those 5 are like the only usable items anyway... with salac rarely used with endure strategies

I make sure I always have a full (20 or more) supply of: Max Potions, Full Heal, Full Restore

I always have to have them whil battling the E4 as my pokémon are never at a high enough level to be sufficient without them.

I'd say the Acro Bike, it saves a lot of time from going from one city to another, even holding B doesn't make you go that fast. =\

Full restore/revive. I think the reason is obvious, they are extrmemly useful in a tough battle.
