might use MS Paint (Which everyone has, unless they're Mac or Linux users only.), and others use programs like Paintshop or Photoshop or GIMP. Paintshop and Photoshop cost money (Legally that is) while GIMP is free to download off it's website.

Then all that's needed is a template and sprites for trainers, pokémon, and items/text. Unless you decide you want to do your own thing, in which you need an idea of what you want, and how to do it.

It's also in the TCard FAQ (http://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=14980);

Q: What Program do I use to make the TCard?
A: As some people believe, there is no Program Specifically for making Trainer Cards. However, you can use Microsoft Paint, Adobe Photoshop, or (my reccommended), JASC Paint Shop Pro (You can find a demo at the JASC software site, its not hard, just google it! :>) From there you can edit the images that will be your trainer card. :3 (Answered by samu)

I tried originally for a LCDish font, so it'd go with the rest of the card type, but all the fonts were required to be larger than possible. I had also considered just using the FR/LG text, since it's small and clean-looking, and maybe rearranging the Trainer Card and Pokéball.

Sapphire_Dragon: The tutorial is pretty good. It's easy to follow and understand, which is a bonus.

Usually in forums, it takes a while for people to respond, as opposed to a chat room where it's real time chatting.

But I don't think this particular thread is for requesting a TCard, some of the other threads in this TCard forum are. It would take more than a few minutes to create however, depending on the Card Maker and what all is needing to be done for the card.

Avoid double posting (Posting twice or more in a row when no one else has replied, making it so two of your posts are in a row)

1. On the left side of the screen you look under 'Sprites'.

2. Next click 'Game Boy Advance'.

3. Look for 'Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire' and click on the text.

4. Look for the word 'People'.

5. Even though the picture next to 'people' is ripped, click on the broken picture.

6. Right there you should see the Overworld sprites.

Yeah, what he said. To make it easier, delete the igm things with these[] to. Then you high light the address, then you click on the image thing on that panel, right next to the hyper link thing.
