Is this for battling in the Advance generation or D/P/Pt?

This is DPPt because he stated BT (Battle Tower I presume).

Now for a tiny-mini rate. Blissey can't wall physical attacks at all. She has 10 base Defense which is I think the lowest any stat can go. Now a little tip, you do not need to max out her HP (252 HP EVs) because it is so freakishly high already. Try one of these sets for a Blissey:

Blissey@Leftovers
Nature: Calm
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 Def / 80 SpA / 176 SpD
~ Wish
~ Protect/Softboiled
~ Flamthrower/Ice Beam
~ Toxic

The Wish support Blissey can help the rest of your team with healing. If you choose Protect over Softboiled, it creates a two turn healing move, which may be a bit more appealing if you have the opponent poisoned with toxic. Wish the first turn, protect the next, and at the end of that Protect turn, you'll gain 50% of your health. Toxic is great for residual damage while you Wish/Protect because it takes two turns and you're basically setup fodder anyway (well...more so than you already are). Flamthrower is the better option because of the prevalence of steel types that pack a physical Fighting type move.

Blissey@Leftovers
Nature: Calm
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 Def / 40 SpA / 216 SpD
~ Seismic Toss
~ Ice Beam/Flamethrower
~ Thunder Wave/Toxic
~ Softboiled

The Aromatherapy set redone. Basically it gets rid of Aromatherapy (which is an ok move, but it yells "set up on me") and replaces it with Seismic Toss. This gives you a bit more option of attacking if the poke you are facing resists Ice/Fire. Ice Beam and Flamethower are the same as stated above. Fire for Steels, Ice for Dragons. T-Wave or Toxic is up to you as well. If you'd rather cripple sweepers, then go with T-Wave, if you want to hurt some walls pretty well, use Toxic. Softboiled is your reliable healing option.

*Also, T-Wave always paralyzes. xP So Serene Grace is a no-no.*
