Scizor @ Life Orb
Technician
32 HP / 252 Atk / 224 Spd
Adamant
~Swords Dance
~Bullet Punch
~X-Scissor
~Brick Break
My lead.I figured it's strongest against Ttar and Weavile. But it can also hit quite a few others pretty hard if i get a Swords Dance in there.
Gengar @ Life Orb
Levitate
4 / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Timid Nature
~Shadow Ball
~Focus Blast
~Thunderbolt / Explosion
~HP Ice
Hits everything neutrally. I opted for HP Ice over Hypnosis due to the opportunity to take out Dragons.
Kingdra @ Leftovers
Sniper
252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 Hp
Adamant
~Dragon Dance
~Outrage
~Waterfall
~Substitute
Went for Sub for a little safety while using DD.
Magnezone @ Leftovers
Magnet Pull
172 HP / 252 SpA / 84 Spe
Modest
~Substitute
~Magnet Rise
~Thunderbolt
~HP Grass
This is meant to kill steels mainly, but if i have magnet rise and HP Grass, i figured i could Sub, then do a bit of damage to Swampert and other ground types as Earthquake couldn't break down the Sub instantly.
Latias @ Leftovers
Levitate
128 HP / 128 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid
~Calm Mind
~Recover
~Dragon Pulse
~Reflect
I went for the defense set as i already have 3 offensives, if not 4. Reflect can boost Magnezone, aswell as covering a bit more against physical attacks. Dragon Pulse can hit most types with no resistance, and with calm mind boost plus STAB is really powerful. Recover keeps it in the game a bit longer.
Gliscor @ Leftovers
Sand Veil
252 HP / 40 Def / 216 Spe
Impish
~Earthquake
~Roost
~Stone Edge
~Stealth Rock
This could also take the place of Scizor as the lead, in order to set up stealth rock to cripple Gyarados, Salamence etc.
Earthquake could help take care of most steel types, and could help with Ttar, while stone edge gets rid of Flying types.
So, that's my team. Please rate it.

You are really weak to LOGyara. After a DD he pretty much GG's the rest of your team.
A useful check for him would be good. Dropping Gengar for BulkyRotom-H or hell even a ScarfRotom-H would be good. BulkyRotom-H takes about nothing from Gyara where a ScarfRotom-H can easily revenge KO Gyara.
Bulky:
Rotom-H @ Leftovers
Bold (+Def, -Att)
252 HP / 172 Def / 88 Sp. Att
-Thunderbolt
-Shadowball
-Will-o-Wisp / Reflect
-Light Screen / Overheat
Running W-o-W allows you to burn physical sweepers and keep them from sweeping for the rest of the game, unless of course they Aroma it or something. Reflect gives you guarenteed 5 turns of defense but sadly will run out eventually.
Overheat can screw you. The -2 stages can really hurt in the long run. I prefer Light Screen to have a overall better chance of taking Special hits which is nice. Choice is yours really.
Scarf Rotom:
Rotom-H @ Choice Scarf
Modest (+Sp.Att, -Att)
108 HP/176 SAtk/224 Spe
-Thunderbolt
-Shadow Ball
-Overheat
-Trick
Trick is for Blisseys who think they can wall you. Overheat is an easy OHKO on Scizor / Lucario. Pretty self explanatory here. You still outspeed Gyara after a DD which is nice. This is a great revenge killer.
Never lead with Scizor, especially not a Swords Dance set. It is so easily walled that early in the game it is unreal. Dropping him altogether and running Swampert would be better. It still covers TTar really well but also checks a lot of things as well.
Swampert @ Leftovers
Relaxed [+Def/ -Spe]
240 HP/ 216 Def/ 52 SpA
- Earthquake
- Ice Beam
- Stealth Rock
- Hydro Pump
MixPert is cool. He makes one hell of a lead and it is easy to see why. He only takes Super Effective to Grass type attacks so you pretty much have a guarenteed turn to set up.
Magnezone wants HP Ice not grass. Simply to kill trapped Dragons stuck on Outrage. Not to mention it gives you BoltBeam type coverage which is nice. Running HP Grass just for swampert is situational as it is just that one poke. Where as HP Ice covers all dragons.
I see a lot... a LOT of set up but not to much sheer power. This slows your game down drastically and can effect you in the long run. Swapping out CMLatias for SpecsLatias seems to help you out a good bit.
Latias @ Choice Specs
Timid/Modest
252 Spe / 252 Sp. att / 4 HP
-Draco Meteor
-Surf
-Dragon Pulse / Thunderbolt
-Trick
Modest this thing hits like a tank. Draco Meteor does massive damage to even things like Heatran. Dragon pulse is really good if you want to use it > Draco to save PP and avoid being possibly stalled. Not to mention no Sp. Att drop. Trick nails common checks trying to stop you.
If you do run Pert > Scizor Gliscor seems unfitting. Not to mention it gives you 2 pretty ice weak pokes. Weavile could do a number on you. Not to mention DDMence who can really rip you apart. I was thinking that a P2 could actually fit you well here. It really helps you cover your Mence/Gyara weaknesses.
Porygon2 @ Leftovers
Bold (+Def, -Att)
252 HP / 216 Def / 40 SpA
-Ice Beam
-Thunderbolt
-Recover
-Thunder Wave
Hope it Helps.

ok. Personally, while battling on the smogon server on shoddy today, i found Scizor to be quite strong, whilst my weakest link was Latias. Any suggestions for replacing that???

I *think* what Sabastein is trying to say is that you just threw random pokemon together rather than taking the time to get rid of common threats. I really can't tell. :/

Well lookign at the team Scizor might fit pretty well. Do not lead with him though. Use the pert, it still fits your team pretty well.
If you use Scizor I do not recommend using SD set. You have to much set up as is.
Use CB set. Max HP/Max Att U-turn/Pursuit/Bullet Punch/Superpower

What Sebastian said is that you threw 6 random pokemon together to make a team, and you have nothing to stop Mixmence or Ape.
I have to agree here, seeing as Infernape wipes most of your team out with CC/ Fire Blast before anything can happen. Mixmence can be revenge killed by Latias, however.
Stricken covered most of the stuff I was going to say, but I still think that Gliscor can be useful as a tank. It helps somewhat with your Gyarados weak.

Umm what ? Stealth Rock (if you are referring to that )alone doesnt really check/deal with it.
Anyays just to make this clear, NO BULKY GROUND TYPES (YES THATS INCLUDING RHYPERIOR) COUNTER OR CHECK GYARADOS. PERIOD. (apart from something strange like an HP Electric swampert but dont use that, since it takes like 70% trying to take hits from Gyarados. ~_~)
Anyways, about the Gyarados counter or check, stricken gave some. Although luckily for you Gyarados cant switch in here on anything so you might not even need a counter for it, so id just experiment with that and see if you do need one. The only thing it can set up on without losing a crap load of health is Scizor, which i will remedy for you in a second.
U-Turn >> X-Scissor on Scizor. Basically SR + U-Turn messes up its common counters and checks early game and once they are weakened you can clean up with Bullet Punch later game. Also lols at Gyarados trying to come in and the scouting utility of the move is just too good to pass up.
Hidden Power Fire >>Hidden Power ice on Gar. Dragons cant really take LO Shadow Balls, but you NEED to be able to hit just like Scizor, meta, Jirachi etc. Id also recommend you use sub >> T-Bolt/Explosion, it totally nulls the "will i Bullet Punch or will i Pursuit" mind games scizor plays. Use either Expert Belt or Leftovers.
Ill come back later if i spot more.

ok.So i've tried to take in some of this advice.Dropped Gliscor, as like StrickeN said, it's give me 2 ice-weak pokes. Also going with his suggestion for CBScizor.
Swampert @ Leftovers
Relaxed
240 HP/ 216 Def/ 52 SpA
~Earthquake
~Ice Beam
~Stealth Rock
~Hydro Pump
Scizor @ Choice Band
Technician
248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Spe
Adamant
~Pursuit
~Bullet Punch
~U-Turn
~Superpower/Brick Break
Not sure whether to go for Brick Break here though.
Gengar @ Expert Belt
Levitate
4 / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Timid Nature
~Shadow Ball
~Focus Blast
~Substitute
~HP Fire
Taking D_A's advice on the Gengar here.
Kingdra @ Leftovers
Sniper
252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 Hp
Adamant
~Dragon Dance
~Outrage
~Waterfall
~Substitute
Seeing as nobody's said anything about this one, i've left it. Obviously, i don't know what Ape normally runs, but could this counter it, provided i don't get stuck into Outrage before it comes into play??
Magnezone @ Leftovers
Magnet Pull
40 HP / 252 SpA / 216 Spe
Timid
~Substitute
~Magnet Rise
~Thunderbolt
~HP Grass
I assume this is fine.
Latias @ Choice Specs
Timid
252 Spe / 252 Sp. att / 4 HP
~Draco Meteor
~Surf
~Thunderbolt
~Trick
Went for Tbolt over Dragon Pulse as i'm a reckless idiot, so draco meteor suits me, and also, because magnezone is slow as hell and needs setting up, whereas this is more instant.went for Timid over Modest for no apparent reason really, just felt like it.
