This has the skeleton of a good deck. However, I'd suggest focusing on one type over the other. I'd suggest a standard ScepTecH build, utilizing Briney amongst other Trainers to stall with Energy Trans and attacking either with Status from Lizard Poison, or with brute force from Sceptex. Also, and this is standard from me, but you have too much energy. Cut it down to below 20.
