I use VB.NET because it's pretty easy to understand.

I'm willing to bet at least 90% of the answers will be Visual Basic =/

Free Pascal with the Lazarus IDE. That way, my tools will work on any OS that has a Free Pascal compiler available.

PHP for web development.

I know a bit of Java, and after next semester I assume I will know a bit of C++. Learning C is a priority as well. I refuse to associate with anything related to .NET.

Let's see. I've got Visual Basic and C# down. All .NET. Next up C++, which will probably be a pain.

Good guess. ;D
I used it because that's what we're using in Software classes at school, although we should be able to switch over to C# soon. I intend to learn C++ and Python eventually.
