Working on this team for a while now. Atm, it's at a point where it wins a good bit of my matches but I feel changes are necessary.

Yep it's a pretty standard team. Just trying to make it win worthy.

Roserade @ Focus Sash
Timid (+Spe, -Att)
252 Sp.Att / 252 Spe / 4 HP
-Toxic Spikes
-Sleep Powder
-Leaf Storm
-Hidden Power Fire

Roserade acts as a Toxic Spike lead off. It helps to overall damage opponent. Sleep Powder really is one of the few reliable sleep moves these days. Leaf Storm stops a lot of leads, especially Swampert who can be a bit of a hastle for the team. Basic strategy is to get atleast 1 layer of Tspikes up so that the residual damage helps me KO opponents.

Infernape @ Life Orb
Naive (+Spe, -Sp. Def)
252 Att, 64 Sp.Att, 192 Spe
-Close Combat
-Stone Edge
-U-Turn
-Overheat

Physical Based ape is my favorite ape. Hits so hard with Close Combat, Stone Edge tears apart so much even a Gyarados who is usually a good switch in to ape. U-Turn gives some really good scouting. Ape is my real wall breaker. He does a real number to a lot different things.

Snorlax @ Leftovers
Careful
168 HP / 120 Def / 220 SpD
~ Curse
~ Return
~ Fire Punch
~ Earthquake

Ok, this is my check/counter for Heatran who can be a pain for the team otherwise. Gave him Fire Punch to overall allow him to hit ghosts. Really considering something else > Snorlax. If replaced I'd really need it to stop Heatran as he can hurt my team pretty hard.

Swampert @ Leftovers
Relaxed
240 HP / 216 Def / 52 SpA
-Hydro Pump
-Ice Beam
-Earthquake
-Stealth Rock

This guy is a beast. Sets up Rocks to assist with the overall Toxic Spikes damage. Swampert really acts as a good check towards Scizor / Metagross and anything overall that is physical and Pert resists. Hydro Pump for over all power.

Rotom-H @ Choice Scarf
Modest (+Sp. Att, -Att)
216 Spe / 176 Sp.Att / 118 HP
-Thunderbolt
-Shadow Ball
-Overheat
-Trick

Really nice little revenge killer. Acts as a Scizor check and revenge killer for +1 Spe Gyarados. Overheat stops Steel types like Scizor and Lucario. Trick owns blisseys.

Scizor @ Choice Band
Adament (+Att, -Sp.Att)
252 Att / 252 HP / 6 Sp. Def
- U-turn
- Pursuit
- Bullet Punch
- Superpower

Revenge killer. This thing does so much damage with bullet punch it is simply amazing. Pusuit locks in ghosts and such, U-Turn Scouts and prevents Magnet Pull. Superpower owns anything that doesn't resist it. Enough said.

There really wasn't much to say about anything. They were all for the better part self explanatory. Simple strategy really. Set up with roserade / Pert and start sweeping. I try to save Ape for late game as he is really good clean up. I used to have SubAgility Empoleon > Snorlax but Heatran is really giving me a problem so I chose to use Snorlax instead.

Any way Tell me what you think

When Rotom loses its Scarf/CB Tar switches into it you are Lucario weak. Ape might like Mach Punch for insurance somewhere..

Stone Edge/HP Electric might be nice on Swampert again for Gyarados insurance due to Rotom and its tendancy to get Pursuited >> H-Pump.

Curselax is ughh, sucks seriously. It just doesnt work, i tried to make a team around it and even with dual screen AND spikes support it sucked and still lost to like everything.

Offensive lax is way better in the current metagame.

Snorlax@Leftovers
252 ATT / 252 SP.DEF / 6 DEF
Adamant Nature
Trait : Thick Fat
- Body Slam
- Earthquake / SuperPower
- Fire Punch
- Selfdestruct / Crunch

Lets use this.

You lack anything to sweep late game. Swords Dance Ape (@ Mach Punch) would be cool and with T-Spikes to cripple its common counters aka bulky waters and other bulky stuff, i could see it working.

Edited out the psypokes pics btw, they messed up badly. >.<

Hmm, I do have another Physical Mixape with Mach Punch > U-Turn. I'll give it a try. If it works well, i'll try out SD Ape. Seems like it could work.

I see what you are saying with Pert. Dropping Hydro Pump for Stone Edge, wouldn't it be wise to allocate those sp.att EV's to Att EV's? Any who I'll also give that a try.

I agree, CurseLax sucks, didn't want to use CBLax though as it would kind of give me to many choiced pokes. I'll try offensive lax.

instead of curse and return for snorlax you could do sleep and snore thoughs moves are really helpful especialy for snorlax

you caould get them at the move remeberer guy in pastoria, cause i think that snorlax learns thoughs at some point.

Not to be rude but this is bad advice. If I were to use rest I'd run resttalk.
