Fun Racer?

I just got a quick question:
Is there a Fun Racer Maker out there? (Like RPG Maker, but for Fun Racers)
If yes, does it require scripting? (I think so, but maybe theres something simple as RPG Maker, where you can make it much easier)
If not, does someone here know how to make fun racer, and is willing to hear my ideas? (I´d love to make sprites for a racer, if it´s 2d)

Ps.: Please don´t start with "Why don´t you learn to script" or smth. I tried often, but I failed everytime. I just can´t get it right^^

Are you serious? (No offense, I just wonder...)
Mario Kart, Diddy Kong Racing, Chocobo Racing, Wacky Racers, Digimon Racing, Crash Team Racing, MySims Racing, etc, etc, etc

A racing game with items to pick up, shoot on opponents, and funny drivers.
Just a funny racing game^^

I assumed it was that, but I don't call it a 'fun racer'. Try using Indie Game Maker by Enterbrain.
